When shopping for an expensive item like a vehicle one needs to do their due diligence. We had a good idea of what we wanted, type (suv), trim level (higher than average), other items like AWD and heated seats.
We finally found something that we liked at Titanium Auto Sales. After taking it for a test drive I was not comfortable in it. We found something similar at the dealership just a slightly higher price tag than we wanted to spend. But you know what they say, "you get what you pay for".
At first we were apprehensive but after taking some time to do some more research we found that the vehicle was a good price for what it all had! Something that I wasn't a big fan of was the no haggle price tag but looking back I believe that it is a much better way to go. We do it at every other place that we shop why not vehicles as well.
We were impressed with the other things that they do at Titanium as well. Things like a deep clean inside and out, painted brake calipers (who does that?) new cabin filter, synthetic oil change, and new wipers.
All in all we would, and will, recommend Titanium to anyone that we know that is looking for another vehicle. My wife and I said several times how impressed we were with everything that they do there.

Had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from them.
I wouldn’t say I’m an easy customer when it comes to having my needs met. But they were happy to oblige.
I don’t know anyone else who would happily water test a sunroof with a 2L bottle of water within minutes of me asking.
They were happy to match my local shop for winter tires as-well, no questions asked which made my life way easier.

All that really needs to be asked is “if I were to ever purchase another car would I use titanium auto again? ”
And the answer is 100% yes. Even though I live 3 hours away

Working in a field where it requires trucks - it is now getting expensive to use them especially when it’s mostly commuting from home to work and back. With gas prices currently out of control, I knew I had to make a change.

I called every single dealership as I was desperate to find an EV. Mac ended up returning my phone call and he knew I was desperate to get their last EV in the lot. He dropped everything he was doing and talked to Mateo and these two guys made it happen. They sold me a practically brand new EV.

They took care of me and made sure everything was transparent. It’s hard to find that in the car sales industry. I’m definitely coming back when it’s time replace my wife’s car. I also live 600+km away and I wouldn’t drive that far to buy a car.
