This location by far is not only racist, but goodness they’re understaffed and slow!
Visited this location for a second time on May 22nd for a vest to the suit we purchased. We had to order online, via the sales staff. She told us we’d be next after cashing out a gentlemen that was in line… that was no issue we stepped to the side and waited. A white family and showed and in the line & received service ahead of us… when I spoke is she said they were in the change room first. Not sure who or how that would apply to me but they weren’t even in the line! Your staff member needs training that because she’s white and white people are in the store doesn’t make me a brown person less then them. Totally regret even purchasing a suit from this obnoxious company. Never returning.

Thank you to Manny from this location for being such a great help after a horrible experience at another store! She not only checked for the shirt and size I needed over the phone when I called, but held it for me while I drove to their location from the other store. Thank you for your help!

We bought 2 suits on weekends and I was holding one to pick up. When I call on Tuesday morning was till on hold and went to pick up and the sales person refuse to give me the Sunday sale price (Grafton Brand) though your website showing still on showing which one $99 dollar + jacket. It was a terrible sales experience to me and the Sales person was unprofessional and rude. It was in the TIP TOP Pickering Town center.

Good to see Tip Top Tailors still in business. I used to shop at their stores different location many years ago when I used to buy suits on a regular basis. Just don't wear them any more. Good store with good efficient service.

Needed a suit soon for an event so I went to Tip Top. The store opened later than the official start time. After 10 minutes of looking through suits myself, I had to approach the sales associate myself for help picking something out while there was only 1 other customer in the store.
After finally getting his attention, the tailor got me to put the suit on. The quality of the suit was fantastic. However, Tim - the sales associate, had a very unpleasant attitude that I did not appreciate. Normally, I would have walked out because of this type of service but I was pressed on time for my event so I needed to buy the suit.
After coming back 2 days later to pick up the suit after alterations had been made, I noticed that the suit had a visible pen mark on the jacket. This was completely unacceptable because I was charged $72 for alterations. After 30 minutes of arguing, the manager agreed to get one of the tailors to remove the pen mark. I would not recommend this place.

My husband needed a suit for Monday we went into tip top tailors on Saturday the lady in the Pickering store could not be more helpful her customer service skills were impecible nothing was a bother to her we chose a suit she measured had the trousers altered for us on the spot what could have been a awful experience for us she made so easy. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but she was the only lady in the store that day. My husband and I Thank her so much and we certainly will recommend Tip Top Tailors to Our friends and relatives. Associates # 25519

This place is great! Went in to buy a tie, left with two new pairs of pants and a lovely sweater. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and we're simply a pleasure to chat with! Will definitely be back for more soon!:)

I've bought two suits over the past two months for business and formal purposes and I have to say I am very happy with the products and services I've gotten from this place. Tip Top Tailors in Pickering Town Centre has now become my go to place for buying suits.the sales representative, Tim, does a great job in helping me find what I'm looking for. Highly recommended for those who want to buy a good quality suit for a great price.

Older female staff not very helpful, didn’t seem to care about her job. Was going to buy a suit for wedding and groomsmen here, but oh well!

It's amazing place to meet your dream and will get the best deals ever. Thanks for Peter the sales person at Pickering center. He is very helpful and talent to run this kid of business

Maureen (Tailor) and Manny (Sales Associate) were very helpful in helping me prepare and properly size my wedding suit. Without them, things would've been ugly, grateful for their help.
