Great environment and a decent collection of denims as well as shirts. Professional and kind staff with hygienic changing rooms. Highly recommended for finding some classic color tan and off white denims in a classy fit.

Very ignorant staff. No manners or etiquette. Learn some customer service please or you are going to lose more business.

Very disrespectful staff, dont come here they are very discriminatory and mean especially the manager. Please consider the social responsibility in canada while shopping here! They are socially unresponsible (read the reviews)
Reading the reviews now while in updating this post, i am surprised they are 4.2 it should be zero rating. People are being treated badly in this store.
Update: Just to clarify this, i managed to go to another Tommy Hilfiger in another mall to buy the clothes i wanted to buy in this store just because i was discriminated against and treated horribly.
What happened: the cashier was empty, a guy with his wife grabbed a jacket and went to the cash, i stood behind them to wait my turn. In that time there was no line at all for people waiting at the cash and there were 3 cashiers. Each cashier had a customer. Then all of a sudden a family came and waited behind a cashier other than the one i was waiting for.
The manager came and wanted me to stand behind that family even though i was before them waiting for my turn, and it was almost my turn.
He was very rude and disrespectful, non communicative, i told him its not fair he did not care, and when i told him its either i pay or leave he said he doesnt care and i can leave.
What a disrespectful man, wanted to humiliate me infront of people.
I have posted a receipt Proving that on the same day and time i seeked another tommy Hilfiger and went and bought the clothes i wanted. I will never go to this tommy hilfiger anymore ever.

Yes it's the red white store. The Tommy Hilfiger. Awesome. Got good deals. Bought some nice items. Soon they will be going for bigger space in fairview so many more items. Looking forward fir their new spacious shop. Best wishes TH ️
