TLDR - I didn’t really use this service. Simply interacted with it.
I only called with a complaint about a driver. They did something incredibly dangerous and I felt the need to report it since we both could have been very seriously injured.
I was kind of rude to the woman that answered the phone and she insisted that I hadn’t been when I called again to apologize for that. Thank you whomever you were on the phone. I felt heard.
I’ve since seen that driver on the road. Behaving themselves. How long will that last? Who knows, but you obviously brought my concern forward.

LI use this service at least5-6 times a week. I love the drivers and the dipatch, then now my name. I haver the best conversations with the drivers, they are all very personalbe.
