WOW! This is by far the BEST walk-in clinic. We were seen by a friendly doctor within 10 mins. The pharmacy next door then filled our prescription quickly. We were in and out in approx. 30 mins total. I'm used to waiting hours. This was such a great experience!

My mother went in due to a COPD flare up and wasn't able to get into her family doctor. Headed in and they were kind and professional at first. They did an x-ray in house, which was a benefit of going. The doctor told her that the results would be in the next day (Sunday) and that they would call her with the results. We tried calling and were unable to get ahold of them, as they wouldn't answer or the line was busy. Finally, four days later we got ahold of them and the secretary said if they hadn't called yet then it means they don't need to talk to her about their results. We were happy, as that meant no bad results! Next day, five days after original appointment, they called and left a message saying to "come in or call us to discuss your results". I called (quite literally) 15 times to get through and finally did. Asked the lady at the front desk to call my mom back as she was very anxious and couldn't get through. They said she would have to call them back, and they wouldn't call her. Later in the day, my mom called them back and spoke with the same lady. In the voicemail, she said she could "come in or call to discuss" the results. What did the lady on the phone say? "Your results are in, so you need to come in so we can review them with you". So incredibly unprofessional - why even mentioning calling back to discuss them if you're just going to make her come in. A waste of time and effort. Fingers crossed the results are good, even if it means her having to go in to hear good news.

I went to this clinic at the beginning, June when I first got sick. I had a very bad chest infection that I was told I had post nasal drip and fluid in my ears. I was prescribed a nasal spray and told I had no infections and didn’t need antibiotics. Then a couple weeks later I went back because I was coughing up green mucus, and was finally given an antibiotic for it. I did start to feel a tad bit better and started to clear up a bit. Then about a week or two later my cough returned and I went back once again and was told that I had post nasal drip and mucus in my throat. Again no antibiotics, I prescribed a puffer. I have been so incredibly sick for the last 6 weeks and I don’t trust this clinic anymore. The worst part part of it was the long waits I always had to endure and also I feel like I was never thoroughly examined properly my glandes in my throat always hurt and we’re never checked. I was never tested for strep throat bronchitis or pneumonia. I am very disappointed with my experiences here and will never go back.

Incompetent office staff and. Business is unreliable and consistently fails to answer their phone during business hours.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I called before I went and asked if I'd have to pay for my sons shots. They told me no. So I went and waited an hour then they informed me that I had to pay. They gave me misinformation and wasted my time and money because I had to take time off to bring him in. Had I known they lied, I wouldn't have. The staff has a real attitude problem too. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Peralta's receptionist. The one with the jail house tattoos needs to learn some manners. Very dispresctful!

TMC was fantastic. I had a bad injury And I went to the clinic to see if a hospital was required. The nurse cleaned and dressed my wound, Dr Cheema gave me stitches on my forehead I was amazed that kind of care was available. I also got my x-rays in the same building and then I was on my way home. I would like to thank the receptionist she was amazing as well, the Nurse that cleaned and bandage my head and most of all I like to thank Dr. Cheema again. Dr Cheema is my favourite Dr I specifically Request her and I’ll wait as long as I have to. Thank you TMC clinic for everything you did for me.

They called me and the phone dropped. I tried all day to get through.

Quick, and very thorough examination, asked a lot of questions. Did some follow up testing with a lab on site for my convenience. Tested me for something my own family practisioner had failed to do. Very impressed.

I WAITED IN LINE 10 MIN, WAS MOTIONED TO MOVE TO THE RECEPTIONIST DESK, ASKED MY REASON FOR THE VISIT AND WAS TOLD "FOLLOW THAT GIRL" INTO A PRIVATE OFFICE WHERE I WAS ATTENDED TO, INSPECTED BY THE DOCTOR, STITCHES COMPLETED AND OUT THE DOOR ALL IN 45 MIN. YOU CANNOT DO BETTER. THANK YOU DOCTOR BUTLER AND ASSISTANTS

My fiance went here after work last night and the doctor wrote the wrong name on her script so now she can't get the meds she needs cause he's off today. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional worst clinic

Had a C-Section December 10th, went to this clinic a couple days ago because of a high fever and sharp abdominal pains.somehow got told I had a cold and was prescribed nasal spray… doctor also said that he doesn’t care about a fever and cares more so about how I feel overall. Well obviously I did not feel good if I went to see a doctor… also fever is number one indicator of an infection.anyways, today my incision is red and oozing pus and blood, went to a different doctor and was told my incision is infected… the infection at the site could’ve been avoided if my concerns were taken seriously. Very disappointed with the care.

Not all Doctors at this location are just terrible, but unfortunately there is enough to give them all a failing grade. They do not take the time.

The doctors are great, the nurses the worst in the business. The amount of unprofessionalism is insane. Today Sep 10, the two girls working pretty much ruin the experience of coming to the doctor.as if coming to the doctor isn’t bad enough.

