I was very disappointed with TNO's other branch's staff but, a friend of mine introduce me with Ms. Madhu Choudhary @ 18 Thorncliffe Park Drive. She is very professional, helpful and responding by email and call timely. She helped me processing my PR application, she went above and beyond and advised very useful tips, I'm very thankful to Madhu Choudhary for her support.

Pal is a really good employee. Hes really cooperative and helpful. He helped alot. My experience with TNO was awesome. Really nice staff.

TNO is doing very remarkable job in lock down situation for providing varieties of food items to East York Communities. During lock-down it is very difficult to go outside for purchasing food items, I appreciate your excellent service and quality of food. I also appreciate your team for a wonderful job to the Thorncliffe communities in this difficult time.

Big disappointment after Visiting today! I really feel bad and sorry for my self.

Attitude!

They are very helpful. It is a great place for people new to the city. They have a lot of resources to find jobs, free dental, help to fill out application for student/ work permit etc. They also have a youth center where they help youth get trained in a particular trade and find jobs.

TNO prides a punch of services to our East York community. Their very supportive.

Good place for newcomers. You can get good services only if you know what exactly you need. Most of the community workers are from general fields and if you need guidance in specialized field try another place. However, good service.
