Ignored when I walked in while the 2 store clerks chatted about Ticketmaster. Very curt response when I asked how the sizing worked. Told to base it on pant size for a one piece swimsuit. No one offered to get me another size. Had to get dressed to get another one. I walked out. Jan. 17th 2: 45pm

I went into the Bayview Village location today to inquire about a purchase I made a few years ago. The manager I spoke to went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations resulting in one very happy customer!

The manager raised her voice at a family member who was buying 4 shirts. Incredibly rude and confrontational. A very unpleasant experience.

The sales lady I had.had no idea about her role.she adked me what size I weaR in tshirts. I said I am not sure what size I would be here. I asked what do you think since you know their make.she said in a rude voice. "what do you think. I am a magician.she grabbed 5 t-shirts and hung them in the room.never saw her again.my husband sales lady was patient and kind

Beautifuly maintained store filled with products of excellent quality. We are still wearing stuff bought many years ago.excellent management service: exchanged merchandise in a polite and prompt manner. Just a hew reason we shop here, every time we return in Toronto!
