Tom Brown Arena

This is a very friendly community center, where I have spent two lovely evenings (social events). I recommend that you check it out. Thanks.

Apparently if you take skating lessons here, you're required to wear a helmet or you can't participate. I can understand this for maybe kids under a certain age (even though in the 90's when I was a kid, we never had such a regulation) but for adults? That's completely ridiculous.

Went here to get our kid vaccinated, would obviously recommend. The nurses were lovely and did a good job of calming our anxious kid.

This was one of our best times at an arena with open skating, the workers are fully understanding and respectful. Would go everyday if I could, make sure you visit this one because its just out of the way that it's not too crowded. 10/10 Thank you for the visit.

Easy place to fnd and not too far from both sides of the river. Been there twice now. First time it was really cold and the heaters weren't working buy second time was all good.

Nice to have arena up and running again! Great to have local option for public skating. Nice small arena

No canteen but the staff is always wonderful and arena is clean. Have been attending minor hockey games gete for years - staff will go out of their way to help with whatever is needed. There is a large heated lobby you can watch games from and seats inside the arena. Inside the arena can get pretty cold.

Went to get vaccinated there on January 12th, on the 13th I had aches and chills and on the 14th I felt better.

The ol' Tom Brown arena is still as cold as ever. The recent renovated players' rooms are great and have decent space so the players aren't overcrowded. Overall, it's a great place to play.

Plenty of park available. The ice service is fantastic. The size is comparable to an NHL arena.

Been here since ibwas a kid, now watching my kids learn to skate. Fisher park community run a terrific skating program here:)
