Christopher at Stone Road Mall in Guelph, was absolutely amazing! He knew my son’s size by looking at him, first glance. Asked all the right questions during the fitting/pinning. When my son changed his mind about the jacket and I had to return a few minutes after we left the store, Christopher was completely understanding and expressed appreciation for letting him know immediately before alterations. If you need a suit or something nice for a special occasion…. Christopher is your guy to consult

Thank you Tip Top Tailors for leaving my husband in a bind having to search for a NEW suit that you apparently had for him and now you don't. The wedding is in July. Will NEVER shop here again!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. My son in law ordered a suit in Feb 2022 for a July 2022 wedding. Pants and blazer were ordered. Was informed a couple months back that the pants came in but was still waiting for the blazer. He wasn't informed until today that they are unable to provide the blazer due to stock outage. The size requested was 42 long a very common size but was told that the blazer couldn't be found anywhere and that there is no other way to fulfill the order. Very disappointed.

Wedding parties beware! Ordered a suit in March, at the Tip Top Guelph location, for a wedding at the end of July. I'm in the wedding party, and all other ushers have received their orders placed at the Woodbridge location. Was told by sales associate, Ali, that they didn't have the correct size in store, but indicated I will be called when it's in, within "a couple of weeks". Called the store twice for updates, and was told Ali is not in and to try calling another time. Called "another time" - Ali was not in but was told they are "trying to locate the suit". Physically went to the store twice as well, and was told to call back another time, as Ali was not in. Today my wife made a fifth attempt to see when the suit will be available. Ali was in today. Wow! She was told the suit is not available. Poor poor poor communication and follow through. Thanks Tip Top Tailors Guelph! One month before the wedding. My wife is currently on the phone with the bride to be - needless to say, the bride to be is upset and confused as to why 4 of the 5 ushers received their suits.

On a side note, I agree with prior reviews that indicate the staff won't give you the time of day if you "appear" to not be buying anything. On each of my three visits in store, including the visit of the purchase, I was largely ignored. I did not see a smile from any of the sales people until I let them know i was there to purchase a suit for an upcoming wedding.

Great experience with Chris. He has a good eye for what fits for the occasion. He also mentioned the specials which saved me a few $$ Overall Great customer service! Thanks Chris!

Nice little shop for menswear. Higher end selection than some of the other menswear shops in the same mall.

Manager or owner has condescending, snobby attitude. Laughed in my face when I asked if they would throw in a tie with my suit purchase. The older gentleman who sized me and processed everything was a good guy. Still, I will never be looking for a suit here again. Also, this place does not do suit or jacket alterations unless you buy from them. Which is no problem because you can just go next door to stars who will do it

My dad was fitted for his suit today for my nephew's wedding. Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable service.

Had suits from tip top for my son's wedding, and my daughters graduation. This brand is great, they make excellent suits, however the staffs in this particular store are not very helpful, they are impatient and always assume that you are not going to buy anything, I had terrible experience there. If you want to get a nice suit and a good shopping experience, go to other store.
