I actually want to give 5 stars to this place today, but when I went to the fitting room for trying the clothes, the lady handling the fitting room was so rude. The tone and behavior of that lady were too disrespectful. She has ZERO sense relevant to the customer service. The front staff at the cash handling were great.
I want to suggest the management to look into this and have some watch on their staff members.

I like tommy hilfiger but I don't like maneger in this store, If someone can't working very well why working. She was doing very bad with costumers and she was fitting with me and didn't lessen to me, have ever she needs a Dr not job because she was stole my money.

Been shopping on this same location for 5 years, also a Tommy member. But our previous experience was very bad. There was an highly attitude employee standing in the store and in billing (Feb 23 closing shift). Don't know her name, she's short, slim, Indian (sad to say) Her attitude annoyed us. Will think twice before going to this store again. I believe many had complained about an employee. I'm not sure if they are all the same person or not. But clearly management doesn't care about anything.

Tommy Hilfiger is on the ground floor of Scarborough Town Centre. They have a excellent collections to shop for men and women specifically for men they have a huge collection. I loved the seasonal collection they have and always shop here. A must go clothing outlet to shop for casual wear. They have amazing women’s hand bag collection too.

Worst customer service in all of STC. Cashier was more interested in chatting with her coworkers than interacting with the paying customer. 0 courtesy. Never bothered to even look and greet as she was busy chatting. I had to look on the machine to know how much was owed after discount
Time of shopping 7pm (there was only 2 of them on the counter-its the long haired one.

I got great offers and discounts recently. They have wide selections for all. Like the polos very much.

Just bought a watch from this location. A rep named Sarah was really helpful. Very friendly and had patience, very good customer service.

I'm giving it one star because the customer service at Tommy so terrible. Staffs are not friendly with a customer. They are rude and have no respect. I walk out of the store. Don’t shop here!

I have been going here for clothes for a number of years. Every year after the previous, the quality decreases dramatically. The prices are jacked up and then there are sales that mark it as 60% off. It is mediocre at best.

Tommy has good quality. Trendy designs. Very good customer service. Staff is patient. Sale is bang for buck.

Kamal do not know how to behave with customer even the store is not open till but she didn’t allow me to go inside she is very bad in behaviour. She behaves very rude with me. Can manager or someone can see my comment talk with her about this. Because of her I never recommend someone to go this store. Thank you

I like shopping here but the staf are never nice, friendly or helpful they just act busy checkout process is slow because all manager and employees act busy or are talking to each other

I visited about a week ago. It was very crowded and not enough spaces to walk around. I didn't see any new collection for hoodies yet. They should have had a max limit of people for their store. They shouldn't have let people enter when it became too crowded. Not well maintained for covid situation.

The store at Scarborough town center is closing, it has flat 50% off on all items and it's only till tomorrow (5th January 2020)

Went to STC yesterday 12.22.2019 and i am so satisfied with everything. All items are on sale and one sale crew name JOSH is sooo helpful. He assisted us in all our needs, from color and sizes. He also suggested to my wife to go in line (the line to the cashier are crazy long) while im still chosing my last minute shopping. I got everything i need from this store. Wish all sales crew are like JOSH who is very patient and very helpful even its soo busy in their store.

Worst customer service at STC. One of the Staff was so rude. When I asked for a different size of a jacket she refused to assist and was very demanding to put the jacket back on the rack. My advise - management can provide some training for their staffs for customer service. I bought from the store many times in the past. This time I left the shop very upset. Quality of the products are all good. That is the reason I keep coming back to the shop. But rude customer service cannot be tolerated.

I got many clothes from here but colour of my pants fade with in a very short period of time the rest is fine. No pants from Tommy not recommended all jeans and others

I like Tommy Hilfiger but the place needs to carry other designer collections from Tommy X Lewis or Tommy X Gigi.

Great place with great quality clothing. But need more space and the whole place is a mess. Most clothes are all over the place. It's a mess. Its obvious they need more service reps

They have good quality products. Slightly pricy but they offer sales as well. Indeed one of the prestigious brands.

Usually I just pop in then out after a quick browse. I like looking at all the wonderful clothes THAT WILL NEVER FIT ME!

An XL shirt is about the same as a medium at Wal-Mart. And an XXL isn't to be found.

On the other hand, I save a lot of $$ by NOT buying anything!

Customer service is not good. The sales girl who is on the floor is not giving importance to the customer and not even answering to the customers question. Everything else is good.
