TITOS PIZZA TILLSONBURG

Went to get two slices of pizza. Pizza tasted off and looked very old. I still took a few bites. 20 - 30 min later I'm very ill. I call the store to ask how old the pizza was. He says he made it 15 min before I bought it. There was 4 slices under the heater lamp and we sat out front of the store for approximately 15 min before deciding what we wanted. No one went into the store. So the guy lied to us. He just kept on repeating he just made the pizza fresh.

Pizza is ok. Haven't tried the wings yet. Only this location has not had slices when I stopped couple times.

Pizza was good and very friendly service. However if you order more than one pizza make sure you double check the order with them. I ordered 3 pizzas- 2 with pepperoni and one veggie. I got two veggie and 1 with pepperoni. But the pizzas were really good.

I ordered two large pizzas. One with chicken, pineapple, bacon, and ham. The other with bacon, sausage, pepperoni, and hot peppers. Both pizzas were hot and fresh. However, the bacon and sausage one was short on toppings. I called and spoke to the manager. He was very understanding and fixed my order. I understand that mistakes happen and am very appreciative of their understanding and exceptional customer service.

We just ordered and are more than pleased with our food, the quality and speed of it being prepared. What we are SERIOUSLY disappointed with is the delivery driver. He parked on my front lawn, walked across the grass then proceeded to unload the pizzas on the fender of my husbands 1936 Chevy while I was telling him not to, the whole time he’s telling me it’s fine. I am absolutely disgusted at the disrespect from this driver.

They had run out of slices but the gentleman offered to make me a medium pizza for $1 more. I was ok with this. And food was delicious!

Ordered a Pizza. The employee had no idea what was going on. My boyfriend could clearly see the pizza sitting there with the lid open getting cold. So, he said something and the employee told him to remember he only makes $15 an hour. I don’t care how much you make; DO YOUR JOB. If one of my staff spoke to a customer like that it would be his last day. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Raw wings. With no refund. Save yourself time and money and go to subway. Eat fresh. And cooked.

I asked for boneless chicken wings and they were hard as a rock and the bread was cold and hard too

This is a cheese on top place, if you like that. One good thing is it's easy to handle the slices without ingredients falling off.
Great value good amount of cheese, and cooked to perfection.
I had a Pep Mush Bac & Green olives.
I asked for extra sauce, but it still seemed on the dry side.
Friendly young staffer put it together nicely.
