I've been hesitant to try out legal stores but the staff at this Tokyo Smoke were great at finding the flower that I was looking for. Too much going on. Bud tender called me "My Dude" way too many times. I'm sure he meant well but I'm 52 not 22. Even if I was 22 it would bother me. I'm nobody's dude, dude.

I visited the store yesterday for the first time and was shocked to see the how much variety they had. The staff made me feel very welcome and didn’t rush me. I will definitely be returning here.

This shop is in my neighbourhood but today was my first time checking it out. I placed a large online order for pick up and quickly received texts confirming receipt, preparation and that the order was ready. I didn't have any discounts or promo codes. When I arrived at the store there were three staff members right at the front and no other customers in the store. The store appears to be clean and is well lit. The person helping me was wearing their mask incorrectly and it was falling under their nose. They kept adjusting it and pulling it back up. I provided my id and credit card and was handed my bag of items. I then ordered lunch at a local eatery and proceeded home. At this point I looked in my bag and found the 7 pack pre rolls appeared too small. I ripped open the box and discovered a single j. I immediately called and explained and was asked to return to the store. When I returned (remember, my lunch is getting cold at home) I asked if they would give me the ripped open pre roll I received in error, assuming they can't resell product with the government seal broken. First reaction was laughter. So I clarified that I wasn't making a joke. I was inconvenienced by their own mistake. Then they offered to sell it to me for like a buck or so less. I hadn't even brought my purse with me this trip and didn't feel like giving them more $ anyway so I left. I don't like the way they handled this customer service issue and there are lots of shops I can visit instead so I won't be back here. They paid rent for this location for years before actually opening up but won't last much longer if this is how they treat customers.

It's alright.really a hit or miss with staff!

The other night I Walked in.and was waiting to place my order only to have a customer walk in right behind me and get served right away.

I guess some of use are more aware than others.but the products are decent.

Seems weird that same names are leaving multiple reviews below - store staff maybe or agencies that work for them? No idea, but I purchased some Lemon skunk here and it is an actual disgrace. Listen, the people that own these stores are great, but this flower is absolutely embarrassing. Dry and turns to dust in your fingers.

The new covid protection plan at this location makes it easy for you to still get your stuff during this stressful time, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It's in a great location downtown Hamilton.

The flower I got is very very dry. Almost like dust. Not impressed for the amount paid. I got Tokyo smoke and houndstooth.

Clean Store, Beautiful setup. The company follows all covid protocols, I feel safe going in because they only let few people in at a time & everyone must wear a mask and sanitize. Great selections of products and accessories. Will be coming back!

This is a great dispensary. If you're in the Hamilton area come and visit Tokyo Smoke. The store is very clean and well setup. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I smoke mostly flower and would recommend anything from Broken Coast. Their cannabis are very fresh and potent just beautiful buds. I also tried some Tokyo Smoke cannabis and I'm also impressed by their quality as well. Very smooth smoke with great potency. Next time I'm there I'm definitely going to try some of the edibles they have. Lots to choose from you won't be disappointed.
