Love coming here, the atmosphere is always welcoming from receptionists, assistants and hair stylists. Reem has been my go to for a few years now and she is just the best, truly one of a kind.

Every time I go to wasem he does an amazing job to my hair it’s my second time doing my hair with him and it’s always amazing if you’re looking for a glow up just go to him you will not regret it

My hair looks terrible when I try to straighten or curl it. I asked them to give me layers, but they merely trimmed it, which is also improper as one side of my hair is long and the other is short. I had an awful experience.

Love how my hair colour turned out, plus the Keratin treatment and the layered haircut. Amazing customer service provided by Sharky, although it was my first time at this salon. Will be back here for sure. Thanks so much Sharky!

Hit or miss at this location. First time was fantastic, wanted to make an appointment with the same hairstylist but she no longer works there. Figured I’d try someone new since the original stylist was great, unfortunately, that wasn’t the case the second time. Second hairstylist was really friendly, but I felt rushed. From start to finish (wash and cut) it was around 30 mins. Got a straight bob cut, only to find a small section a tad shorter on one side. If this was my first time there, I probably wouldn’t have come back

Got my hair done by Ross about a month ago. He opened up with telling me my black hair makes me look "pale. " I only had intentions of getting a haircut then changed my mind and said I wanted a balayage instead. I know almost little to nothing about hair btw. Several weeks later, I go to a different salon to get my hair fixed (in my mind, it was to touch up the colour)

I find out he did highlights. Now that I think back on it, he was in such a hurry and rushed everything. Now $800 later, I have the hair colour I wanted. I'm disappointed in the service I received and I won't be recommending this salon to others.

I had an amazing experience with Pravita. She was very friendly, and listens to what you want to have done. She kept me updated throughout the whole process, and made me feel comfortable. My colour turned out the way I wanted it too, and I was very satisfied with the haircut. I would definitely recommend.

Avleen the hairstylist is the best! I made an appointment for my child and Avleen welcomed my kid with a friendly smile and welcoming feeling. She was very professional, knowledgable and patient with my kid. She took her time to wash, cut, straightening and dry my kid's hair. I came into the salon with a recommendation for Alexis. She is amazing. I had box black hair and she was able to lift me to blonde while still keeping my hair healthy. Her service was awesome. She walked me through every step, making sure I felt comfortable and understood how the process works. 10/10 would recommend seeing her! Her product knowledge and skills are great, and her personality shines through.

Came here for a nail repair. And I asked them to fix one nail which they charged 15 dollars plus tax. I asked them if they could make it cheaper because it was for one nail only but they didn't give me a clear answer and still took me in. When I came to the cash to pay they said it was still 15. I understand it's their pricing but I expected them to give me a clear answer before I went in. Overall, their prices are too high up there for the lack of experience the nail technicians have. I had no choice because my real nail was broken, but I wouldn't come back here for anything else.

Adam is the best hair stylist I’ve ever met. I was so comfortable with him and he gave me a new look so impressive. Really appreciate his work.

I’ve been coming to this salon for awhile now, and I finally found the perfect hairstylist! Pravita has been doing my hair since sometime last year, she is the absolute sweetest!

