I was going to take rolling paper and the security guard in the afternoon asked for the ID. When I presented the ID he was asking for a physical ID.
After telling him that I am old enough and have been to the store many times but he was stubborn and did not even enter me to take a rolling paper

This is my go to spot for weed whenever I’m near Dundas. Sam was so kind and welcoming also recommended awesome joints for me to try. He also provided great conversation and exuded excellent customer service. Thank you Sam!:)

They are way crazy overpriced go walk to Canna Cabana it's literally 200ft away you will save 30% - 40% on everything everyday.

I get Pineapple Express by good supply it's $10 difference on a 3.5g crazy. If everyone was like Tokyo smoke I would've quite smoking weed or go back to the black market.

Alright, honestly I give pretty much every dispensary a 5/5 because I’ll always show whatever support I can — but THIS is the 5/5 that all others should seek to emulate however possible.

So many goodies, ingestible or not, and we just kind of felt like kids in a candy shop. Anything you may want, it’s likely they have it.as well as all sorts of things you probably didn’t know existed yet like THC popcorn and chips.

The staff was incredibly friendly; Sam was super knowledgeable and extremely accommodating, and let us know we could hold up inside during the passing storm to just kick back (or roll a doob or two if needed).

Cannot say enough good about this place. Even if you’re all stocked up, or grow your own.you gotta stop in and admire what these stoners have built here. Big ups!

The staff are very nice and helpful but the products are not valid. Wromg dose in everything. Rolls are not marijuana. I tried 3 times and bpight 6 different products. All messed up

Employees are incredible here. Stopped in and received amazing customer service. Had everything I needed and extremely knowledgeable in their products.

Go somewhere else. Unreliable. I ordered around 11am and didn’t hear until after 5 and everywhere else was closed that they couldn’t do the delivery.will not be back

Great selection, friendly staff! I miss being able to shop inside the store, but curbside pickup has been convenient.

I'm not a cannabis fan but the way Canada sell this substance is very nice and funny, the have a huge variety of Cannabis products as brownies, chewing gum, drinks, chocolate, cigarretes, etc. And the creativity to sell this stuff is really good.

Always quality product from here but it's the customer service that's key. A morning manager I dealt with today is honestly a saint, alongside the pleasant staff.

I had a great experience at 333 Yonge! The workers were extremely helpful in recommending different pre-roll packs and the service was quick and efficient. I was recommended to write a review in order to enter the Airbnb giveaway by one of the workers at this location!

Slightly more expensive compared to the government dispensary a little further up Yonge. Its usually pretty crowded and loud. The staff are usually pretty nice, though I think they push some of their lower quality products which makes me wary of suggestions.

Although the provincial government has put out arbitrary rules around dispensaries for really no purpose other than to annoy the end user customer over technicalities that really serve no overall meaningful purpose, the staff at Tokyo Smoke still manage to smile and provide friendly and positive neighbourhood services. My favourite place to visit out of dozens of others simply because the staff are awesome, kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, and also very intelligent. Thank you!

The only draw back is the OCS prices
. But not a hassle most times as it's quality bud.and the service and knowledge of the tenders is tops with me.as that is what it's all about the experience of what different strains do for U and how to use cannabis and it's benefits.if you are new ask questions.serious

Great service! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Huge cannabis dispensary in downtown Toronto with tons of variety and options. Would definitely recommend this location. I was shopping for CBD drinks and came out a happy camper!

It pains me to leave this review as a long time CGC investor, but this location simply does not answer the phone. I need clarity on some product information, but can't seem to get ahold of anyone. In these times when you can't physically go into the store, I think it's important to answer the phone.

I bought Tokyo Smoke's Pause yesterday after Canada Post lost my OCS and I regret it.

If you're buying, make sure you check the packing date on the label BEFORE you leave. They gave me product that was packed on APRIL 11th! That's a little over 5 MONTHS ago! It's old, dry, stale and weak.

The trimming was terrible. Lots of crusty discoloured leaves.

After some research, I realize my experience isn't uncommon. Avoid them if possible.

Nice location, clean inside, friendly and helpful staff (Zoiya, Derrick, Aaron and the gentleman with the waves who's name I didn't get)

The store itself is very upscale and products are well displayed. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable which provides an overall great atmosphere. My ONLY complaint is that the strains I prefer have been out of stock for several weeks now and I travel far. It would be helpful if this information is provided on the website for those who want to check in advance.
Otherwise this is my go to place.

This place is LIT! Came in from New York, been back 3 times. Staff here is mad cool. They know their stuff. Recommended me some good products. Solei Free oil, some of the houseplant, and got some pre rolls. Love this place. Bring this place to Queens!

Modern & professional establishment in the heart of the city. Edibles still aren't legal yet, but they do have oil droppers at a very reasonable cost, which taste pretty good and are very effective.

Place was very clean and sleek. Has the newest smoking tech which is pretty cool. Zoia helped us out and was so nice and patient. I had a bunch of questions and she was able to answer all of them and even gave me her personal preferences. She was so cute and helpful and said if we come back to let her know our experiences and if we enjoyed the weed. Customer service was amazing, definitely coming back!

This was my first time going into a dispensary and I had the pleasure of being serviced by a young man with dreads who was Kuan I think? I was very satisfied with all of the information he provided and overall had a fantastic experience!

First time visiting this store. Not new to how the legal industry works and currently work for a LP. I was not impressed with the person that tried to “help” me.

I asked for a gram of heavy indica and he suggested the Harmonic which is a low THC, CBD dominant sativa strain. Needless to say I didn’t purchase that. I ended up buying a 7g HOUSEPLANT and a pack of papers.

