Clothes are overpriced in my opinion. But the people in store make it worth your time and money.

There's an older lady who works here. I was buying my items about to check out. The young girl asked for my name. The older lady then said something like "we have a lot of people with that last name come to our store". Really? Why tell me that? Why are you trying so hard to win me over? I'm about to make my purchase. Just shut up and let me buy my items in quiet peace. The entire time I was in that store the lady kept talking.

Mary Jane was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was super helpful to all signers in the store even while being short staffed. Made shopping for some family super easy!

If your neck is 17" the slimmest fit is going to be a balloon unless you're totally obese. I'm not in peak shape and these were still hot air balloons on me. But don't worry they will suggest a tailor.

They have nice quality menswear but unless you weigh 100 pounds their fitment size on items doesn't relate to most people who are bigger. I tried on a couple sweaters one extra large which is usually my size.too small. It felt like a small. Then tried XXL.there was literally no difference in size smh. Wish they would have more realistic sizes

We just went in looking for a coat, we were approached one after another by 3 sales associates (the store was empty and they were standing together so they saw one another) asking if we need help. We politely said "no thank you, we will let you know". The first man approached us at least 4 more times within a 2 minute span of time, clearly we were annoyed and told him each time thanks, we are fine. He was very aggressive and in our space asking for my husbands size and insisting we try one on and that it's on sale.
It made us extremely uncomfortable and we found it very distasteful. Never going back again.

I came from Vancouver to Mississauga for some work, and I got several interviews for some universities for further studies. I was not prepared for this, and I desperately needed a suit; So I went to one store and they did not have my 'popular' size. Finally, I went to Tip Top Tailors. I was beyond impressed. Ali immediately helped me, understood what I wanted, and got exactly what I needed. Ali was very understanding of my expectations, and my frustrations in the process. Several people in the store needed him at the same time (not surprising at all). He was able to go around, multitask, and help everyone. I highly recommend Tip Top Tailors, and especially Ali (sales clerk, manager). He has excellent taste, and is an excellent customer friendly sales clerk. Thank you Tip Top Tailors!

Worst customer service experience ever! The employees, especially the manager was very rude, not helpful at all, just stand there, tell you to go to another person if asked for help. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Bought a suit, gave them 4 weeks to tailor it. They still didnt do it. Promised a new date and still is not complete. Now I wont have a suit for a wedding. I would recommend everyone I know NOT to go here.

My husband and I visited this location yesterday. He was looking to buy a suit. Mary Jane was extremely helpful. She helped him find everything he needed. If you ever visit this store look for her to help you!

I came here looking for a suit. I was followed by an employee around the store as if I would rob the place. Additionally, that representative “fixed” on display items immediately after touching them as if I had unfolded them and thrown them on the table. It was a terrible experience which falls completely short of the Square One Tip Top store (which is unfortunately closed). I would advise taking your business to a different location or completely different store. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a formal attire store.

Although it's a good store with suits options and as well as casual.dress wear. But the customer care persons which they don't had much of a staff, are bit dry and like to roam around than serve. I think.they must go.to Pakistan for having a quality customer care experience.

I walked into this place for the first time, the clothing items they have seemed really nice, I picked out a few and then they said oh you can’t try any of them on, I’m like really? How do u expect me to buy clothes without seeing if they fit? The manager and staff were acting like they’re too boujee for everyone…

So bad experience, manager of the store promised me to give my trousers back after alterations on Wednesday and our family function is due on Saturday but he did nothing for the alterations till Friday evening. Beware he is a scamster.

The young lady who helped me yesterday august 24 was awesome, she was the only girl there, the others are all men, she was helpful, super polite and professional, she knew what I was looking for and what size for my son and went to back of store to get it for me, apologized because I waited in line a bit, wasn't long wait anyway, and accompanied me to the door on my way out, she deserves 2 thumbs up and a raise.just a note to the manager who kept pushing her to track all customers at same time, she was doing a a great job to everyone, I hope you can understand that.

Mary Jane was absolutely amazing, she was extremely helpful, and even when helping multiple customers at once she made sure to take her time with everyone and make sure they got everything they needed. She is 100% the reason I would shop here again.

They are sketchy and are scammers, I would definitely say don't go, but if you do keep your mind really sharp.

