Update 8/2023: While I'm still not overly happy with the longevity of the pans, the customer support has been really good lately (4 stars for that). I just had another 3 pans replaced, but this time it only cost me $25 (to get into the PNE)
Stay away. We've had issues with a few of our pans from a $1500 set that we bought. They were under 2 years old which is within the "5 year no charge" period but we had to pay over $100 to have the defective pans replaced. I had lots of questions regarding our pans and none of them were answered.