I completely go out of my way to come to this clinic. Staff has always been friendly and Dr. Butler is wonderful and very helpful. I don't understand why people complain about the wait times here, I waited about 20min before going in but it was no big deal. Obviously it's a busy place and it's expected to wait your turn just like anywhere else. Please be patient people

I've had to use the TMC a few times through the years and have only had good experiences, whether it be for myself or my children. The receptionist Lindsay was very attentive. Would recommend this clinic.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience with this clinic.

I had some tests done about a month ago, waited 3 weeks for results “from public health” and even had my family doctor try to retrieve the results. My Family Doctor told me they spoke to Public Health, and Public Health told them that TMC had had the results for days prior even though they’d been telling me they hadn’t received results yet. Went in to the TMC clinic and told them that Public Health said they had sent the results days ago and that they must have been misplaced, the receptionist was extremely rude and said that the results would only be in one spot and they would never be put anywhere else, then proceeded to pick up a basket full of lose papers and sift through them for a few minutes before finally finding my results. She looked pretty silly there.

The other day, I had to go there again, waited a few mins in the waiting room then they brought me to a room where I waited 45 minutes, finally the doctor came in and the computer wasn’t working but all the other rooms were full, so I had to wait 15 more minutes for him to go see other patients in order to free up a room. Not technically their fault however one of the workers admitted to knowing the computer didn’t work.

Moral of the story, this place is quick (most of the time) and as convenient as that is, it’s not worth how unprofessional, unorganized, and rude the people are there.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The Human at the front desk was wonderful. She is efficient and polite. She is not all sunshine and rainbows but doesn't need to be. She has
a crazy busy job dealing with the public which is always challenging!
The female Dr I saw was wonderful and very helpful. I **will* come back here for sure

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Great clinic! The staff was exceptionally friendly and the receptionist went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.

I frequent this clinic as the in house lab and x-ray centres are convenient and TMC is able to cover most of my health needs in one place. However I have found the reception staff to be consistently disappointing with a tendency to treat patients as an annoyance, and be rude and dismissive as I have both witnessed and experienced myself several times.

Great place.and the receptionist.was so kind and caring.she really went outta her way to make us feel comfortable. I was freaking out because our trip involved my kid.she took complete control.calmed not only me down but my kid too

The girl with the brownish red hair is so funny and such a breath of fresh air. She extended her kindness and I just wanna say I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed

Came in with an injury, and the receptionist was taking her sweet time on the phone even that I was on the wheelchair and crying. And then the other nurse kept me waiting like any other patient, even that they are posting on their screen the priority for imergencies! And after that Dr. Sleiman was even worse. I wont come again to this place even if I have to wait 10 hours in hospital imergency. Very cold careless service.

Lost my files. Calling this place is the worst 1out of 50 call get answered. With the clinic on the first floor. And my dr on the second floor and from one floor to the second floor they lost my files. I drive 2 hrs both ways. They make appointments knowing they lost my files. To tell me we can’t find your files. This was my third appointment and still don’t know what’s wrong. Started in May now it’s mid sept and still don’t know. The receptionist told me that there was nothing wrong with me to go home and she didn’t even have my files to know that there was anything wrong with me. Not to mention the fuel it takes to get there that I can’t afford.

Little disappointing went there to see a doctor didn't have a mask on me went in there to only see the sign saying will not give a mask. Alot of walk ins still have mask for people who forgot or don't carry one. If you are a service and require mask to be seen you should atleast provide patients with one incase they don't have one or forgot theirs. Had to drive all the way to leamington to be seen and they provided me with a mask.

Well I guess this place is alright! But I have heard 1 of Receptionists Sniffles alot And it's not because of the weather either nore is the constant nose blowing. If I was the owner I would currently be keeping an eye on my Prescription Pad, lock up those medications too.next time mabe call those fake references.

Left a message to call back, and when I called back I was out on hold and hung up on, and stopped answering their phones. From previous visits the general attitude of the staff if a little high and mighty too, wish we had better options in this city

Dr Sleiman was excellent. Listened to my concerns and provided the correct medication on the first visit. I had previous been to a different clinic and had to go back and forth 3x to get the right medication.

Terrible experience. Brought my child in pain with a finger that was caught in a door. She checked her watch sent him for an X-ray and told us to come back so that she could drain the blood causing the pain in his thumb. We got back after waiting for an X-ray and we’re told the dr left and the clinic was closed. Don’t go if you expect medical care.

I was told 3 separate times from 3 different people who work here that the travel clinic is closed and has been for over 2 years…which is fine. However, I was also told that they were the only travel clinic in Windsor so I would have to go to either London or Toronto for my vaccines for my upcoming trip to Central America this September.
They were adamant that they were the only travel clinic that existed in Windsor. Just here to tell everyone that this is untrue! I found an amazing travel clinic at 5115 Tecumseh Rd East (I. D. A). Walked in and booked an appointment to get ALL of my necessary vaccines and pills for my trip! You need an appointment so call ahead!
They have everything on site in which one needs to travel! Happy travelling!
