Very calm and relaxed environment. I was treated alot better here then the place i used to go to. 10/10 will be back

I wanted to go to Imperial, but the are permanently closed.
Here, seemed to be a similar place. Worth a try?
I liked the few different options or upgrade and a nice stock of product.

I am still trying to understand how a cut $35-$40 & product came to $100. Of course. No receipt.
No wash.
More than a trim.less than a cut.
No sideburns.
The hot towel was cooled down to almost above warm.

Popped in for my bf on a trip of ours and this place is great! Front desk is super kind and friendly! Reasonable prices and very clean shop! Loved the cut too!

Had a great haircut here. The young lady who cut my hair went over all the products she used and why, explained wha she was doing while cutting to be sure she didn't do anything I wasn't comfortable with. It was a great experience. Just be sure to call in before going because the slots fill up fast through the day.

Ive gotten my hair done at this shop more than once and I can confidently say that this is probably the best barber shop I've ever been to. I had Payton more than once and he was awesome! He listened to what I wanted to get and it turned out perfect. The front desk people are super welcoming and nice, plus you get free complimentary drinks! All the barbers were amazing and friendly as well. I highly recommend coming here for a cut!

Had such an amazing experience here Josh really handled the job well I’ve always been cautious about who does my hair and when I say in his chair I felt so comfortable and I walked out very pleased with my experience

They dont just cut mens hair, and actually listen to what the client wants! Amazing environmment - super inclusive, and you know you’re “safe”!

Edit: I appreciate the lengths the owner has taken to rectify the bad experience I had. My son recently had a great haircut. Perhaps I just had a bad barber or they were having a bad day when I previously went. I have adjusted the review for the recent experience.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Unfortunately, very terrible haircut. Initially missed doing or asking to do the sideburns, but then they did them after coming back in. Asked for short hair at the front and couldn't tell due to the product put in place, but the hair immediately drooped down below eyes after leaving the store. No mirror was provided to check the sides or back when the haircut was done. Was punctured with a fingernail in the forehead upon coming back into the clinic. Noticed in my mirror at home later that the sides are chopped uneven, the sideburns are uneven with one taller than the other, hair lengths are uneven all over the head with hair popping out of the front and sides, and the back of the head wasn't even properly trimmed when I chose to pay extra for this. To give credit, the store owner (I believe) offered to recut, but I had no time after already coming back in for the sideburns. However, after seeing the hair now at home, I'm more frustrated and I will be going to my usual barber to fix it. In addition, frustrated that staff tried to make me feel that I did something wrong by stating that it must have been a "miscommunication" why this happened. Given how much I paid, it feels like I was taken advantage of.

Overall excellent barber shop, every time I come in the staff are exceptional at providing the best customer service and extremely talented work, it can be hard to find a barber who you can trust but here they always work with you to get what you want! Best barber shop in town hands down:)

I had the opportunity to have my first hair and beard trim at Tommy gun’s in Stittsville today!
From the very start I was made welcome by Josh who booked my appointment, gave me a drink upon my arrival and made sure that I was seen in the shortest delay
Vaughn took great care to give me a wonderful haircut and beard trim while providing a wonderful and caring experience
Finally I was introduced to Aurora who took care of the billing and made my return booking details known!
I will definitely be back and would like to thank everyone for their kind considerations!

Visited the Stittsville location and Tommy Gun's for the first time. It was a pleasant experience and Joe did a very nice job on my hair and facial shave. He listened to what I was looking for and explained how he would do it. Thanks Joe!
