I love to shop here the workers are so friendly. If you ask for something most of them will go out of there way to help you out.

I really like this grocery store. The produce is usually well stocked and fresh, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the public washroom, it's rarely clean.

We go here a lot to shop. They have great prices, friendly and helpful staff, and a fairly quick check out. Parking could be a bit better, but oh well.

Cleanest grocery store I have ever been in also the staff are absolutely amazing I've watched them go above and beyond for many different people in the three years I have been living in this town and going to that grocery store it never cease to amaze me their kindness and their cleanliness

This store is large and fairly clean. Not the washroom though.
A gentleman in the product section was oh so helpful and friendly. He enjoys his job and it shows. He shared a recipe with us too.
This store seems to have everything but the parking is another matter. Small spaces and small lot.

This is a wonderful no frills.the store is clean, the staff is friendly, cashiers try their best with coupons, and despite it often being busy it is an easy place to shop.management really care about helping the community and try hard to keep loss leaders / flyer items in stock and on the shelves.i'd be driving twice as far to peterborough if this store wasn't here

Fresh produce is terrible! They never bring in enough stock to support the locals and when cottagers and tourists come.it's horrible

Always friendly. Not too bad a selection for certain things I need. I love their sales for sure! Lots of parking in the mornings.

Prices are generally good, but sometimes sale items run out quickly.

Today, April 14,2022 I did my first online grocery order and pick up. The staff working in that part of the store should not be working in direct contact with people, she seemed quite put out and was rolling her eyes when asked a simple question. My question was answered by another cashier and I thanked her and left. I will not be doing another online order here. Not the way I would want my customers treated if I was the owners.

Never have sale items to do for the week and no rainchecks!
Always running out and not replenishing

I find that some of the staff are not as personable as they should be, working with the public and all. I have to say that the Bancroft no frills is not my number one grocery store to visit

This store is stock up so better with the new owners, also the staff seem happier with new management. Much need change.

The staff are always helpful but I have to say that a lady named Nancy that has worked there for as long as I’ve shopped there did the most incredible thing and truly saved me and my daughters and I can’t thank her enough I will never forget that Saturday at Nofrills

Always packed but generally has cheaper pricing. Staff is generally helpfully, and I shop here often. Only downfalls are sale items are regularly sold out and parking can be a pain on busy days throughout the year.

Every time I shop at this store, there are more than 3 people shopping without a mask on. Tonight at 8pm, when the store was at its minimum volume of shoppers there was 1 woman over 40,1 teenager and a man in his early 20s walking around without a mask past the employees who say nothing about public safety. The staff turns a blind eye to it. When I approached the till and advised the employee at the check out, she told me she is aware but management will not do anything about it. She is also under age and said she fears for her safety, after she did say something to a grown man but he threatened her. It's sad to me as a parent that teenagers making minimum wage, on the front lines of customer service, are under the risk of exposure and no one cares. I won't shop here anymore.

Was not the cleanest inside nor was happy about the lack of stocking of products. The employees were very good

Stock is good, pricing is good, for most part staff is happy I think. Process, well during the pandemic sucks all over the place. Long lines. It's a bit like going into a cattlebarn. I'm a temp resident, so I'm one of those outside people. But it's clean. Parking isn't always fun.

Best store there is. The staff is amazing. Love this store. Good prices also. They really care about their customers.

Went in to just grab food we forgot to bring with us and we felt very uncomfortable in there most of the staff and a lot of the customers made us feel really unwelcome we just came to do groceries and we kept getting stares and when I tried to smile with my eyes to just be nice they looked annoyed so I figured they didn’t just have a resting face but felt more unwelcome by customers though but not all the staff was like that some of them were nice and helped us and gave us smiles but for the most part it was very very uncomfortable in most cases minorities aren’t very welcome here.

Tony and Kills has all of the staples! Good produce selection, pre- packaged cheese and deli meats. No fresh cut deli or seafood/meat counter. Plenty of parking.

Well stocked, staff are very friendly. So glad they've re-opened the express lane. The owner is very friendly and open to suggestions.

Great staff, but the big problem I have is that half of the flyer specials are usually out of stock which is a problem when you come from a distance to shop

The store is very clean and well lit, the selection is amazing, even with covid happening they are doing a Great job, keeping people count and washing carts and surfaces, Excellent experience.

A great spot to get all your groceries in the town of Bancroft. They have excellent prices, for the most part, and we can always find what we need. The employees are always very friendly and have a smile on their faces, and if you have any questions about products or where to find something, they're quick to help.

