Busy store percentage discounts on good quality clothing. I purchased 2 long sleeve polo sweatshirts at 50% of normal price. They last a while and don't shrink as quickly as cheaper ones.

Hi. This is one of the worst store ever.
So i am a south asian guy.few days ago i went into this store. I decided to try 3 items from the sale. As i entered the changing room. The guy working there stopped me and checked everything as if i was stealing something. I do realize that its their job to make sure people are not stealing. But stopping someone between so many other people and checking all my clothing items and all is so much of humiliation. I shop alot and i have never experienced this in any other store. I am never ever purchasing from tommy againn.

The worst outlet of Tommy Hilfiger I have ever been. Few days ago I visited the store, oh god. The employees didn't even bother to help the customers out, and most importantly they had no idea about their job. On the other hand, the managers were so rude not only to me but also to the customers who had called in to ask about the items. This location of Tommy must be shut immediately. Atleast the managers must be professional if you're handling such a big clothing brand. I hope the higher management considers the posted reviews by the customers.

I recently bought t-shirts that were supposed to be 40% off, but the receipt showed 30% instead. When I talked to the manager assistant at the time of this review, she repeatedly told me said that my receipt was correct although it was blatantly wrong. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful when another sales associate was respectful and understood what my problem when she looked at my receipt. She made the situation extremely difficult that I don't think she knows what numbers are and what she's talking about. She always asserted that we will pay more when we get the 40% off which doesn't make sense if you ask me! When I pressured her to correct the receipt, I got my refund. Customers won't be coming back when employees show such poor customer service!

Staff is beyond rude and extremely racist.store was full of customers but they were constantly following my husband and I around the entire store, and they make it beyond obvious.the manager even came out onto the floor and was following us even though there were already 3 other employees following us around the store.do better, and get better staff because it was beyond ridiculous.

Staff members has below the zero experience to how to treat customers. Very poor customer service they didn't help to find a right size but seems really rude. Yeah I like the jackets but noone helped me out to find a medium side. Two ladies just were stood watching my face I just shake my head and got out from creepy ladies face. Hope higher authorities see this review and keep eye on lazy staff members.

But let’s talk about staff! I went there in a busy week twice. The first time was 24th of Dec. Everything was normal except the lady I asked questions from. I assume she’s paid to answer but the way she behaved looked like I have debt or something to her! Anyway, I had to be back to exchange (they don’t allow to wear anything because of covid). The first person was the security guard who managed the number of people in the store. She literally kept her hand in front of me like I’m an animal and cannot hear if she says please wait. If I was 5cm closer, she probably would hit me! Lol! Next, three cashiers were at checkout and there’s no line. I went straight to the first one and someone SHOUT OUT wait until they call you. In the exact moment, one of the nice cashiers called me and I told him I’m not happy with this behaviour. He apologized on behalf of his colleagues although he wasn’t the one who needed to apologize. Anyway, I would never be coming back to this store. No wonder the store is always empty.
When you spend 100$ on a shirt, you pay for semi luxury brand, you EXPECT a good behaviour or at least a basic behaviour. I didn’t shop jeans from Dollarama to see such a weird behaviour!

Prices super high after 10-20%discount…, I love this brand but I can’t spend too much money for one cardigan…. Too much …, they don’t have that much in stock …. So came out empty hands

I am writing this with heart-broken feeling that after many years of being Tommy customers, we have been treated like this today at Dufferin Mall, Toronto! I went to Tommy store at Dufferin Mall for shopping some clothes. I am 9-month pregnant and suddenly I needed to use a washroom urgently and gently asked one of the associates on the floor if I can use the washroom at the store. I was standing at the front of the washroom door waiting for the store manager's permit.all of a sudden, the manager (not sure if she was a manager but she had a kind of Russian accent) shouted from far that "no, you are not allowed to use the washroom that's for staff only, can't you see the sign? ! ". She was so rude to me and showed very bad attitude. I told her I need to use the washroom urgently as you can see I am pregnant but she didn't understand and asked us to leave the store and find a public washroom outside! Common guys! Even if she wanted to refuse my request, she should have behaved gently with apologizing that she couldn't deliver our requested service. So disappointed!

You can never go wrong with brand names but there is great deals to be had here!
Staff are friendly.

I went there yesterday ready to buy alot of clothing. I tried on one jacket I was going to buy and the woman said I wasn't allowed to try it on in store. I told her all the other stores including the Bay allow it. She said I would have to buy it, and if it didn't fit, bring it back. This just doesn't make any sense! So I just put it back and said I'll just go buy it from the Bay instead. They lost about $1000 in sales from me. I will never go back there ever again!