Alright Customer Service, not very friendly but they did their job and made a sale. Also, the location doesn't have much variety or sizes.

Waleed is one of the realest representatives at the store. I came to the store for some last minute suit shopping and had no idea of what my size was or if anything was going to be in stock. Waleed took excellent care of me. He made sure my blazer and pant size was perfect and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable. Most of the suits I wanted were out of stock but Waleed still never gave up. He called many stores within the area to see if they had the color suit I wanted in stock and we were able to successfully order the suit to the store. Not once did this brother show any attitude. It was actually fun and genuine talking to him. Show this guy some love if anyone goes there. Its not easy to do the things he has to do.

Atmosphere of the shop is excellent and cherry on top their customer dealings awesome, the lady who helped us Mary Jane know her job very well and very helpful in choosing right items.
I bought 4 suits for my sons and very happy as because of her help it took less time to choose the right items. I would highly recommend this place.

The last time I purchased a suit was through tip top tailor in London Ontario so I knew they wouldn't steer me wrong. As I was up visiting family out of the city I visited this one in Mississauga with that same open mind but this time you didn't upgrade and I trusted none other than them again.

The young gentleman that approached us was extremely professional but also respectable of my wishes via color and style. "Waleed Tariq" did a phenomenal job of educating me on how to properly wear the suit to teach me proper fitting. Just the way his energy was in general when I walked into the store made me feel welcome and like I made the right decision in being looked after properly. This is only the second suit I have personally purchased but to be taken care of by tip top Taylor in such a way where I feel it's "home" is a lot to say as a suit represents not only just your character.

I write this review to tell people not only is this company amazing but also the people working for them should be addressed more than they are.

Mary Jane is amazinggggg! She helped us select what we needed to buy and showcased the best customer service. 5 starts for her!

However, was extremely disappointed by her supervisor/manager who told on her as she was patient with us while we wanted to try to check for fit. He asked us to try the dress shirt on top of the polo to check fit which was ridiculous.

They don’t care about customer service.
Nobody from the staff ready to help and just give a reason they are busy and if they will be having a time they will help.
The lady said she has an experience of 16 years but I don’t think she ever tried to polish her customer service skills till date.

Horrible customer service. Beware of being scammed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Sales Representative who helped us (I believe his name was Wahleed, not sure if that's how his name is spelled. Regardless, I highly recommend seeing him if you do feel so inclined. He's very good at his job) was very professional and was very thorough in helping my Father pick out a suit for my Brother's wedding coming up. Everything was going well up until the young Gentleman who was helping us asked for a phone number to put on file for the purchase, as a number was being given the owner started rushing the employee and told him, "Come on, hurry up. I have other customers. "

This was unfair to the employee as he could only input information as fast as we were giving him. We mentioned to the owner that his employee was absolutely fantastic and it's extremely unbecoming of the owner to be rushing both the employee and customer when there was only one other customer ready to be checked out at that moment. The store was not very busy when we went in earlier this afternoon either, so the owner rushing everyone was unwarranted.

My first review which said "Ordered online and it was a perfect fit" didn't do justice.

I had to re-write the review.

I got engaged 2 weeks ago and as we all know everything is closed and online shopping is the only option.

I'm stressing out trying to handle buying a ring, and all the other things that come in with managing an engagement during COVID and completely forgot to get a suit.

With 10 days left, I went on to Tip Top and got the Daniel Hechter Modern Fit performance suit. It claimed extreme comfort and flexibility, which was honestly a major factor since wearing a "fitted suit" for a prolonged period can get quite tiresome and sore, considering most suits are quite rigid.

Tip Top has I believe a standard 5-7 business day ship policy, I ordered on Sunday night and figured I would get the suit on the day of the engagement or just a day before.

I get a text notification claiming the suit was shipped out literally Monday morning, I went "Wow thats quick processing" and felt relieved at the thought of being able to get the suit by day 6 or 7.

But I was wrong.

Tuesday at Noon, there's a box on my doorstep. (This is less than 48 hours after I had ordered!

And there it was, beautifully packaged and I kid you not, a perfect "effing" fit. I do not joke when I say this is the best fitting suit in my collection.

