Dan and the whole team are amazing and honest! They always help with our family vehicles and their prices are fair! We live in Burlington now but make the trip to Stoney Creek to get our cars maintained by them. Excellent customer service

First time here, brought it in for diagnostic check up, called me back to review the check even sent me photos of the work performed, not in the dealership have I seen this, also wag at needs to be serviced in the near future. I will be letting them take care of my vehicle in the near future.

I always have complete trust in the advice they give me about my vehicle. The staff is very trust worthy and does not make me fix or repair anything that doesn't need it at the time. Highly recommend.

Took my tire in my to see about repair due to nail in it. Told me can’t be fixed, need to replace two tires and quoted the replacements. Took to another local place and they fixed it for $50. Don’t be afraid to get second opinions elsewhere. This place is a money grab.

Always the best of the best great service they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction I would recommend this place to anybody especially if you have a German vehicle, but really it doesn't matter what vehicle you have. Tirecraft is very busy and there was about a two week wait to get my tires replaced. It is worth the wait! At the consultation, I was presented with a variety of options and, on the day of my appointment, there were "no surprises" on my final bill. I really appreciate their transparency, communication and attention to detail.

Recently had a mechanical repair done on my Ford Explorer that required a couple days. Dan and Nate were super attentive and worked with my schedule to ensure the repair was done at a convenient time. They replaced a water pump and did schedule maintenance of new brakes and oil change. The rate was significantly cheaper then what was quoted by the local dealership without compromising quality service and ensuring only the necessary items in need of repair were completed.

For trusted service and quality workmanship in the Creek I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Tirecraft Stoney Creek much more then just a tire shop!

3.5 to 4 Star Rating. I’ve been a customer there for many years. The staff are friendly and they do quality work.

My issue is with their ever rising prices. It USED to be a pretty fairly priced business and some of their services still are. However, my last oil change and filter was almost $80 which is an absolutely ridiculous price for a normal car.

I won’t be back for any oil changes there. Will definitely be shopping around.

I recently purchased a new set of tires for my F150 from Tirecraft in Stoney Creek and noticed they do maintenance as well. I booked an oil change and also purchased wiper blades which was done at the same time as the tire install. Dan and Nate were a pleasure to deal with. They communicated throughout the entire process and the price was reasonable.

Took my truck in for an alignment since I just purchased new tires. When they did a check of the alignment it was within specs and said an alignment was not necessary. They only charged for the inspection. I really appreciate the honesty!

Always receive calls personally from Dan to book my vehicles in and discuss repair plans. Friendly service, and reasonable prices. Happy to bring my vehicles in as they try to accommodate needs of quick or timely repairs.

From the time you enter the store till the time you pick up your vehicle, the treatment is professional and personable. Work was done on my vehicle on time and at a cost lower than what was quoted. I feel that I can trust this Tirecraft location for any repairs that my vehicle requires. They have come a long way since the management changeover and all for the better!

So happy with the work they did on my car - engine was misfiring, so they replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs. Also replaced the front brakes and did an oil change, in addition to several other things.
My car was generally running with issues that we couldn't seem to pinpoint and just accepted it for months after a different mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong. One of those things was very loud noise and jerking sometimes occurring at high speeds.
After getting serviced at Tirecraft, my car feels like it's running buttery smooth! Will definitely be going back

I dropped in today with no appointment, to get a tote changed onto a new rim. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was super nice. Took me in no problem and gave me the best service. I really appreciate helping me out so last minute with my spare tire. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Love this place. I started with only getting my tires done there, now I'm getting oil changes and just had my breaks done. Good group of guys, honest and trustworthy. Great price for an oil change as well. They get busy, so book in advance.

First time here but it’ll now be my go to place. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They even checked and topped up the air in my tires. Quality parts used but I didn’t have to pay BMW dealership prices! Just try them and see for yourself.

This is now a full service garage, I have been using them to change over my tires every winter/summer for several years, but now will be doing my oil changes and brakes in the future. Always friendly and professional service with good prices.

I trust Dan and team with not only tires, but mechanical service needs on my Audi A5 and Mercedes Benz SUV. Recently did a water pump and a wheel bearing. A well oiled (pun intended) and very professionally run repair shop. Highly recommended for thoughtful diagnosis, trusted advice, and expert installation.

