Return Policy Sucks! No receipt no Return, no system to find receipt from credit card, when you purchase they ask your full data, for what? Tag taken off from apparel no Return! Not even little initiative to help customers, wrong size and I lost 59 plus taxes! You lost very loyal customer, Moore is the place to shop I guess!

I went into this store to buy a dress shirt for a wedding. I was greeted by Alayna, who was amazing. She made eye contact. Was friendly. Knew her product. Walked me to a dressing room. An absolute all star. I'd give this review 5 stars if she was the only employee I spoke to. But then I met Ken. My first (non) interaction with him was when I was standing in line at the cash register to buy my shirt. After he finished with the customer ahead of me he just walked off. No engagement at all. No "I'll be right" or "let me get someone for you. " Nothing. When Alayna came to check us out she mentioned we could save money but getting a second shirt. I asked which shirts were included in the same. Ken. Gave the useless answer of "the same one. " To which we had to pry out of him with several back and forth questions to finally here "the ones over there" with a point of his finger, and "the ones over there" another point of his finger. Not once was he able to make eye contact and not once was any of his first responses useful. I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt until I found out he was the manager. Hence, the one star. You should not be in retail Ken. If you hate your job and people and your life so much, quit and move on so Alayna can move up. She would make a far superior manager and even employee than you. If I was your boss Ken, I'd fire you.

I just attended this store to purchase 2 suits for my kids and 1 for myself.

The gentleman in the store showed me an interest in helping me out to get a proper suit for myself or my kids. So I decided to go to Hudson Bay, so I spent about $300 that they lost on the sale. I decided to return to see if maybe they had something for me, and the gentleman changed his attitude, but it was even worse the customer service.

I feel mistreated as now this guy told me a suit here is over $250 dollars. I never have been told something like that. I ask for the managers information to send an email about these comments because I would never want an employee working for me if he will treat my customers in the way he did.

He got a card and threw at me the card, I hope this review help the Manager Ken Ranson to review this employee as he will loose lots of customers and I see a lot of feedback back with the same complains.

Customers I will say for now avoid having a bad experience in this store, go to Hudson Bay better prices, or Moors better customer service.

In the middle of sizing my 14yo son, the older guy helping us said he was getting a pair of pants to match the jacket, and then just abandoned us to help someone else. We stood there waiting for over 15 minutes before we gave up and asked the younger sales rep for help. He seemed reluctant to help as we were originally being looked after by the other rep. We did make a purchase because of the help of the younger guy but will most likely not be back because of the original rude sales rep.

Do yourself a favour. Go to Moore’s. Took my son to Tip Top Tailors at Georgian Mall to buy prom suit. First part was great. Found the pants and jacket. Then my son told the employee he wanted black shirt and tie. The employee was extremely rude and asked if he was going to prom or a funeral. He then returned with a shirt and tie that was not black. Both my son and I said again black shirt and black tie to which he rolled his eyes and walked away. After finally getting the suit he wanted we paid and took the suit bag and went on our way with a bad experience but success in finding what he wanted. Just after we left the store we get a call that we did not get the lapel pin so we returned again to pick it up. Still just with the garment bag. We went home and thankfully my son opened the bag to see that there was no shirt no tie and no handkerchief. I called the store and got huge attitude and was basically accused of lying to them about not having all the pieces in the garment bag. Apparently that’s my shtick to rip of men’s suit stores. Now I have to travel back to Barrie an hour drive to fight for the items that I purchased. Please everyone do yourself a favour and avoid this store and their horrible customer service. Go to Moores next door.

Horrible experience. Staff was not willing to help - kept suggesting to order online. Never been to a suit store where they won’t measure you to make sure you fit well. Lazy and couldn’t be bothered with. Won’t recommend to come here.

Great customer service by Jason and very professional approach. Thank You Jason for helping me second time in this month and making my buying experience wonderful. Tip Top Barrie is my favorite spot for any suiting and with great customer service I will definitely recommend this store and always come back to shop for any new arrivals.
