Very knowledgeable with BMW cars. Did an oil change and they Removed the Airbag and seat belts lights that were on by an error.

This is the worst place. I definitely not going to come back again. Recently I went there to change the tyre. There was an old guy working there. He can't even speak properly and he doesn't know anything about the car.
In my car, there was some warning lights. He couldn't even figure out the complaint and the old guy was so rude to me when i ask him something. After sometime, I realized that he doesn't know anything and then called his son who was working there to figure out the issue. He was professional.
I don't really recommend this place just because of his unprofessional behavior. If you have any mental problem, please go to any mental hospital.

10/10 for wasting peoples time. Get one of those "Take a number" machines or some way to organize who is next. I called for service they advised first come first serve we do not make an appointment. There was no organized line. No number to take. Only one mechanic. Constantly new people showing up, no one to help them, looking confused, shrugging their shoulders and leaving. After standing there for approximately 40 minutes without so much as a confirmation I existed, now with nearly 20 people just hanging out all over the shop wanting service, new customers show up and the mechanic helps them before people already waiting. I would have waited all day if he just said "Okay I see you, I will get to you after these people here first". Maybe they do good work or have good prices? I was not able to find out because they wouldn't even talk to me and I didn't know what to do.

Great and genuine guy! Highly recommended.
However, everyone is out there to make money be mindful of anything you deal that is off the books.

Worst customer service. Went to ask him to replace the Lug nuts for me and said it’s $40 each, $40 to replace tires lug nuts. When I said the price was high and asked for a discount he walked away and said “Go take it to Canadian Tire I don’t have time for you. ” Worst place EVER. I’m thankful I didn’t do any job there.

I just went for a quick fix. The service was good and they accommodated us very well due to urgent issues.

Have my AC serviced at TMS Auto Clinic today, the owner hooked up the machine to my car and said there is no leak. He then proceeded to recharge the AC with refrigerant. 30 minutes later I got my AC back, it works better than when it was brand new. Price was very reasonable, owner is a very decent man. I highly recommend this auto shop.

The AC wouldn't come ON due to low refrigerant level. Zubair diagnosed it quickly and said just need to recharge. The wait times were like 20-25 mins (especially due to many AC issues). He hooked up to the Recharging machine which emptied the existing gas, Vacuumed it for 10 mins and then fill gas as per the recommended vehicle weight. Now my AC blows super cold air! Very impressed with the cost as well! Would recommend to anyone experiencing AC problem. Zubair is really well knowledgeable and no BS like the other mechanic was telling me it could be compressor issue and what not.

The AC in my BMW was no longer blowing cold air. I contacted the shop early morning and was able to bring it in a few hours later. Great service, great price. Highly recommend

Awesomene Experience, had AC Fix. During this heat my AC was not cooling, i went for AC checkup, Gas refilled after Free AC Checkup. Now it's so cool and chilling. I would definitely recommend TMS Auto Clinic.

One of the honest auto shop. I always go there for any concern for my car. Going to them for 4 years now and they always tell me the truth about my car, unlike other rip off places where they scare you with non-sense. Also, their prices are very affordable.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with the services that were provided by TMS Auto Clinic. I needed to get my rear brakes done right away and after one call after finding them on Kijiji, they were able to quote me an excellent price to get them done including labour and have me in and out of the shop in less than an hour. Greatest mechanic that I’ve been to in a long time and will definitely be going back!

Broke my air conditioner valve, a $100 fix is now going to cost me $500, he claimed it was seized, when took it to the dealer, I was informed that it was broken by a non skilled person, he doesn’t have any mechanic skills, might be good to change a light bulb or a windshield wiper, nothing more, go elsewhere.

If you are looking to recharge the AC, it is the place to go. Will definitely be back. Very reasonable price.

I had an issue with my air conditioner on a 2011 Honda Civic. The staff at this location took time to troubleshoot the problem and find the underlying issue. Good customer service and fair pricing. Air conditioner issue was resolved in a timely manner.

I called them one month back asking about cost to change my winter tires without the Rims. He told ne 30 bucks. Today, I called again, he told me 80 bucks. When I was trying to explain to him that this is not inline with what he previosuly told me, he hung up the phone. Completely unprofessional!

Awesome experience! Took us in to get our car's winter rim and wheel swap at 9pm the night before the snow began and the guys got finished in under 30 minutes. No issues with the drive and service was exceptional. Thanks TMS!
