They have good quality products, however I felt neglected as a good customer. They ignored my service requests and didn't really care about me. I guess I wasn't important to them as a customer. It's amazing how companies treat their most loyal customers. I will never give them another penny.

Great service, their clothing quality has drastically improved from the 1990s and their service personnel are very helpful and engaged in your purchase needs without being pushy. They are also great with suggesting styling ideas.

Does Customer Service ever pick up phone?

It's always "high volume of calls", then you prompted to leave a message and nothing happens!

I first discovered James and Tip Top Tailors 2 or 3 years ago. Since then, I've shopped there far more than any other place, and perhaps more than every other place combined.

Whether I have a specific vision for the clothing, or am ready to be surprised, TTT is my go-to. I have shopped for more casual bar night, for black tie masquerades, and everything in between.

Whenever a friend is looking for something nice to wear, I bring them here. They've never been disappointed.

I sometimes shop on the website out of convenience (it is clear, concise, and useful. Shipping has always been flawless and easy), but I prefer to go in for James' infinite wisdom, and great fashion advice. He has always been friendly and helpful.

Nona (name on receipt) was so incredibly helpful. We visited Sunday to pick out dress pants and she went above and beyond to assist us. Not once did we feel rushed or inconvenient to her. Incredible customer service skills!

Had an amazing experience here recently with my bridal party. We were assisted by James and Phil. James has to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and so very understanding. His no pressure attitude allows you to make your own decisions, while guiding you in the right direction. I had a somewhat unexpected death in the family two weeks ago, and when I went to Tip Top to get fitted for the funeral, I had no idea I’d be getting the TOP NOTCH customer service I ended up receiving. James was absolutely fantastic, communicative and super honest with me about what options I had.

He was patient and kind and made buying a suit for my loved one’s funeral an absolute pleasure. James was also really practical, helping me pick a suit I could get my money’s worth for!

I usually come here because of the experience I have everytime I come in (THE BEST!). I had to get a dress shirt from the Woodbridge location, had a bad experience there. They reminded me why this location was the best! James was very patient, personable, and great when it came to figuring out the perfect fit for me! Great customer service! Nona was always amazing! I love Tip Top. I bought my wedding suit from them few months back. They have beautiful suits in their store.

Helping my friend buy a pocket square and the employee was very kind and understanding of my lack of knowledge. He was super helpful but according to my friend the prices were a bit high but he was happy with it.

she showed us all our options, and gave us top notch advice,
showed us all the sales and did with professionalism and poise
on the other hand, the store manager during our purchase pulled susie away and sternly told her to deal with another customer, mean while he was'nt doing anything.we were just about done, his name is patrick and by far the worse emplyee.

#WEDDING #LADIES #MEN #TIPTOPTAILORS #HORRENDOUS I hate to say this but it is only a matter of time before Tip Top Tailors goes out of business. Before my husband and I decided which suit store to rent the men's suits for our wedding from we asked all our friends and read reviews on line. I normally do not take the time to write online reviews but I thought I should in this situation because it was the online reviews that caused our decision. A family friend of ours used Tip Top tailors before and advised us not to use the store because the customer service was horrendous and the quality was just not worth the price. In the end we decided however to use them as the online reviews were so positive. I think the reason why they were, was because the negative reviews have not been written. So to save a future bride and groom the disaster that happened to us I am writing this review. Every single one of the suits, (a total of 6) were incorrect. The package says that you get your suits 2 days before the wedding date indicating that obviously they will be right the first time. 4 out of the 6 men, had to go back a 2nd and 3rd time to have the colours and sizes corrected, and on the wedding day they were still NOT CORRECT. It was so much unnecessary stress I was flabbergasted and confused because the store has been around for over 100 years yet the service at both store level and head office level was embarrassingly bad. My husband spent a month talking back and forth with head office and store level explaining the mess up of the situation that Tip Top caused, where ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY were not taken from both. We asked for a refund back for all the suits since the photos were so bad because only 2 people out of the 5 matched. TIP TOP TAILORS RUINED our wedding photos as people were also confused why one of my husbands best man's had the exact same suit as the groom. No one apologized for the mistakes made and in the end we felt taken advantage of as the money we spent was not for what was promised. Normally when you buy a defected item you return it or exchange it, they offered us $20 for their mistakes, for the $1,200.00 that we spent. Please ladies and gentlemen DO NOT BUY or RENT from TIP TOP TAILORS. If you do please know that this is what happened to us, and it could happen to you.

Great men's clothing store, keep any eye out for end of season deals. I have seen up to 70 percent off. Great quality and great value.

I love the material they have. Good quality, great pants and shirts. It's a little pricey but worth it in value. The staff know what they are doing and can really help to guide you for what you want.

Service can be quite incincere. They tell you what they think you want to hear instead of being honest.

I went to Tip Top tailors to buy my son´s graduation suit.
The person who help me was really nice and professional. He looked at my son and told me, immediately, what to buy: size, color, everything and he nailed it.
It was a really good help.

Oh Tip Top, you have clearly lost your way. Every quarter century or so I go into the brave world and buy a stack of clothes. And this was the year.

Honestly, I've been going to this store since the mid 80's.

Pleasantly greeted by Manager Issa Wahhab, I said I was looking for a pair of pants. In turn, he offered a size I clearly haven't worn since my teenage years and even when corrected, provided said size for me to try on.without telling me. I had to prove to him the pants were too small by not being able to pull the zipper up.

A pair of Daniel Hechter were settled upon but at 145 $ it's a bit of a kick. A discount brought them down to 102 $ but tailoring 9 $ and "super crease" 8 $ plus tax 15.41 $, my pants come to 133.91 $.

I looked at a summer blazer I liked but the price tag was north of 300 bucks.
Not going to happen.

I chose this location over the others in the city as they were decently reviewed. I had to buy a preselected suit for a friends wedding. On my first visit a lady helped me find the suit and try it on and gave me some advice on its fit. I returned two weeks later to purchase it and the man I dealt with was not very pleasant. I told him I dealt with the lady previously and then I overheard him talking to another salesman about how he was stealing her sale. He was pretty rude to me as he was trying to tell me to lose weight and that only a few alterations can be done to make it fit me. I ended up buying the suit as-is and bringing it to my tailor who was much more accommodating and much cheaper.

I would have loved to have dealt with the lady on my return visit. If I had a choice I would never have walked out with the suit after dealing with this salesman but I didn't have any time left. My tailor was able to make alterations that the salesman said were not possible and I was able to get the suit altered by a true professional for less than they were charging. Two stars - both for the pleasant lady that I initially dealt with.
