Went into this store for shopping today and they had south asian songs playlist on the whole time on a louder than usual volume. I'm of south asian origin as well and felt really awkward.walked out without buying anything. I mean, why are we imposing our culture and music when you have people from all over the world shopping here.

If it's because of diwali, then I wonder why we never see east asian, african etc music played in fashion stores.

It's okay to have cultural festivals so people can come and learn about us. But this is going on an uncomfortable level.

The employer was so rude, I just ask for help how to open tag for belt which I bought and she was like itz ur responsibility to open not mine.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The worst customer service in the entire history of humankind. The store manager is extremely rude. She's not helpful and does not care about customers. I shopped 5 items and requested an extra bag. She denied the bag, and I returned everything. Every business looks for reputation and customer service. Tommy doesn't care about that.

Super slow cashiers! Spent more time in a check out than shopping itself. If you get busy during the weekends, please put more cashiers and do not make people wait for hours!

Very bad customer service. The manager on duty today Sunday 22 jul had a very bad attitude. Store looks like upside down Do not recommend at all to shope there. Rather got o tommy outlet Mavis in heartland.

Bought sweaters from there, bought jacket too but not here with me my hubby wear today.so go shop from there staff is very nice

We were looking for an article and I asked the rep, she said its on the floor. But I said we don’t know where it is and she was like its on the floor and just walk away.

P. S If you don’t like tour job then quit.

Need an accessible mirror tall enough to see the whole shirt. I'm not a tall guy. I need to walk all the way to the inner side of the store for a mirror high enough to see me wearing the shirt. Another improvement to look at.

Lots of color and variety of clothes however almost everything seems to come in slim fit sizing now a days. Disappointing.

Reached the store at 7.15 pm and wanted to try some T shirts, but the fitting room was already closed at around 7.25pm.

The manager lacks empathy and needs training in handling customer complaints, you can’t hide behind COVID excuse

I love the stores. There's two, a ladies and children's one and a men's one. Outlet stores. Much better than crazy UK prices. Great quality clothing, great brand, amazingly helpful staff. I'll be back.

I Love Tommy Hilfiger but definitely I don't like this location, it doesn't make sense they refuse to return an item I've got from Dixie outlet and asking me to go back to them driving 45 mins to reach.and giving me a wrong info that Dixie outlet will not exchange it although I called Dixie outlet they said of course we will do it for u: (

Some changes - the old outlet store is now just the Men's. Women and kids are at another location. Selection has improved because of this. Staff are still good - offers help without needing prompting, helps find what you're looking for or finds alternatives.

Good in selection and customer service.
I feel like price bit high than other outlets, but best place for special deals during Christmas time.

Love to wear TH clothing but dont scam customers by advertising 50% off when u bump the price to double and then put 50% off to make the price same as original.

Great location. They have large parking space nearby. Good customer service. I feel like they have cheaper price than other outlets.
