Amazing park in Toronto, great experience for those people who like walking or riding a bike

Beautiful bridge in the middle of the trail, with a great view of the Toronto harbour. It's a narrow and busy bridge. Please get off your bike before crossing to avoid hurting others, particularly children and seniors.

Great walk. About 10km from parking lot to lighthouse and back. In winter, some icy patches.

About as far away from Downtown Toronto as you can get without leaving Downtown Toronto. Bring a phone, water and a snack just incase you explore further than you thought you would. Maybe a raincoat or umbrella if the weather is iffy.

Nice place to ride a bike or walk around! Personally, I think it will be really pretty in autumn as there are lots of plants and flowers on the sideways. You can borrow a bike which is limited to 30 minutes per ride. Be aware that whatever plan you choose (1day, 3days.so on) you have to come back every 30 minutes or otherwise you will have to pay additional fee!

The best sight-seeing for the city skyline, the best way to see the sunset! I loved it! It can be reached by bike, I think it's better, because walking is such a great distance

Go all the way! There is a lighthouse at the end of the road and a great view. If you are walking it will take a couple of hours and tiring for kids. The best way to see this park is by bicycle. The road is smooth paved asphalt and well maintained. Fishing spots are very limited to the quiet side of the park and access is minimal.

This is a great park to visit for bird watchers and nature lovers. You will also see a lot of joggers, bikers and walkers using the path and trails in the park. Weekends are very busy, it's best to get their early if you want to see the wildlife. Every season has something different to see. Just make sure you have comfortable shoes, there is a lot of walking.

Amazing park to go bike or run. It’s a long path, it’s quiet and the view is breathtaking; one side with the lake that looks like the ocean and on the other side the city landscape. And all you hear is the hundreds of birds flying and singing. Wow! For those who will visit soon the floating bridge is close but you can reach the lighthouse by taking the other longer path. Definitely worth it! Plan to bring water and use the public restroom near the gate.

It is a jewel on the shores of Toronto! I am going back late spring again to see a greener foliage.

We went there to reach the lighthouse but this bridge was open. So we couldn’t pass through it and too tired to go around it as well?

But we did hop over and say at the end of the open bridge. It was fun. The waves made it feel like the bridge was moving and we were drifting away from the shore. We started cracking jokes what we would have to do to survive if we ended up in the middle of the lake. Least to say we had great laugh.

One idea was to use all the wood floor of the bridge for. We are so smart, our mama would be so proud.

A really lovely part of the city, this brisge is rather insignificant compared to the whole park, but is a nice connection right to the water that surrounds the park. My only issue is when the bridge is pulled back and removed, it can make travelling through the park back to the city quite problematic. I walked a good few extra kilometres the last time I was hear because the bridge closed (due to it being quite late out).

Great place to cycle on the nice sunny day. No cars around. Lots of nature to look at. Peace of mind.

Nice little bridge in the cycle path. This is like a small floating observation deck overlooking the Toronto skyline on one side and lake Ontario on the other.

If you want nice pictures from Toronto's Skyline, this is one place to go if you live in the East End.