Clean and organized! I was in and out wicket and found everything I needed easily! My cashier was very polite and cleaned everything efficiently before I put my products on the counter. There was hand sanitizer available and the buggys were cleaned before being offered to customers.

Clean and fully stocked. Only pain is the line moves quite slowly so if you have ample time it's a good spot to get your groceries. I do recognize that it's like this because of all the covid protocol, but I still think there's an opportunity to improve.

Was extremely busy in line today's i would go online and check real time traffic in the store before next time I shop

The line up to cash out was huge. We had to wait 25 minutes to cash out. We could not buy salmon. The meat was more expensive than where we usually shop. We won't go back.

In locations around here where civilization is scarce and food locations are few and far between, it helps to have a nofrills that is very up to date with stock. Not only that but their covid-19 precautions are up to date and sanitation is well enforced.

I love the grocery store, great place to shop. Very clean and very friendly, and u don't have to wait very long in the line up when there is a line up.

Good prices as always. Selection is not always great however it has the necessities. Most staff are polite and helpful.

One of the cashier's made me put an item back because i was short 13 cents last night. Went back into store, grabbed smaller package of what i had to leave, stood in line again. Next cashier i got made me show her the bill for stuff i just paid for, that was in No Frills bags. Gave her all my change, said have a nice night and exit'd the store. Gota pick your battles these days. Not worth getting banned.

A lot of the staff minus a few really nice older ladies, are rude, and I have had bad costumer service and treated poorly on many occasions

Its close to me so I go there for good sales. Always go at the beginning of the sales, they don't order enough inventory and always run out of the good sale items. No rainchecks offered!

Does the line up waiting for a cashier not defeat the whole purpose of social distancing behaviour when you are diligent in all other area's of being cautious in the store?

Terrible store. Since No Frills opened I've watched this store decline over time. Hard to get certain products, always sold out of items, shelves are empty. Staff isn't very helpful or overly friendly. Management/owners don't seem to care about the inconvenience this causes customers. When asked about new stock/products, you are always told its because of the delivery truck. Best answer ever: the truck got lost.haha

For a place with no frills, a visit here is a totally frilling shopping experience. Come buy your veg and ting here, yagetme? !

A better line up system would be nice. Visually impaired customers must find it hard. I am well sighted and all the advertising inhibits the lights from being seen from the waiting line.

Rude staff. The girl at the front door completely ignored me when asked if it was ok to go inside. Considering its her job to let people know that they can enter the store, I don't think that my question was unreasonable. Other staff were rude as well. The lady who was directing customers to available cashiers actually turned her back to us when she saw us. Made me really uncomfortable especially being a minority in a small town. Most definitely will never go back. Went to Fortinos after and the service was much better. Staff was friendly and professional. Guess we will be going to Fortinos going forward.

Shelves are stocked well days I go shopping.not many problems at the teller. Always a good shopping experience.

Great prices! The store is clean organized the staff are helpful. This is in a central location of Bancroft, great for tourists passing through and local shoppers.

Same weekly grocery list, same PC brand products, at a fraction of the cost to the other PC chain of grocers/suppliers. The location is also centrally located and has ample parking.

This place has really gone downhill
Staff are friendly and helpful but the buyer doesn't seem to be very experienced or knowledgeable as this was my 4th trip in 2 months and by the 3rd or 4th day of an ongoing sale they were out of stock on more than a few items. I'm giving up and driving the extra miles to Renfrew. It saves me more money to be able to stock up and I'm only able to shop once a week.

Nothing special.just your average No Frill's location. Found everything we needed, Check outs were well staffed.

This was one of the best No Frills I have ever been to. So excellently well stocked and fresh goods. Toronto NoFrills have a lot to learn from this store in a tiny town.

Always seems to be insanely busy.they are always out of things, and changing up their inventory which is very annoying. If you carry a product it should be year round, not just 3 different months of the year.

Clean. Friendly staff. Decent selection. Great prices. Better than having a Foodland. Lots of parking.

Great quality & great prices, but to small to accommodate are little town of Bancroft.because when are summer come all the cottages and tourists wipe us out! So I think that Loblaws should put a super store in Bancroft!

Cheapest place for groceries in the area. However the staff could be friendlier and the meat selection could be better. Bakery section gets picked over quickly, they sell out of hot dog/hamburger buns etc.

I found the cashier that served me was not very helpful. I am thinking of going to shop at Foodland.

Great spot to get your groceries if you're cottaging or camping around Bancroft has most of what you need

Very crowded. No room to get around. Store is WAY to small to accomadate the products. People pushing and shoving. Not well organized. Frozen food at one end. Meat at other end. Products plugging up isles.
