Booked a last min appt with Lucy. She was amazing. You can really tell she is skilled at what she does. Fade was on point. One of the best cuts I ever got to be honest.

They always delaying the schedule appointments and for haircut and cut the beard the charging you 75$! Ok it’s iMac to schedule appointments and to delayed you minimum 30 minutes

Great atmosphere, lots of parking, the guys are down to earth and do great work. You can book through the app which is super helpful as it shows you how many people are in front of you. You may have to wait but it's worth it. If your looking to feel great and look great this is your place, super fresh fades and they are talented. Fresh blades every time. Beard trims and shaping too. Great work cant recomend them enough. If your looking for a new place or your place doesnt have you feeling fresh at the end then you should go on over.

Decent haircut. But overall bad customer experience. The app sucks, buggy, not secure, and honestly no need to have an app. I dont need to download an app, sign up, spend 20 mins to “try” to book a time. I barely use facebook, i dont need an app for toms barbershop… Just creat a website plain and easy. No need to reinvent the wheel.
I called and they said please use the app for booking, well you know what fix your app…

So I go in, i am like open to the idea, app sounds cool, trying to innovate, and changing the status quo and all that bs. Paying time and it is only cash. Lol.

Barber shop with an app but only cash, oh you better use the atm on the spot and pay the 3-4$ fee plus whatever charges your bank charges.
It is 2021, it is ironic that you have an app, and you dont have an online payment option? If you don’t accept cards i get it, but idk maybe allow etransfers?

Not coming back because it made the whole experience just worse. So many barriers that i can easily avoid going to another barbershop.

Got my 9 yr old son’s hair cut at Tom’s and it was a great experience. My son wanted to go to an “authentic” barbershop and Tom’s did not disappoint. I loved the vibe of the place and my son can’t wait to come back for another haircut!

I brought my 4 year old son in for a hair cut before the Monday lockdown. Not only did they accommodate us as a walk-in, they were fast and great with my son.
Most importantly, both my son and his mom son really liked the haircut. I will be coming back again. I highly suggest these guys.

A place that could have been more crazy busy if it would have been somewhere in core downtown. Could be wrong but Tom looked good with people with more hair as he is good with electric shavers. Ronaldo old mate is as good as ever.

They took an appointment which I drove over an hour to get to to tell me I have a 20 minute wait.

Can't say enough good things about this place. So wonderfully nostalgic and chill, I always show up early so I get a chance to hang out for a bit. The owner is an absolute gem, and I always leave feeling fresh & looking good.

I just moved into the neighborhood and been to this place once, it's just a bit high end on price but to be honest it is totally worth it, got my hair and beard styled by jay, what a guy! This was the first time anyone other than me trimmed my beard, and i got it done because i just knew he'd know how to do it. These guys have their own app as well so you can get an appointment and know the approximate time you should reach.recommended for sure.
