Went in with my daughter, I found the store clean and well organized. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable especially the guy who served us, Elliot!

Unfortunately will not be returning as they denied my spouse who is clearly over 30 years old because of his license being expired. We have gone for almost a year and never had an issue and we are clearly over 30 so I will not be returning that is terrible service and I would suggest getting a new system for that. Used to love going there but lots of other stores to go to I guess.

I went to get some CBD oil for my dad's arthritis.
The product selection was large, prices fair but the best part of my transaction was the Client Care Representative (Emily).
She took the time to explain what everything is, make a recommendation, was personable and was all in all a great Ambassador for your brand. If I could give 8 stars out of five I would!

Do not recommend, was a regular customer there and then denied entry due to an expired id card that had been taken everytime before without mention as well as multiple times by the girl that denied me this evening. Tokyo smoke you have definitely lost all my business.

Still have some of the best customer service but with prices (on average) 10$ higher than the shop down the road and 20$ more than ocs, really finding it difficult to choose this location! Delivery option pretty much never works. Discount program is no longer worth it with the crazy expensive 15-20% bud.

If I could offer no star and still write a review I would. Asian male with glasses was extremely rude in the store and wouldn't educate me on what vape cartridges they had.

They are the most expensive branch out of all the Tokyo smoke locations, their price hike is ridiculous. Customer robbery at its finest. And to make it worst the poor Londoners dont even know the truth. Be ware my folks.

The staff here is AMAZING! They're incredibly knowledgable, and won't hesitate to help you find EXACTLY what you're looking for. I like to go in and say "I want something that tastes like "this" and gets me high like "this" and can be smoked like "this". I'm always given several options, and I've NEVER been disappointed. My favorite things to do is ask whoever I'm dealing with what their favorite strain is and walk away with a total mystery. This is my favorite pot shop in the city. In terms of quality, they can't be beat. Shout out to George for always having great recommendations.

I am a long time smoker and have been to several canibus stores; more than several. The staff here are amazing, which I think is a reflection of their manager, "Mo". She's amazing at customer service. Also, a big shout out to Oliver. Everyone makes me feel welcome, but Oliver gives you that extra joy. And every person remembers you after your second time. I won't go anywhere else, and there is a store across the street from me. I would still rather go to Tokoyo a few kms down the road. Always worth the trip.

Went in as a high roller with 13 visits under my belt first time at this location and was very disappointed, I has forgotten my ID however my partner had theirs they refused service to us, woman was kinda rude and on a power trip.

Go to for any adult treats. If your stressed or not sure if cannabis is right for you, the staff will help you choose what to get stated with and you can get products like gummies instead of items that requires smokeing the flower.

Other dispensary charged me $28 for TGOD Organic Fire plus tax and the OCS has TGOD CBD powder for $16 tax included. Don't pay double! They should not have a business. The employees and management or ownership has not learned how to operate a business in 2 or 3 years since I was last there, or since it was first opened if I'm mistaken. I went there a year or 2 or 3 years ago regularly and had to stop as to how incompetently they manage. A month ago I started purchasing from them again and today am complaining in a review for the first time and filing an official violation or complaint with an agency. They still seem to harass their customers. Also they still seem incapable of operating a business legally in their actions. Thanks for reading.

I went there 30 mins before closing time. They said ordering online for pickup was the only way to order. I went online and I couldn't place an order. The store employees didn't help me. I found out some customers were calling them and placing order through phone. A fellow customer told me to call them, no one picked up after calling em 15 times, 15 mins went by.the store employees were right there no one helped me.and eventually it was closing time when the lady by the counter said sorry it's closed now. I came back home sure of one thing, I'm never gonna go back there again? PS: there were barely 3-4 people outside including me so there's no way they couldn't help me if they wanted to.

Very quick friendly service. I didn't realize it was call for curbside pick up but i was there 5 mins tops. Happy Saturday

Always great service and rarely have yo wait for long. They don't always have the strains I want I stock but they're suggestions for comparable products are usually quite good. Overall I find them to be knowledgable and pleasant with awesome product at a fair price. If you like your green then I totally recommend you go here

Ok service, but their prices are much higher than any other Cannabis store in London area! Check out SpiritLeaf Masonville or Tweed White Oaks if possible and safe yourself some $.

First time in and it wasn't what I expected at all vary professional. Super helpful staff a lil expensive but when you need it right then and there, instead of ordering online and waiting for delivery and we all know how that goes. But yea definitely worth the trip to check out hopefully we get some in Windsor. Also a vary well dressed person out front checking ID.

Decided to try out the store since "my guy" is out of town. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Store looks very professional inside. Not a fan of the outside. Pot was dry but is good quality. However, at double the price of what you can find elsewhere I won't be back anytime soon. Once there's an open market and prices start dropping, I will definitely give it another shot.

