Tokyo Sushi

Great place to take your time to enjoy your food and conversation. They never rush you. Has gotten expensive $40 each.

I always love going to Tokyo Sushi. The staff are always so friendly and full of smiles and the food is absolutely amazing. If I could rate this place 10 out of 10 they'd be a 20. Love love love

Food was super awesome was the first time we were able to get to an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet since moving from Windsor and we will definitely be coming again

Had a wonderful birthday dinner with my family here for the first time. I was surprised with the good quality, freshness of food and variety as I’m from London and wasn’t expecting this quality of sushi in a smaller town.

Service was excellent and sushi came very quickly. Will be back again for sure!

Very good. Amazing sushi. It was really busy and they don't take reservations. It was still worth the 30 minute wait. It would be great if the iPad that you order on would let you know what's been delivered. I think some of our order was missed.

First time since Covid got all you can eat.
Things have changed a wee bit serving sizes are little smaller.
No crab legs or if so did not see them on the all you eat menu tablet.
All in all still good sushi and will be back.

I know they just opened again for dine in, but not ready for the rush.as many people are missing sushi in Chatham, we ordered food and never did get it and when we asked still did not receive the items we picked! So needless to say we stopped asking and didn't wanna reorder incase we did get and then would have had a problem eating it all.

Sobey's has significantly better simple sushi.

Ordered salmon roll. Got some weird orange paste inside of the roll instead. It was not salmon. I will never go back to this place, and will encourage my friends and family to go elsewhere.

Reliable quality food, miso soup is quite exceptional. Service is professorship and the cleanliness of the restaurant is never in question. I've cooked and cleaned in restaurants and this is one I bring my family to eat at. Currently dining room is closed and take out our delivery options only available. For had not suffered for this. When I enquired about dining in and the temporary gateway at the doors I was told they do not have enough staff to manage a full dinner in experience at this time and they are managing best they can. So if there's a slight delay in the meal prep (I've never had issues but imagine they can get busy at dinner rush) just cut them some slack folks. It's great food, consistent high quality and I hope that this local family business recovers from the pandemic closures and the financial stresses of the aftermath. When I'm in town it's a healthy alternative to fast food. I genuinely enjoy eating here, even if it's sitting in the parking lot in my truck.
In fact I was placing my order when a customer came for pickup and on the way out of the door I heard her exclaim "Heck yeah! " as she checked her order. Genuine exuberance can't be beat by any review. Just eat here, it's good.

I would simply stop ordering takeout from this place until they open up and provide AYCE. We drive to London and get a literal smorgasbord of items for $40.00 a person. This is a basic supply and demand issue. Demand AYCE by cutting off their gluttonous profits raised from takeout. More competition in Chatham is also a good thing!

I love Tokyo sushi but refuse to support them until they open back up in-dining. I understood covid protocol and the staff's safety but believe at this point its just because they're making more profit from take out. It's time to get back to normal.

They use to be a really good place to eat until they no longer offer all you can eat. When I asked why they said because they make more money on deliveries to me that just wrong

Since the pandemic the have refused to reopen to the public because they make more money when people have to order take out or delivery. This used to be my favorite place to go to for date night and most of the celebrations in mine and my close family and friends lives. However we have all since stopped eating here. We don't feel like it's right to keep their doors closed just because they make more money. The sign says all you can eat buffet. Not all you can pay for to take home.

Could taste thats the sweet and sour sauce was watered down, wasnt thick and you could taste the fresh water taste under the light sweetness from the sauce being watered.