But to my surprise once I arrived home the 7g houseplant turned out to be a 3.5 houseplant as well as missing my papers I had payed for. And when I went to check the receipt to c if I had payed for the 7g, the receipt and was not there even though I had asked the stoned out of his mind cashier to put a copy in the bag for me.

In the end I did pay for a 7g n was ripped off $50. Will NEVER be going back here again.

Although the store was very pretty and well organised, it was very busy and music was very loud, leading to a rather unsatisfying experience.

The store's nice and clean and seems to have a great selection and knowledgeable, but so far product quality has been sub-par in my experience.

I picked up a couple pre-rolls and, while both had some issues with burning evenly, one of them could only burn on one side of the joint, and no matter what I tried the remaining pot wouldn't light. For $14 a joint that's not acceptable. As far as I'm concerned someone in this supply chain owes me $7 back for product I couldn't consume.

I had a really great experience here. I went during the week so it wasn’t too busy. The staff were very friendly and easy to speak to. I didn’t feel judged for my first time buying and they had a super easy layout to know what you’re getting. The shop itself has a beautiful layout. Everything is easy to see and has a really sleek design. The stock was a bit low but I’m not surprised as there are so few shops existing at the moment. Product quality was great.

Nice spot. Super helpful staff and friendly security. High quality herb, pre rolls, oils, and tinctures. A bunch of top tier smoking accessories as well. Nice minimalistic pipes, vapes, bubblers, bongs, and others. Kind of like an apple store of weed. Would highly recommend.

I walked in and walked out. The store is set up like a poor high school diorama. Lots of details but no product. I didn’t know where to look there was just white tags and black writing everywhere. If it’s set up like this due to Ontario regulations, I’m sorry, but I won’t be buying anything unless I see it first, just asking to come home with mold.

These cAts got it going on. Knowledge and knew all the best varieties and general knowledge of a seasoned experience smoker. Best place we went to in Toronto. Hands down!

Here's what your experience will be like at Tokyo Smoke:

1. You have to wait 30 minutes outside just to enter.
2. Once inside, you need to find a rep and place an order with them.
3. Then you need to wait another 30 minutes at checkout just to pickup your order!
4.1h20 later at checkout, you then realize they've added a surcharge to your order, leaving you with a final bill 30% more expensive than you thought. How did this happen? It said $12 a gram on the label not $16?
5. You end up paying $48 for 3 grams containing 10% THC and 0.1% CBD.

Poorly organized and planned beyond belief. They are lucky the Ontario government has authorized them. Other well-run dispensaries have been shut down because they havent received the same political favouritism as establishments like these.

Save yourself the time, energy and money and buy online directly off OCS.takes 2 days to deliver.

Staff was super friendly and very patient with all my questions. I even apologized for asking so many. He seemed genuinely happy to help. Be prepared to show ID at the door. Even if you're 90, you arent getting in without ID. The place had an Apple Store feel to it without the condescending clientele and staff. Lines went fast

Very friendly staff. You are made to feel welcome and appreciated. Unlike the honey pot that makes you feel like your only wanted for the money in your pocket and get the f out.

First time here, I like the look of the place very clean, the staff are very attentive, line moved pretty quick. My only gripe is they are playing loud music on top of all the people in there talking it makes it a bit difficult to talk to the staff. All in all would definitely be back.

Great place to buy legal cannabis, same selection as OCS plus a few of there own in house varieties, prices are a touch steep but hey it's legal.

Not only is Tokyo smoke a beautiful store that's easily accessible after having a shop at Eaton centre, there is something for everyone! From luxury brands to budget friendly. If you do have a budget the staff is happy to help. Speaking on the staff they are knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! Bud isn't priced by the levels of thc which is an added bonus. I love all the accessories because you can get such a variety of things! They are designed to have a design aspect that elevates them from other designs I've seen. The only legal store for me

Didnt have a great experience. I dont understand why its hard for the sales people to be polite.saying please and thank you is not difficult.also, maybe hire more people with tablets and get those people to be more mindful of who is waiting in line to place their order if thats the system you're going with.

Best location, product and service.totally disagree with the rest of the reviews concerning prices, as all prices are pretty much the same across all dispensaries in Toronto.
I actually did not find it expensive at all, considering the service they provide.

Not inpressed with the regulations that the government puts on these shops. Information that are posted about the strains are only estimates of the thc potency and they are not labeled sativa, indica, or hybrid strains. Most of the strains I was interested in were not sold by the gram so if you were to buy you would have to purchase larger quantities. Not to mention the prices were ridiculously inflated and they charge tax on top of that. When I found that out I just walked out of the store. I'm going to stick to my local reserve despinsary where each pound of strain is tested for exact thc and cbd levels. And there prices are very reasonable where you can purchase a $100/oz or $6/g. I would much rather give my money to the reserve despinsary that appreciates me as a customer and gives me incentives and other deals for spending more money (ex.free pre rolls or discounts).

Welcome to the IKEA for weed. Tokyo Smoke is a great place for all your "designer" bongs, pipes, and tools. I don't know who they got to design half this stuff, but it looks like the things that Princess Diana would keep on her coffee table.

The staff is of course knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are the same as other places so don't expect it to be discounted. Because the store is small you may have to wait, usually this is no more than 10 minutes on a good day.

Pro Tip: Ask for a free "Spark Notes" notebook. It's a very well designed log book for your cannabis experiences and has some helpful information in there too.

Best dispensary in Toronto! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The space is beautiful, the white earthy tones are so calming, the atmosphere is just peaceful, so you can stay in there for hours:)
