My experience with Tokyo Smoke was much better than before. They took the feedback I provided and made improvements to the way they engage with customers. It speaks volumes when a company recognizes its shortcomings and takes steps to improve based on reviews. I highly recommend this store if you're an experienced or a novice to cannabis. Excellent service, very knowledgable staff and a great end-to-end experience.

I am unable to access my high roller club account with Tokyo Smoke either on my phone or computer. It keeps saying server not found. Fix the problem so I can view products & order online and maybe I will buy from you again. There are so many smoke shops nearby you'd think they would care about keeping customers.

Very knowledgeable bud tenders, store is always clean and welcoming and they get to know their customers.
Now whenever I walk in, if Tyler is working he usually knows what I want (Power Sherb 3.5 g or anything Tribal or Nugz -> Power Sherb 14g bag of smalls) and if they don't have it stock he gives options that are comparable in quality and price.
Out of the 22 or so dispensaries in Burlington, Tokyo Smoke Appleby is my go to location. The service and amazing staff is what keeps me coming back even if I can get the same thing cheaper by a few dollars nearby at Value buds or Honey Pot

Been going here since it’s opened, the team there are all helpful and very knowledgeable! Every time I go in it’s a pleasant experience and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dispensary to shop at!

Pros
The store looks great, there is a variety of selections to choose from. I like how Tokyo smoke categorizes sativa, indica and hybrid strains so you can customize your experience. There's a lot of space and the store has a nice vibe.
The store is open till 11pm which is really awesome so you can get what you need even if it's late.
Cons
I found the customer service lacking. Upon my arrival I indicated it was my first time in the store and I was looking for something to help me unwind and generally help me sleep. The associate pointed me to the indica shelf and left me to my own devices. I felt that this would have been a good opportunity to help me understand Tokyo Smokes concept and categorizing especially since I was the only customer in the store. I saw a variety of different indicia strains and had no idea what to choose. I've visited several cannabis stores in the past and still consider myself a novice when it comes to cannabis usage and general knowledge and my experience at other stores have been much more engaging and educational. Catering the experience to my needs and finding good value. Recommendations are always valuable for new cannabis users and new Tokyo smoke customers in general. In the end I just picked whatever was on sale and let the associate behind the counter know.

First time visiting and wow. Was blown away! The shop is super clean and looks amazing. I had a lot of questions about all the different products they sell. The staff took their time, explained everything, and were super professional and knowledgeable. For sure will be going back and recommend it for everyone!
