Today I went to this location in evening and after 15-20 minutes I was told that the store will be closing in 5 minutes. I thought they had the same policy as other stores and will attend the people that are inside and close gate for others. But I never expected the whole staff to be rude and arrogant not for us but for everyone inside. They were indirectly telling people not to touch stuff as store is closing in2 minutes. And to be shocked, they literally pushed everyone out at sharp 6 o clock. I have never experienced anything like this earlier.

All stores treat their customers with respect even after closing and won’t attend any new customers. But this is rude.

Anyways I will not be spending any money here, outdated and overrated brand with poor customer respect

Best customer service in any Tommy Hilfiger store. Sugam was amazing and help me choose right products.

I am always thoroughly impressed with the quality and selection of their clothing. The staff (especially Shilpa) was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice on the best styles and fits for me.

They supposed be open store at 9: 30 am
But they were close after 15-30 min upto 10 am.
Even employe can see we are waiting outside but they didn’t care about it. Worst experience

We had great experience today. Shilpa was tooo helpful last minute we changed our mind and managed to get what we really wanted. She guided us really well, I really appreciate her service she was so helpful. Will definitely come back

I always buys from here, Today, SHILPA guided me in buying white Skirt and sweater, She is very amicable in behavior.

Manager or I don't know that lady was so rude with the boy on counter in front of me. Her attitude was beyond the sky.

I wish the variety would have been bigger. Also, there was nobody there to help us. The price range was very high. I wish the price was reasonable and someone was there to help us out in choosing. They should think about opening up an outlet so customers can pay a visit and be able to afford the clothes accordingly. I would not recommend this place due to the very small inventory, high price tag, and worst customer service. I went to the store and was out in less than 5 minutes.

I went to store and abhi help me get some formal clothes. Very nice, down to earth person and very helpful. 100 out of 100 to store service

Absolutely disgusting staff attitude. One person handling the line. Wait more than 10 mins to cash out. Scope for improvement. Will not return. Thanks

Keep in mind that fitting rooms are closed however not too many customers. Better to go to Hartland outlet

Horrible customer service. I went to Tommy Hilfiger a few days ago with my daughter, and I asked a worker what the largest size is and she told me 12 I then proceeded to tell her that cant be true as I was holding a size 16 in my hand, she tell me “then it’s 16” hire some staff that actually care! Walked out and went to a competitor.

Yesterday on 20/02/2019 I went to the store to buy couple of stuff and when I was about to buy there Assistant Manager Jenny jumped on us and told us rudely that we cant take stuff for trying like this. I was only trying 2 items way less than as per their policy. Secondly they didnt mentioned how many clothes you can try or customer has to inform staff. She started saying I am in retail from long time.now its a high time she need refresher course in customer service. But there Security staff is nice and Sharron was great in customer service.

We love shopping at Tommy Hilfiger.love the quality and colors of the clothes.will recommend buying from here.if you sign up for coupons you can get additional discounts.hope you like it as well

The employees are always helpful and gracious, some sales are very good, quality good worth the price, but it's still very pricey

Location is very small as compared to Tommy Store located in Vaughan Mills. Only few options for customer to choose clothes.

Vry rude customer service. The male staff are very abusive to customers. I dont have the option to give 0 star. Otherwise i would have given 0 star to this store service. I just asked for the coupen discount. He was very rude to us.

Amazing clothing store. Has a great selection of items and accessories and great deals and prices for such a notorious designer brand. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for someone who wants to splurge on designer items!

Very poor customer service i asked for help the lady told me to hold on she was going to open the fitting room i stood there waiting but she never came back a few minuites later i saw her helping another indian lady give me a break all of us come there with money to spend

Every time I go to Tommy Hilfiger, At Trinity Comman mall, there was no Air conditioning. Worst atmosphere, I go with my parents who are old and cannot do shopping comfortable, we can take breath no fans even, I feel bad for the employerss who they stand there all day, especially ppl who are in back, storage area. Last year in summer also same condition in this store. V bad experience because of this.

The customer service was really good and they had some good deals on a lot of the clothing. Some areas of the store could be a little neater.

Unhappy customer service. Cashing out customer with unhappy -i-hate-to-be-here face is not right.

The sale prices are good, but I had staff people bumping into me and pushing me out of the way to talk to other people. Also bought a top from here that had a hole in it.

Love tommy its a good place for shopping, atmosphere is good and there collection is amazing bit costly but it worth it

Went in on October 9th 2018 around 6pm. Most sales associates were great and helpful except for one really rude and unprofessional girl that was working at the cash register. I was talking to her about a product that they didn’t take the tag off of and she was ignorant enough to move on to the next customer without even speaking to me. The next day I was able to get a hold of the manager and my problem was solved. I really hope the manager spoke with this sales associate. I also work in retail and such behaviour is unacceptable. She clearly doesn’t deserve to work their as her basic knowledge in terms of retail is minimum