I am not at my fittest right now, thanks to "lockdown belly" but I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on the suit. It was UNBELIEVABLY comfortable and the fit, oh the fit.

Tip Top, thank you for such an amazing purchase experience, you definitely secured a loyal customer. This was my second suit from you guys and I couldn't be happier.

Will be coming back for another suit for dad, thanks again guys:)

Good stuff but the guy (manager or owner) does Not have any costumer service skills and experience.

Manager has no knowledge how to deal with customers. His behaviour is very rude and speaks very loudly.

Never go here, unless you want to feel being insulted and judged. Good collection, but worst customer service.

Has very nice clothes for bigger people. Great selection of dress clothes or casual wear. Mostly for males though I wish it was Mr and Mrs big and tall.

I felt judged as I entered the store, like I wasn't good enough to be here. I have been to other tip top locations and I did not experience this treatment. In fact the Burlington Mall location was outstanding and extremely pleasant compare to the experience here. This was location specific and does not reflect the brand.

For those of us who are above the norm in clothing size this is a very good place to shop. Friendly and non judgmental staff. Full range of casual and formal wear. In house seamstress for amost instant-as long as they are not very busy- hemming. The clothes are good quality as I have some items 5 or more years old.

Had one of the best shopping experiences ever at this location.one of the employees named Jilan was very kind and helped me choose a perfect outfit that fitted me the best.she also took the time to answer all of my questions.she gave me some suggestions based on her ideas and her ideas were helpful.i would definitely shop here again i recommend this place. Why do all of the (4) Big & Tall stores in the Greater Vancouver area carry the same, boring, overpriced clothes? We need a DXL or Rochester.

Overall a good experience. A little pricey. I am in the middle of tall and big. As I get slimmer it maybe more difficult to shop there. Friendly staff. There having a seasonal sale with 40%-70% off. Really nice shoe selection for larger feet. I am a 15-16 EE.

Great experience especially due to the helpful staff. I came here last week with my family to purchase suits for a wedding, as soon as we walked in we were approached by Naba. She provided us with exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in to the end of our purchase. She helped finding suits in our budget along with her personal suggestions which were much appreciated. We went to another store before we decided to purchase the suits we were looking at and her attitude was still super positive regardless if we were going to buy the suits or not. When we went to the other store we did not receive the same customer service as we did at this location, it is crazy how important customer service is! We went back and purchased the suits due to good pricing and even better service from Naba! Thank you I would definitely return here for future purchases and recommend this location for anyone looking for a good quality suit for a reasonable price!

They need to get the hours right. It says 9pm, I drive all the way here from white rock just to see that they closed at 6. Not professional

Great service! I don’t normally purchase from Tip Top however after a poor experience at my regular clothing outfitter we decided to try. We were shopping for our sons grade 8 graduation suit. Clearly this is a more budget purchase as he will out grow it very soon. Mary Jane totally understood what we were looking for and was more then enthusiastic about a smaller value sale. She didn’t try to up sell us, we really felt that we were given the same treatment as I would have experienced if I was buying for myself. Even when I picked up the suit today after alterations Mary Jane remembered myself and had a great smile. Thank you! You have earned my next visit.

Their clothes are great. Lots of sizes. But with their INSANE prices they are FLAGRANTLY taking advantage of a vulnerable group of people. I only shop there as a last resort. I hate supporting these scumbags.

I've been shopping here for more than 20 years. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. There selection is the best I have found anywhere for men's big and tall clothing. They have lots of modern and trendy options, which most BAndT stores don't. Their selection ranges from value priced products right up to high end dress shirts and suits. My favorite Michael Kors dress shirt was purchased here summer of 2017 and I will continue to buy all my clothes here for as long as I am able Thanks for the awesome service and selection, keep up the great work!

I love to come here every chance I get to it gets expensive because I usually have to buy new clothes when I live in Canada vs when I live in other countries but this place never disappoints awesome staff great selection and always neat and clean and super easy to find my size for Jean's shirts and suits the bad thing is the expensive part but worth it I also love how crowded or not the staff is always helpful and never ignores or looks down on you (like you cant afford anything in the store)

Completely overpriced. They should make more reasonably priced clothing for bigger men. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time unless you're rich.
