Todd and his team have been fantastic to deal with! I had some extenuating circumstances and they walked me through it with patience and understanding. I enjoy dealing with any member of the team but Jennifer has gone over the top for me.
When I purchased my last vehicle we weren’t sure exactly when it would arrive. Jennifer put the policy together so it was ready to go and all I had to do was call her on my way to pick it up and I had proof of insurance and slips by the time I arrived. It’s lovely to deal with a business that answers their phone and emails immediately instead of dealing with a machine.
Jennifer also recommended using their app and I’ve now saved 10% each month because of that suggestion. She takes the time to explain everything, pleasant to deal with, and caring around the stressful circumstances I’ve been going through. I’ve shopped around for rates and hands down the best price is from Todd Lalonde. The fact that customer service is top notch is just an added perk that results in the full package. Highly recommend! Jennifer was great and walked us through the coverage of our old insurance and what we will have with our new insurance. She saved us money, which will be helpful in this economic climate.

Friendly efficient staff. I've always been pleased with the level of service and happy with the rates. They have also been very helpful with my investments. Would highly recommend.
