Consistent Disappointment in Customer Service

My recent visit to Tip Top Tailor to purchase a suit on December 6,2023, was unfortunately marked by a recurring theme of poor customer service. The store manager's consistent rudeness and unprofessional demeanor have become a disheartening pattern. Not only did she neglect to provide her name, but her lack of basic courtesy, such as welcoming us or expressing gratitude after a $300 purchase, left much to be desired. This marks the third instance of encountering such behavior; my previous experiences in purchasing two suits earlier this year mirrored the disappointing service on December 6. It's disconcerting to observe a lack of improvement, and I hope the management takes serious steps to address these issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Loved our experience with this location. Arwa (Manager) was so helpful and put in such a wonderful effort to get us everything we needed. We were last minute shopping for a suit for a wedding and arrived 30 minutes to closing. We did not have high hopes of finding something off the rack. Not only was the staff kind and supportive, they helped us find an affordable and really great suit.

Thank you for making our experience fantastic and offering the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Great deal and great suit that will be worn to many occasions!

Been here multiple times, Tabasum and Nilab have been a great help to me and my brothers. We shopped here for my brothers suite because he has a wedding coming up, they were very helpful. Definitely friendly people here.

As expected for a chain store in terms of merchandise. Sales rep Danny was amazing. It’s not a custom suit, but if all you need is a suit for occasional use, they are perfect.

Every time I go there, the gentlemen always working are always friendly and kind to me. As a bigger size guy if they can't find it in the store they will order for me online and are always laughing and caring on with me each time I'm in there.
I swear half my dress shirts are from there since they're that great to me.

A weekend staff member that works here is entirely incompetent and egotistical. He didn't accept a return saying the policy says no return without tags, when I showed him the receipt showing that there's no such statement, he changed his entire take saying he won't accept it regardless. The kid seemed like he was having a power trip in retail. Nevertheless, had to drive to the Dufferin location where the associate instantly accepted the return. Make it make sense.

Pathetic! If you are any size bigger than large… don’t go there. They don’t have anything that will fit. They clearly are against normal people sizes. This store is only for model sizes. The store assistant also wasn’t helpful. He just wanted to get rid of me and ignore me as I was asking for 44 size.
Add more sizes.

Don't even want to give a single star, staff don't care pathetic service nobody greeted and asked anything, wanted to buy a wedding suit. Ill give my business to some one else.

I came into this store for a suit for a wedding, Arwa was quick to help as I was browsing. She made the entire experience easy and memorable.

She went above and beyond scouring the store for a white dress shirt that fit my size and called/looked around at other stores for a jacket/pants in my size.

I hope the owners see this and give this lady a raise. I'll definitely be back because of this employee

Found a great suit for my boyfriend at a really affordable price. The staff that helped us out were super friendly and attentive (even though the store was busy on Saturday). They were able to answer all of our questions on sizing and styles and helped us grab the right sizes we needed. Would definitely come back and also recommend this store!

The Saleswoman (Arwa) who helped my husband was incredible! She made our shopping trip a pleasure.

Fantastic experience with Ian at this location. He was very competent, patient, and easy to talk to: a model of what a discerning customer is looking for. This location is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of formal and/or business casual wear.

Even though they did not have the shirt I was looking for in my size, I must give props to Ian, an amazing staff member who was great in aiding me and providing a great customer experience. At least I was able to get a great tie!

My fiance got his suit from here for our wedding. The service was very great. The salesperson helped us to find the perfect suit and offered a great deal too.

Danny is amazing! Gave us a great deal for my fiancé and his groomsmen! Helped them pick out just the right stuff and marked the suits for alterations:) very satisfied and def recommend

Tip Top was the only place that carried a shirt that would fit my partner (his neck and body didn't align in size). Ian was the staff member who helped us and he was wonderful. He gave us excellent service, offered suitable recommendations, was not pushy, and even gave us excellent advice for our upcoming wedding (extra pair of socks for the reception!).

Excellent service. Excellent product. 2 great shirts for $79. Associate steamed out creases from dress shirt I was planning on wear tonight. Cheaper than HBC and stellar service.

This place is dated with mostly independents as its tenants. The mall and the surrounding area is going through a major development in the next few years. Will be interesting to see what the new place will have to offer.

Great customer service. Arwa was very friendly and knowledgeable of her products. She helped my bf and I select something within our budget and fitted to our style. We will definitely be back and highly recommend others looking for a good quality suit check out this store.

The manager was amazingly helpful when a couple issues needed to be addressed and all went very well! Highly recommended!

An ok store to shop at, the score reflects the service level I received on my last visit. The sales ops were busy chatting instead of helping the only customer in the store which was me.
