AVOID THIS PLACE! The scheduling and admin staff is really unprofessional.firstly they canceled my appointments twice just few hours before the appointment but i didnt argued and remain flexible with them. But then on my last appointment that they rescheduled i was only late by 8 mins.and they said that they cant see me today which i dont really care.but then they made me pay 30 $ just for being late by 8 mins which again i didnt argued with the admin lady as i dont want to ruin my day because of them. BUT I must say. I am never ever going back to this clinic and never recommending this clinic to anyone.really really poor consumer experience and service. JUST Want to make money out of patients. I'd be more inclined to offer a tip if they demonstrated common sense and genuinely assisted their patients.

AGAIN AVOID THIS CLINIC.

Tried to book a home visit for a house bound relative. Left a message and now it's three days later and no call back. They never pick up their phone. I understand that most places have you leave a message these days but a return phone call would have been nice. Need to find another place that offers at home foot care.

I have used this service twice for my mom. They are great at communication, the service is excellent and my mom has found the service (shoutout to Pam!) compassionate, patient and kind. They arrive on time and the booking was easy. She and I are very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: just discovered they left a piece of my toenail inside. I guess that the thing I felt inside that they said was a tendon was actually a part of the nail. It’s been a month since the initial removal and after 3 rounds of antibiotics I wondered why it was still so red, swollen and sore. I am very mad. Went to get a different toe looked at at tired sole and asked if it was supposed to heal like that and they assured me nothing was left inside. Today I had a podiatry consultation at the foot clinic to see if I could prevent ingrowns in the future and they said that the previous removal didn’t get the whole thing out and that’s why it was not healing. They had to reopen my toe and remove the left over part. At least it was frozen this time, they were so surprised when I said I wasn’t given numbing cream or anything for cauterization. To recap:
I saw two people from tired sole and they assured me they got everything out, they even saw me after for a different toe and checked the initial one saying it was good and normal. I am happy a different foot clinic could get it out for good now. I am also happy the podiatrist said I can send a picture in a week to check it to make sure it’s not infected again. Initial review: I just got an infect ingrown toenail removed, the nurse was really nice. I wish I would have looked up wether they used freezing cream. I understand if something is infected it wouldn’t take the freezing as well but I understand it had to be done. It was the worst pain I have ever felt but the relief afterwards was amazing. I really appreciated her going in to make sure that all of it was gone. She even explained that the small other hard part in my nail was apart of the the tissue and that’s why she didn’t remove it. It was very nice that she was telling me how well I was doing. She made sure I understood the aftercare instructions and next steps. The cauterization stung a lot but I appreciated her explaining why the processes were needed.

I've brought my 95-year-old mom to this facility for several months now to take care of her thick toenails. Patricia has taken good care of her and now it is such a joy to see mom walking pain-free. Thank you Patricia and thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk who are always cheerful and happy to help.

I visited the clinic today for the treatment of an ingrown toenail. Nurse Brooklyn was absolutely amazing!
She was very gentle and knowledgeable and definitely put my mind at ease before the procedure.
There was little to no pain!
I also had the Onyfix nail correction system done so that the nail grows back properly. The Receptionist is also very kind and helpful.
The clinic setting is extremely clean and welcoming.

My first visit here was amazing. Quick diagnosis of the issue followed by clean and quick foot care. Patricia and reception staff were exceptional, accommodating and kind.

I love TiredSole! It's just a well established professional business. The owner Lisa and staff are amazing and well qualified to the job. I just completed their foot care nursing program 4-6 weeks online training, along with in person training. I would highly recommend any nurse considering to take the foot care course with TiredSole. It's easy to follow and help is there if needed! Lisa is always prompt at answering questions and gives you the support you need.

Worst first experience ever! Booked in home footcare for my Dad at 9: 00am. No one had showed up and a voicemail was left on my phone at 9: 30 am stating that she was outside. I returned to my Dad's home at 10: 30 am assuming that she had already been there and left however she didn't even go to the door and ring the bell. When I called her she informed me she doesn't go to the door unless someone answers their phone! Pretty stupid set up.especially for someone who is sevicing the elderly! When I called the office to report this. I was greeted with laughter and unprofessional behavior and was informed they would get her "side" of the story. I have no reason to lie as I am not providing a service.terribly unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Maybe the footcare provided is spectacular but the employee that was scheduled to come to our home was less than ideal and highly unprofessional.

I brought my daughter in for her ingrown toenails. The staff are so kind and friendly. The place was immaculate and very welcoming and peaceful. We highly recommend Tired Sole to anyone suffering with the same issues. We were seen by Lisa and she was awesome.

Had a phenomenal experience. My toenail had received a large amount of trauma and had come removed. The nurse was wonderful and consulted with the owner who were able to remove it safely. I felt listen to and was very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend

Lisa is very knowledgeable in treatments of ailments affecting the feet. I have been dealing with RSD after a fracture and she used laser therapy on my toe. While it did not take the numbness/pain away, the treatments have reduced them. The bonus, increased range in motion. I can almost do a lunge where I could not before. I can see/feel the improvements in my workouts. I highly recommend her and her services.

I reached out to Tiredsole's due to ingrown toe nails that were painful and not healing. I was in so much pain I couldn't do anything. Lisa emailed me and saw me right away. I was so relieved when she said she could help me I burst out crying. The hospitals emergency wouldn't help me and this amazing person saw me and started on my healing journey. I would recommend her and her staff 10 times over.
