I don't advise anyone to buy Tommy Hilfiger at the location 550B terminal ave (trainyards) because I have a receipt and dont want to return my item.

Look at for discounts before purchase. There is a 40% discount at the Trainyards store. New customers to register emails at the cashier's register for a further discount of 10%. I ended up paying $48.75 including HST for a $79.50 poloshirt

Staff was very rude.
I had a code for extra discount from my work perks app, which I've used 2 weeks ago at the store. The cashier didn't want to scan it this time for some reason. After convincing her that if it's not applicable it wouldn't work. She scanned it and it worked. However, she was so rude after that. I told her: see it worked. She replied saying: yeah sure whatever works for you.

The Man who was checking out my product, he was so rude. So, unprofessional.
Don't go this store. Go somewhere else. I will never go this store anymore.

Do not have good experience from this store such as stuff behavior or dissatisfaction of returning items as its clearly written in the receipt

Tommy has always been a go to place for goong out attires. I went here with my friend to buy a ladies purse and a sweatshirt which were premium quality and were gifts for the parents.
At every store they have lots of discounts and clerance items which is very good for students. One of the good ways to get more discount out of Tommy is to use SPC card or fill the Tommy survey online to get 20% off.

Amazing deals I stopped there on January 3rd, during my visit to Ottawa. I was there early enough that I didn't have to worry about long lineups at the checkout. An extra 15% off if you gave your phone number or email address during checkout

I went to this store in the past and the staff was friendly and professional. However today I found a racist staff member who ask the employees to follow me and who was really really surprise that I had a membership there. I was really disappointed.

This was my first visit to the store after pandemic and this was my favourite store to shop.well, now the past. First, I could not easily find labels on the clothes, as they were either missing or attached inside on the left. Was annoyed by that and gave up looking for the labels on some racks. Sometimes some stores intentionally hide labels when they have big sales posted, and that day was 50% off throughout the most of the store. I haven't seen that happening in the Tommy Hilfiger before, so it was most likely that after 2 years of not shopping - I am not simply used to the new location of the merchendise labels, and they in fact did not hide any labels. But, since I was looking for labels like that, I noticed being followed by a store employee.ok, so now what, do they think I am going to steal something now? The store employee would take anything I would leave and put it back on the rack himself. Outraged by noticing that extra attention, I left without buying anything. Will never go back to any Tommy Hilfiger store again. That is really too bad, as a half of my current wardrobe is from Tommy Hilfiger.

My husband and I went to this location just yesterday and loved it, the staff are very attentive and friendly. We were able to get what we wanted and the employee at the counter was very helpful too and made our experience fun and we will definitely be coming back ️

Great store and great staff. Very happy to hear that they're denying entry to anti-maskers. If you can't wear a mask; stay home. We're in a pandemic.

Nice store. I've always had a good shopping experience there. Employees are friendly and available to help whenever I had questions. A little on the expensive side in my opinion but it is quality clothing and my husband's side of the family swears by this brand.

It shows closing time 7: 45 and I arrived 12 minutes before, but she didn’t allow us to inside where as I asked I will take only 5 minutes to buy an individual stuff. Really disappointed

Staff was rude and not welcoming. Don't accept masks exception. Discriminate against disabled people.

Denying service/entry to people who cannot wear masks is discriminatory and illegal.
I went shopping there last week and they refused to acknowledge mask excemptions in balatant violation of Ottawa By-law No. 2020 – 186, section 2.
Refused to provide an alternative and wouldn't assist in any way with shopping. There needs to be a negative start option for this type of behaviour.

If you are supporting discrimination it is the right place to be! Store management should educate themselves on mask exemption and respect people with medical conditions.

Large Tommy Hilfiger store. Often a large sale rack with great choices. A lot more options than the Tommy Hilfiger in the mall

Really great sale prices and even greater staff. They take the time to help and serve you, and even suggested I complete the online survey to get an additional 20% off on my purchase. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Its says they close at 7pm. But I showed up at 6: 55 and the door was locked. The staff is already leaving and locking up before 7. I guess they have somewhere better to be. I rushed here and even though I made it they don't care. Thanks tommy

Always pleasant ad helpful staff. Good variety of stock and decent deals on for our toddler that we can find something for him whenever we come in.

Loved the xxxl and really extra long t-shirts.so hard to find but Tommy Hilfiger does not disappoint.

Not what they used to be or maybe I am getting older. Just seems over priced now. Even the items on sale look like the price has been inflated before discount. I used to buy Tommy all the time but it has been years. The location in the Trainyards is good if you have to go to a variety of stores but the parking lot is a complete disaster. Try to come at off peak times.

One of the best staff I’ve ever seen! Very sweet and always excited and ready to help. One of the employers (Manuela) was extremely kind and very very helpful and patient too. She’s full of good energy and is very informative about the brand! Also, the prices and amount of discounts you get really save you money! One of the best stores in Ottawa

A good outlet type store with decent discounts. Came to get some pants for dad and end up picking up some stuff for myself too.