Sort of pricey and very dry bud, was a quick process even though it was a bit scattered. There needs to be a better process involved. There is no structure, you walk in and it's basically a few employees with iPads walking around taking orders. Very nicely displayed dispensary however.

Amazing customer service and atmosphere. It looks like an Apple Store in there and the high level of professionalism really helps end the negative stigma sometimes surrounding cannabis. The product selection and pricing is also superb.

I'm generously giving one star based on it's Apple store copy layout. As far as the cannabis goes, after a number of attempts at getting anything of quality, I've come to the conclusion that they have been sitting on their supply for at least several months in anticipation of opening and are now pawning off average grade for premium pricing. All 3 attempts at acquiring anything decent, has proven to be an utter failure. I have experience both at genetics as well as grading. After spending 3 years full time in the industry leading up to legalization, I can assure you that they are trying to liquidate aged stock that is sub standard. Bad business move from a brand new dispensary trying to make a mark in an oversaturated industry.

The selection was terrible. I wasn't even carded at the door which makes me believe they'll sell to anyone. They dont have touch screens to order your product, like J. London, you have to rely on the disinterested employee behind the counter to search through their inventory and they never tell you the cheapest first, always up sell. Just go to J London downtown. Much more pleasant experience.

Most of their staff are nice. But the other day when I was in I asked for a gram they had not one strain in a gram. I asked why I was told two weeks ago that they were getting a shipment and they told me that weds they were but they still haven’t gotten one. The csr was rude stating were out of everything because were so popular then started talking to another girl who worked there and didn’t even continue helping me. What I think their doing is not reordering product because this way they can force the customers to buy what is most expensive because that’s all they have left.so annoying every other store I’ve gone to always has every strain on hand.won’t be coming back here.

Please avoid this store. It is managed by an unscrupulous Alberta company that has now fired employees giving no cause when they are just shy of their 3 months. They fire the best employees and retain people who have no knowledge of Cannabis outside of what is taught on paper. While it is also the most expensive of the 3 in London, they also pay their people the least. I wish the owner, Chris Comrie would kick them to the curb and hire an ethical management team that will not eventually run his store into non-existence. The store looks nice from the outside facade, but inside, behind the back room door is turmoil that cannot be reversed because the Ontario Cannabis Holdings company that Comrie hired is truly despicable. Go to Tweed and go to J London, go to your local dealer but please, please I urge you to avoid this company!

They don’t have a list of what they currently have available - they don’t have “half of what’s on the menu” as per the staff. When I asked what they did have, they couldn’t tell me without “dumbing it down”. Ended up just walking out and going to J London.

Went opening day, staff and owner were nice and knowledgeable. My wife bought me a bud of top shelf Tangerine Dream another time and was given the wrong order and unfortunately had to do a return on 4/20 lol. Bud was super dry but that's the LP's fault not Central Cannabis's. It would be nice if we had a website with current stock and prices but not sure if that's a limitation of current legislation or not. Over all I'd say it's perfect for novices or first time users.

Decent weed. Good service for sure. Prices need to smooth out. When I used to go to Hamilton, the dispensaries always had a few ounce options for just under or over $100 an ounce. It's pretty easy to find an ounce for 120-140 out there and it's good quality. If you really want to attract the people who smoke more, you need something in that range. The amount of packaging was insane. I bought two grams and a pre-roll. I ended up with three boxes, two plastic containers, a tube and a bag. Three grams total. I held the pre-roll by the filter and it bent. Will have to re-roll on my own. The black market will thrive as long as prices stay where they are. Just being honest. Probably won't be back.

I am going to give as fair of a review as I possibly can. This store is decorated really well and looks very clean and trendy. However, the problem lays with their lack of organization. For instance, there are very poorly formed lines all over the store and people are often bumping into each other and unsure of where to line up. This causes people to end up having to wait while people who arrived after them receive their product first. In addition, it is beyond me why the cashiers are also answering questions about product - That should be done exclusively by the people walking around the store with iPads to expedite the payment process and get payment received so the customer can leave the store in an appropriate amount of time and not wait upward of 20 minutes to pay whilst the cashier has a 5-10 minute conversation with the person in front of them while there are 10 or more people in line waiting to pay.

Overall, this store needs a much better 'flow' and direction of people. It is essentially just an open room and there are people everywhere, shoulder to shoulder. Some type of setup to physically establish lineups in this store would be beneficial for both customers and employees.

All in all, this store isn't bad, but I recommend getting your product online as it is slightly cheaper and arrives pretty quickly. This place has quickly become a last resort for me.

This place was crazy busy. Super comfortable with very knowledgeable and polite staff. Open 9am-11pm every day but Monday!? Amazing.

This was the second time I have been here, I can't say enough good things about the staff, very very helpful. The store is super clean and very inviting to go in. Both times fast and friendly service. Prices are the same as everywhere else for a legal store. Keep up the great work
