Tito's Pizza and Wings

Trying to charge 15 for delivery plus tax even no I only pay 7.99 and I'm only 10 km away pizza is not worth that price I can just got on skip the dishes an pay 8 max for delivery thats where I'm going lol

I went there today. I was getting confused of single topping which i had to select. I asked a girls her face has wrinkles and long hair. I asked her what she told me - did you see that pizza how many topping were on the top. This is many toppings of pizza. Like if a customer is asking a genuine question. Is this way yoy guys will use for customer. I always come to buy medium pizza but today i want only single topping and i have been working near. My question was only about single topping. Why was she talking with me like this? I seriously dont know. I will promise, i will find another place even go to dominos. But not come here. I can request you that we buy food not ask for free. Please speak well. I am sorry for my language but very disappointing

We had it delivered to us and the dough was really good. The wedges were a little overdone, but the rest of the food was great. We ordered hot wings, which my boyfriend devoured and a calzone with bacon, red onion, and cheese. The onion I wish would have been cooked more, but the whole thing was delicious and very big! I'm definitely ordering from here again!

We ordered Tito's Pizza for dinner. Pizza wasn't greasy and the panzarotti was really good.

This place is the best. They recently used the price of 2 slices and a drink from $6 to $7 but the slices are huge and the quality is unmatched. This pizza is the only thing keeping me going.

Don’t go here they bring you the wrong order and then when you call them they say that that’s what you said more then one time ordering there and they say one price on the phone and when they get here try charging more then they said on the phone

Stopped here after an event at the Puddicombe house, possibly the best pizza I've ever had. Got a couple slices of the meat lover pizza, amazing. They do not skimp on toppings.

WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER!

They "never recieved" my online order. So when I went to pick up they had to make it.
Then once they remade it they put the wrong toppings on.
I asked for my money back the manager started screaming at me and I had to tell her to calm down.
I said remake the pizza it's fine. I went back in and the pizza cook started screaming at me you want your money back? I thought he was going to jump over the counter and hit me.

Do not go here. Worst place ever.

I got half my money and no pizza.

This pizza joint is within walking distance of the walking paths and park in the Grand River, which is very handy for an impromptu picnic or snack. The ready slices were thin crust, very crispy, not oily and very delicious. You can get two slices and a bottle of pop for really reasonable price.

Pizza pizza pizza. Everyone has a fave, but honestly the New Hamburg Tito's is one of the best. The wings are absolutely amazing! The pizza is very good too! The folks who run it are always friendly and accurate. What more do you want? We're getting pizza tonight!

Now that was best wings I be had in a long time they were hugh and tasty for the price I had gotten 2lbs and could only eat half of them awesome wings and 1lb was enough for the size of them

Always on time, fresh food and the staff from the in store workers to the driver are all very polite. 5 stars all day long.

If Twice the deal, Pizza arca, new Orleans and pizza express, are all close then this place is cool. This place is like the last resort need pizza place in the township tbh. The food is lackluster and too greasy. The new owners mustve changed some recipes or something. If u want pizza, wings or calzones I usually go to arca they're family owned and much better. Twice the deal is also worth mentioning because they did alot during the pandemic to help folks and I think that's worth of my business. No hate to titos, there pizza is fine if you're a highschooler who needs a quick slice thats 3 hours old reheated and served up.

Had good service for a few orders, then something changed. They tell you delivery times approx 1 hour, if your lucky you will get it under 2 hours. I had an issue with an order that got resolved with a future free pizza. When I went to order even though I ordered exactly what they online mega deal advertised. They didn't offer me that price they tried to charge me full price and not give me the free pizza. When I asked for clarification the guy on the phone started to give attitude. All in all I don't think we will go back.

Best pizza in town by far! Wedges are delicious, and the lasagna is decent to hit that last minute craving if you don't want to spend hours making it yourself!

Had to wait 30 minutes after my order was to be ready before they figured out they never had made it and had to wait even more before i got my pizza.they didn't seem to care will just go to another pizza place in town now on.even the slices are not heated up they are cold nothing has changed this is still the worst pizza place in town

We ordered a pizza and when checking on the delivery of the pizza, becasue now we have waited over an hour and half. We were told they have the wrong address. When we ordered the woman answering phone repeated my address to me, so address was correct. After telling me they had the wrong address they told me it would take another half hour, so I asked then if the pizza would be free as that puts my wait to over 2 hours. And was told no, and that they would give 20 dollars off. Needless to say I cancelled order and went somewhere else.
