Had a horrible experience at Moors in the same plaza, walked right into Tip Top Tailors and they were more than happy to help.
Lance the tailor was kind and helpful even though they were busy he was very attentive.

Was greeted and served by an amazing lady named Cindy. I came to buy my son one shirt and ended up getting a shirt for my other son and myself. On top of that she went to the back several times to try to find me a size for a suit jacket they had. Unfortunately the one I wanted was not available but Cindy went out of her way to find me something else. Had no intention of buying a suit today but did because of this lovely ladies amazing customer service skills. Hope management gives her the recognition she truly deserves.

TIP TOP SERVICE! I entered the store early this afternoon, with a short time deadline to meet. I was greeted by this lovely and energetic woman (Cindy T) who asked what she could help me with, I told her and she pointed me in the right direction. She gave me a few minutes to collect my thoughts/ideas and then she helped find the correct sizing of shirt, along with a few new pair of socks, I was cashed out and hooked up within 30 minutes.

Shout out to the tailor as well, she was a sweetheart and able to tailor my pants on the same day.

Thank you to the woman near cash who gave me her opinion of which socks looked best with my outfit.

Amazing how you can walk around a store with 6 associates and not one says hello. Customer service at its finest.

This Tip Top Tailors location is absolutely amazing. Lance is a great tailor who really looks out for the best when picking suits. He made sure to take care of the style, fit, comfort and really made sure all my needs were met. Also, the staff is very kind and helpful at this location - even though they were super busy, they made sure to help everyone professionally and with a smile on their face. Good prices but sometimes it’s hard to find your size. Also, one of the employees was very rude but a different employee was really polite so it all depends and who’s helping you. Also, really busy on weekends.

I was a part of the wedding story below (Jill Owens) we faced a mess at Moores as they totally screwed up everything.
Not to let Jill (the bride to be) panic, I suggested that we go across the street to Tip Top. On our arrival we were greeted by James and I had described our situation and experience at the other store. James immediately took charge and made this a wonderful experience. He first offered our bride and groom a seat (like in the movies) so they could relax and watch the fashion show ensue. James proceeded to get the groomsmen ready, and made sure all items were fitted and delivered on time, including memebers out of province. His attitude was genuine and you could tell he enjoys what he does. We recieved killer AAA service and both the Bride and Groom were very happy, which is what matters most. I ended up buying 2 suits and the customer service from James and the other employees at tip top was great. Comparable or even better then some "high end" men's shops. A great & genuine attitude which is tough to come by now-a-days.
I would definitely recommend anyone to go see James and receive the same great service. He ended up being a wedding saver and just a great person!

I cannot thank Lance enough for all his help. I was running out of time to find a tailor but when I called tiptop at trinity lance was willing to help even though they were extremely busy due to grad and prom season. He was able to accommodate me even though the suit was from another store. In the future, I will definitely be coming to Lance for all my suits. Thank you so much Lance.

A big thank you to Cindy T.and the rest of the associates working at the Tip Top Tailors location on Trinity Common Mall in Brampton. I had needed a Jacket and Pants combo on short notice for a Saturday evening event. I came by on Friday March 31st to place the order, and the whole team went out of their way to pull a miracle to ensure that the trimmed and shortened ensemble was ready for pickup in the nick of time on April 2nd at 11: 30 am. A big thank you to Cindy T, the sewer for coming in early, and the other male associate working there at that time. Really appreciate you guys going out of your way to make this suit a success. Good job, and at a great price! Keep up the good work.

First of I Usually go to this location because of all the great employees that work their. Today I had a lady named Cindy who went over and above to help me out. During this pandemic shopping has not been the easiest. My friends funeral is tomorrow I thought I would have no luck trying to get pants and shirt since I was so last minute about it. With curbside and online order picking usually don’t have the chance to grab it in the same day. She made it so smooth and easy I would definitely keep going back to this amazing store! My boyfriend and I went to this location to look for a suit for an upcoming wedding. We weren't really sure of what to purchase. An extremely helpful employee named Tilly was more than happy to help us out. He provided outstanding customer service, answered all our questions and was very professional!

There is no doubt, TIP TOP clothing are on top. But i was surprised on behavior of trinity common tip top manager. I went there to return one pant and a leather jacket out of 5 which i purchased online. Instead of thanks for business, tip top manager was passing comments and laughing at their customer. Not sure what happened with him but I think if tip top have any objection to return stuff which we purchased online then either they should stop selling stuff online or give training to their staff how to behave in a gentle way to the customer.

I haven't had a suit since prom and I needed a new one, kinda had an idea what I wanted but wasn't to sure. As soon as I walked in a man asked me if I needed help (name was Tilly) and proceeded to help me! Found me the suit I needed and helped me make it fit and offered some great advice! They are very nice and professional!