I do not have enough good things to say about Tirecraft. I have been a technician for over a decade and do not trust many people to touch my car but Tirecraft will definitely be getting all of my future buisness. Nate is very knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. Nate has done a perfect allignment on my RHD car and I cant thank Tirecraft enough for their hard work. Absolutely perfect experience, highly recommend them for any mechanical issues you might have with your car. Also had them replace tires on my inlaws Mercedes and they were not only the best price but they once again had done a perfect job.

These guys are the real deal. I am a single woman with an old car. They are honest and efficient. They tell me everything before they start. Plus.if they quote you a price and it ends up being lower.they actually tell you! Amazing. I am very comfortable with the people at Tirecraft and I recommend them to everyone.

These guys go above and beyond. Great set of tires in quickly and the cheapest price around out of many other places I called for 35s.

OUTSTANDING customer service! CdnTire ran the codes on my 2008 BMW X3 and told me my timing chain had jumped and that’s why it was barely running. Likely cost $4,000+ and they couldn’t help me. In effect, given the cost, I would have to junk the car. Dan and BMW-mechanic Nate at TireCraft Stoney Creek took awesome care of me for under $1,000 including all new spark plugs that were not even on the CdnTire list. And it wasn’t the timing chain! All done in about 4 hours and it runs beautifully. Straight-forward, honest service plus a courtesy car. So hard to find service like this these days. Got a Bimmer that’s outside of warranty? Nate knows his stuff! This is my go-to shop for all auto repairs from now on, BMW and otherwise.

I recently brought in my BMW X6 for oil change, also my C300 for new tires. Great service and great price. I feel I can trust these guys and I will definitely be coming back. I recommend this shop in Stoney Creek.

Friendly customer approach, a bit too pricey when I did my allignement but the real problem was in the craftsmanship. They straightened the wheels but didn't check the steering wheel so it kinda deflated the purpose plus it shows that they don't test drive your car after doing an allignement and possibly laziness from the technician part. You be the judge.

Quality workmanship and I really like the email with the pictures showing you what is wrong or items that may be of concern also included with that email is the quote for what it will cost to fix everything. I think it's brilliant! Highly recommend this shop! (I have been to many and these guys are the BEST!)

John is really nice work is good went in for alignment and tire balance car drives good. A little pricey on install of parts paid arm and leg to have spring removed and replaced almost same price as dealer ship not sure if I would take my vehicle here again for parts installed not sure if they really value there costumers over charge you full price and no deals

Just had my oil changed at Tirecraft for the first time, and I had a great experience. The facility is clean and staff are friendly and efficient. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, but gave me a heads up of what I will need to take care of in the next 6-12 months. Will definitely be going back for oil changes and regular service

New ownership makes a HUGE difference! I use to come here years ago, but the owner was quite the character to deal with. But now it has new owners, who have another shop and the experience was completely different.
Friendly staff, fair prices, quick efficient work and loaner cars available. I haven’t found a downside so far.
Took one of my cars in, front end was getting noisy, I had taken it to a garage that I use to deal for years, with as well as a dealership and neither could find any problem. A road test and 10 minutes later and the tech had found that a front wheel bearing was going. They gave me a courtesy vehicle and 2 hours later I had my car repaired and back. They definitely diagnosed and fixed the problem.
I’ll be back and recommend Tirecraft to everyone.

Friendly, fast and very accommodating. Several months ago I had a slow leak in my tire and have been back several times including having my oil changed at this location

Brought my vehicle in recently to take off my winter tires for all seasons. A few concerns with brought to my attention and I was offered a free inspection. The inspection report they provided by email was detailed and had photos which was great. Brought my vehicle in this past week Tuesday for repairs. Prices were reasonable compared to other garages in the area. I would definitely use them again.

I inquired back in March about getting new tires an possibly a brakejob for my car - I was surprised and delighted that I was told that the brakes were fine and the tires were installed for a decent price - they could have easily hit me up for a brake job and I never would have questioned it - the brakes felt much better when I got the vehicle back so they must have done some sort of adjustment but I was not charged for anything. I was also impressed at how well the loaner vehicle ran despite having 250k on it. I was back yesterday to have a tire rotation on the other car - very pleasantly surprised at the high speed complimentary WI-FI which certainly makes the wait time go by quickly. Very pleased and impressed customer. Will be even more impressed if they can find the source of the burning smell coming from the heater of the one car.

Excellent customer service. Tires the next day and oil change. Fluids all topped up as well. Will return for regular service!
