I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for great quality service at low price.

I wanted to use this service as it’s a cheaper alternative…however, we could never get the internet service to work properly it kept cutting out so we were quick to cut the service and company apologized said I will not be charged for the service since I couldn’t receive any. I have multiple emails stating this and their phone calls are recorded where it states this. However they did not keep their word. They continued to charge me for the service I did not receive, plus extra months even after canceling even though I had no service or contract with them. Then they illegally sent this made up billing amount to a collections agency. I now have had to contact a lawyer to dispute. Please don’t waste your time or your money on this scam.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Our internet connection gets down every week. Each time we call them they say they found the issue and assure that it won’t happen again. This has been ongoing for last 4 months.

Tnext has been the best internet service provider I've ever had. I've tried other competitors, but I would highly recommend Tnext to everyone in terms of reliability, speed and quality!

Fantastic customer service, had an issue with my modem (faulty) easy to organize a swap under warranty and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful and fast too, don’t have to wait 20 minutes to get someone on the line.

A lot of times, they charged me multiple times in the same month. Then they apologized. Two months later the same mistake! Although I applied for cancellation, they charged me again and still I am trying to cancel my internet service. Definitely not a reliable provider. Do not give your credit card information.

Best internet service provider I've ever had. I've had Bell and Rogers in the past which have been nightmares to deal with them. Hats off to Technical Support guys they resolve the issue in lightening speed and their Customer Support is Awesome, They Knows how to respect the Customers.

Disappointed with costmer service, have to call in every month requesting invoice and the last 2months for some reason started getting charged for paper bill, didn't request this!
