Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

Bad experience with the salesman today around 2: 30. He is a tall brown guy, wore glasses and was wearing black shirt and pant. He was rude, disrespectful and was forcing us to buy something we didn’t like and as a response he said “dnt open too many shirts if you’re not gonna buy it” and we only tried two shirts.
Very disappointed!

The lady working there Mahnaz gave us TERRIBLE customer service. She was busy training someone. Said hi 15 minutes after we were in the store, then said 20 minutes later that she could mesure my husband to know his size. We looked at her couple times to have her attention. Nothing. So we proceed to choose what we wanted to try and my husband went in the changing room. 20 minutes into trying things she came to us telling us we are not supposed to open « the shirts packages » as they are for purchase only and we had to request a sample to try. Very rude and bad customer service all along. Don’t waste your time, here.

Store manager Naaz should be fired. She is racist, incompetent, doesn't listen to customers and can't solve any problems. Not sure how she became a manager. Another Tip Top location was able to help.

Very poor customer service experience, Salesman was totally unprofessional.
Escalated problem to the regional manager and he seem to not really care about what happened he was completely turned off. As a long time customer with Tip top I must say that I was disappointed with the outcome.
I will never shop at Markville Tip Top again and will definitely share my experience with friends and relatives.

Be aware of the “manager“ Naaz at this location please. She has been discriminating against people of colour. Earlier this week I walked in the store and this woman was speaking to a young brown gentleman in a very rude and aggressive manner. Rolled her eyes and walked away. I was extermely disgusted so I left. Disgusting behaviour! She should "not" be a manager. Do Better at hiring managers TIPTOP! I do not support racism!

Tip Top Tailors is the main place I go for business clothing. I went to this location for the first time and it was great. It's overpriced but it is pretty nice

Most awful experience I have ever had.
The staff keep saying everything fit on my friends even the pants is clearly too shot showing half of the socks, standing. When we request for bigger size, he brings 2 size up instead which is definitely too long. I can tell even without putting on.
We was told ‘that would be the one last time trying’ with his head shaking when one of them want to re-try the Jacket.
Staff is wearing loose and wrinkled, never close to proper suit attire.
What a regret walking into this shop.

Execellent service, my sons were extremely happy with the way the suits fitted them perfectly. It was only because of the personalized care provided by Arin at the store, if it wasnt for his attention to detail we would have not got the perfect fit! Thank you so much for your help:)

Aniljay helped me to the best of his ability. Unfortunately, being a larger fellow, they did not have the right size for me. He directed us to a store that sells larger sizes which was very helpful! I would definitely do business with them if they ever have the right size or if any of my peers needs the right fit for them!

WORST WORST WORST experience i have ever had with any other store I purchased an entire suit from them they did not had that in store so i had to order online first they said i had to come back tomorrow because apparently their online ordering was not working so i come back the next day and they ordered it for me and i made the payment there and they said bring back to us for alterations and we will do it in a week and if we cant we have another store in new market they will do it but in that case i will have to pick it up from there and i was fine with that, after I received the order i went to the store the manager was completely different and now they are saying they can not do it within the time period they gave after a bit of argument they said they will do it but they will call me and let me know from where i have to pick it up either from markville or new market I received 2 phone calls they said very clearly pick it up from new market i said okay i will do that. The pickup day arrived i drived 1 hour to the new market store and they checked it and after a while they found out that they dont have it with them it, someone took it to the markville mall so i drive back 1 hr to the markville mall and found out the store is already closed and i have to wear the suit in a special party which i completely missed.
NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AND WONT EVEN SUGGESTS ANYONE GOING HERE THEY NEED TO PUT THIER SH*T TOGETHER.
