Horrible customer service. Cant stay on the phone for more than 5 minutes and their service is very slow. Very frustrating.

Our daughter was assigned to Dr Parete. The treatment started and got to a point where tooth extraction was highly recommended (no other alternatives were given) to make some space for some adult teeth growing in. We decided to get some another opinions and found that extraction was an option but not mandatory. Safe to say we switched to another orthodontist and it has worked out well. Feel free to get a 2nd opinion if you feel the treatment plan is not agreeable for you.

The entire staff here is very friendly, welcoming and informative. They make my 11 year old daughter feel very comfortable. They take the time to explain everything - not only to me but to her as well. Highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs.

Could not be happier with my experience from the consultation to the very last appointment. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Parete put together a plan that worked for me while getting unbelievable results. Thank you!
