Waiting at the stop, called the office to check as bus was at this time 20 minutes late. Reception told me he’s on the way. He came FLYING through town well over the speed limit and as I’m standing on the sidewalk with my suitcases, he goes right past me! Called the office to ask what the hell happened and the reception was calling driver. Some extremely rude who didn’t listen t anything I said tried claiming I didn’t flag the speeding bus down. Seriously? If you see someone pulling two suitcases how much more obvious is it that I’m a paid passenger? If he wasn’t barreling through town he’d see me. Tickets are prepaid. Why in the world wouldn’t the office give drivers a list of tickets and the associated stops and completely avoid this disaster. Luckily my ride stayed with me. We had to chase down the bus. The driver wasn’t any better than person on the phone. Both had excuses for the company’s incompetence. Terrible attitude and zero accountability! If you book this company make sure you bring a massive flag to get the driver to stop. Like a woman standing on side of the road with a suitcase in each hand isn’t obviously waiting for the bus? Hopefully the bus half full of passengers along with myself don’t miss our flights. We’re well over 45 mins late now.

Last nigh, my au pair was supposed to come home to Port Elgin last night on the 545 bus from the airport. She did not receive a email, text or phone call telling her the bus was leaving early because of the possibility of a storm coming. That is completely unacceptable for a company to leave her stranded. The next bus is on Monday. What is she supposed to do? Get a hotel room for 3 nights in Toronto and then get charter home? Take a taxi? All on her dime? Ridiculous
Did you even have any people on the bus? How did they know the bus was leaving early? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Driving north on Hwy. 400 on Easter Sunday morning a Tok. There is nothing on the highway to speak of. It’s not even 10: 00 am. Lots of room on the road. A Tok coach #2621 barrelling along at well over the speed limit (we ourselves were going 120 km per hour) overtook us and, passing us from the LEFT, cut us off, pulling in front of us with inches to spare. The driver of this bus is an accident waiting to happen and ought not to be in charge of a coach full of passé.

Great bus company to hire for trips. They are clean, and there driver's are professional and very respectful and responsible

Services has really went down hill from cut backs on service days to removal of the union bus station stop now its vaughn add over a hour of tavel time,

I used the service many times, I was using it to get from Toronto to Arthur or to the airport. But not once, sometimes when the bus broke down they don't have another one to serve customers means that both times I had problems getting to my destinations. The last one was on the 26th of June 2022 when we bought the tickets around 3pm and the bus was canceled afterwards, had the pride in Toronto and we had to stay in the city because the GO bus was too full and doesn't go to Arthur /ON.
They sent me the money for one ticket but for the other one (I canceled my other card and the bank said they returned the money to Tok and they never responded to me). Anyway, if you have to work or have something planned, don't use the TOK bus.

Bus driver was super helpful and the bus was bang on time and clean. Smooth ride from Lindsay to Toronto. Only drawback is that bus leaves Toronto at 5pm and there are no earlier trips to get you up north in the day.

I have been working in Kincardine for 9mths staying @ The Holiday Inn Express I stated taking the TOK In April of this year 2021 very professional respectful driver, always a good experience. Thanks Steve for always making it a good destination. A shout out to your colleague on the Haliburton route, your friendly interaction is always so funny.

I usually take the bus from Toronto to Lindsay, it's always pleasant, and the drivers are friendly and professional.
Today is the 1st time for me travelling during COVID. There are about a dozen ppl on the bus, and even though the driver made sure everyone had a mask on before we set out, once we were on the road, 9 ppl removed their masks. It was disgusting. People really need to be made to wear a mask or if they have breathing issues, then a face shield.
If ppl can be made to not drink booze on the bus, then they can be made to wear masks. I shouldn't have to risk my life this way.

TOK Coachlines provides an essential service from Halliburton, On.to Toronto. The drivers are friendly, helpful and courteous to all the passengers, even the difficult ones. I am very happy and feel very safe riding this bus, they have social distancing labeled on the seats, so once you are settled you are 2 metres from other passengers, they are requesting that you wear a mask when you cannot maintain 2metres distance. There is hand sanitizer available. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe. I am looking forward to seeing the nice driver next time I need to travel.

Horrible reception when I called them for Information.not many options for back and forth travel

I did not take the bus but who ever is driving the bus with the license plate BP1-499 on October 18th 2019 at 7: 20 almost caused me to crash when they stupidly decided to switch lanes in the Lincoln Tunnel!

Impeccable bus service. Air conditioning and a nice ride to my destination. However the second time I used their service, I had called to see what time the bus was leaving union station, I was given four different times (from the website and the night before I called) I tried calling again the following day to confirm the departure time and there was no answer on any extension number. The machine said the office was open however I called about 10 times throughout the course of two hours and still had nobody pick up the phone. I ended up going to union station at the earliest time I was told and was informed that the bus didn’t leave for another 6 hours. Was very disappointed but from my knowledge this is the only way I can get to my destination.
