This store has a decent variety of clothes, especially Suits. Sabiha is a very talented and courteous sales team member. Also the guy (not sure his name) on the counter was quite helpful and knowledgeable.

I went to purchase a formal shirt last Saturday & had a very unpleasant experience. The "elderly salesman with his glasses on" was extremely rude & unhelpful. Not only did he refuse me to browse through the shirts, but he also denied me trying on any of them saying none of them would be my right size. Myself being an average build person, I've never had trouble finding the right sizes. However, a young lady from the sales team stepped in to assist me with trying on a shirt and while we were at it, the old man started being rude to both my friends and
and the lady who was trying to help me (his own co-worker). I'm guessing the poor lady just started working there and it seemed like she got frightened by him. I hope the management seriously looks into this situation and at least ask the old man to treat his customers with some courtesy even if doesn't plan on being helpful.

Friendly staff that conducted a very thorough fitting. Will follow up with a second review after I see the final product.

Went in and I was trying on a jacket when the salesman (an old Arab man) pulled it from my hand and rudely yelled at us saying it is only for display. Stop treating your customers like pets. The salesman then shook off his head in disgust. Basically, we were pushed out of the store and I was appalled at the disgusting behaviour.

It's a whole new experience when a man buys his first suit. I'll be blunt and say the truth that I know absolutely nothing about suits. A friend of mine recommended me that I buy my first suit from Tip Top Tailors as they were quite a reputed name in this business.

Naturally, I searched for the nearest outlet of Tip Top Tailors and it was in Dixie Outlet Mall (1250 South Service Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5E 1V4, Canada).

I went to their outlet and requested for help since I had no idea regarding how to select a suit. The staff (specially the young girl working there) was least interested to help me. I kept asking questions regarding what would look decent, is the fit okay, etcetera and I got not a single proper response in return whatsoever. The girl would reply as if it were too much for her to even speak.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had so far as a customer in my whole life. I never give 1 star reviews. If I don't like the service, I refrain from giving a review. But in this case I had to make sure to leave one so that the higher ups know what's going on in their stores. I wish I could give 0 stars to this location for the pathetic customer service and for ruining my first experience of buying a suit.

I left their store in disappointment and went to work in a really bad mood.

After a week I decided to give Tip Top Tailors another chance and went to their store located in Erin Mills Town Centre (5100 Erin Mills Parkway, Unit 103-5, Mississauga, Ontario L5M 4Z5, Canada). I walked into their store and I was greeted joyfully by a man (Issa Wahhab) with a huge smile on his face. I told him that I was looking for my first suit and he asked the occasion and told me that he'd be happy to help me out.

Issa made me try a couple of suits and told me which one fits and looks the best. He was patient with me and answered all my doubts sincerely. He explained how a suit should be and what factors to consider while buying a suit. I honestly learned a lot from Issa and I'll be forever thankful to him for this.

He also helped me pick the perfect shirts for the suit and a tie and a pocket square. My pants needed some alteration and he made sure to get them done on priority.

Thank you Issa for a wonderful experience. (I'm gonna make sure to get huge discounts from you the next time I walk in.)

Went to Tip Top at Erin Mills Town Centre and sometimes I fail to understand why people act and treat their customers like dogs! We went to the store just to do a simple shirt exchange. The shirt which was bought as a Christmas gift for a family member was too small and we wanted to exchange for a size larger. Shirt was bought on December 5th and employee rudely said it is company policy to only honour a 30 day return policy. We explained that there was some illness running through the family and only now we had an opportunity to request for the exchange at the Tip Top store. Employee did not demonstrate no common sense whatsoever. I'm truly disappointed at Tip Top and how there was not an ounce of empathy!
I will not shop there ever again and recommend the same to my family and friends as I was quite offended with the treatment I received.

Came with my son & the gates were closed even though it was during business hours. No sign to indicate if they were away for a break, washroom, etc. After 10 mins someone finally opened the gate. No greeting, no acknowledgement. I wanted to inquire about the tux rental so I waited for the sales rep but he didn't even give me eye contact. Instead he went straight to my son and says "you need help? ". So I said from behind him "Hi, we wanted inquire about rentals. " I didn't even finish my sentence before the sales rep says "we don't do rentals. " I was so turned off from the experience and the horrible customer service. Not to mention the unnecessary attitude at 11am. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Moore's. We had a wonderful experience there instead. Note: the mall directory indicates their store for tux rentals. Maybe you should tell management to update that if you don't provide that service.

Worked with Fadi at the Erin Mills location of TipTop Taylors to outfit my 13 yr old for his upcoming graduation. His attention and service were impeccable. He had the patience to guide my son to the perfect suit. He’s going to look so handsome.

This older gentleman was being very rude and dismissive. I asked if to get sized, but he's telling us to find a style and he'll get our size. Super unproductive covnersation. It seems like all he cared about was his commissions or whatever, but definitely not in the best interest of the customer. Will never come here again, such a joke.

We went there and were served by this wonderful and wise gentleman Ray. He was outstanding with his service, greeted us very nicely, was extremely professional. Outstanding service and excellent after purchase service. Fadi did a great job in a time when service is a rare commodity. I will be back again and again.