She explained the whole process, and answered any questions I had. She informed me on the colours that she will be using to help achieve the ashy tones that I like. She even went on to recommend some products that will help keep my hair healthy till I come back for a touch-up. In the end I was very happy with the results! It was exactly what I wanted! This was probably the best experience I have had at this mall. You always are scared to go in to an hair salon thinking what would they do with your hair. Out of all the salons in this mall, these guys really stood out. I went in for my younger sister to get her hair done. Whether it’s their front desk staff, hairstylists, they are amazing! They’re not only friendly but want to make sure you get what you had asked for or even better I must say. If you are not sure how to word certain styles you want, the stylists can literally read your mind and give you even better results. If you’re new in town and looking for a trusted place, I would highly recommend seeing Pravita. She is such a down to earth lady️. The minute I saw her, my gut feeling just knew she was the right person to go to. She greeted me and my sister with such kindness and a sweet smile. I asked Pravita that I need a soft cut for my sister nothing too big. She understood my needs and gave my sister a cut I was so so happy with. She made sure that my sister was doing okay throughout the cut and was so so gentle with her hair. Chelsea & Paige welcomed us with such a warm smile and made us comfortable ~ I must say the two lovely ladies were so helpful and kind and accommodated us right away at the front desk. They really put me in their shoes when they dealt with me for my sister’s cut. I’m beyond happy with the service I got here and would highly recommend anyone who wants a beautiful cut to see Pravita at this location. I’m sure the other stylist are good too but I specifically had this amazing experience with Pravita. For any girl that wants a decent cut done the right way, I feel you and you should stop searching for a stylist and come check out these guys because to me they are the best! Thankyou for all that you do Pravita, you really made my day and my sister’s. You’re the only professional stylist I would trust in Mississauga from now on. Thank you again!

Don’t get your hair done at this place, especially with Adam. They are extremely overpriced for the bad service they provide. I booked an appointment for a haircut only. When I got there Adam proceeded to give his opinion about my hair stating how it had different colors in it (which I knew obviously) and if I wanted to do highlights or full hair colors, as if they were my only two options. I told him I just wanted a haircut. Then he completely ignored me and asked me if i prefered to go lighter or unify the colours in my hair. I told him if I’m getting a colour then definitely do one tone, and that I wasn’t ready for highlights. He said ok, we’ll do one colour, then a treatment and finally a trim and asked his assistant to get the color ready. I felt pressured to get the hair colour and as he started to to put the colour in my hair, I asked about the price of the treatment because he did not mention any prices. He said it’s $40 and takes 5 minutes. I told him I didn’t want it. After the colour my hair was an almost black colour, much darker than the original I went in with and the colour i asked for (natural brown). He then did a quick trim, and when he was blow drying my hair he kept pulling with every strand. I left the salon paying over $200, $120 for the colour and $75 for a simple haircut and left knowing I will never visit this salon again! To make things worse, since my visit my hair has been in the worst state possible, breaking every time I brush it and weaker than ever. Never get your hair done with Adam!

Hairstylist Reem did my haircut and style, it was perfect! She advised me on what looked well on me and my hair turned out great! Highly recommended this salon

I had adam an had asked him for a blonde baylage an I’m very fussy an always scared to try anyone new.but Adam was amazing! He created the perfect blend, gave me the tone of blond I wanted an kept my hair in good condition. I would say give it a try

Reem is an exceptional senoir sylist. She is young and passionate about her work. I always leave feeling like I look my absolute best! Strongly recommend coming to this salon! Reem is just lovely!

The first time I went in for keratin, REEM did a great job. Six months later I went in and unfortunately REEM did a horrible job. She was rough with my hair and doing it in a rushed way. I had to tell her to be more gentle like she was the first time but she didn’t listen. She enlisted the help of someone who was supposedly a “professional stylist” to help her, who ended up tangling my hair as she tried to clip it up. This girl was clearly an intern still learning, which is fine but atleast have the decency to not lie about it. They ended up breaking my hair a lot and damaging it and then charging me 450+tax for a treatment that didn’t last more than 2 months.

Thank you Pravita for doing an amazing highlights for me and my sister. Pravita was great during the all process she didnt rush at all took all her time for both of at same time and very nice nature totally an amazing person to go for. Thank you definitely l will go again there

Went for a balayage in December and the colour didn't turn out as excepted. The stylist asked if I wanted to come in again to get it fixed I agreed because I disliked the colour so much. The conditions were if I return within 2 weeks I can get it fixed for free. I drove 2 hours to get it redone and once I get to the salon I see a DM from the stylist telling me she had an emergency and was not able to make it. I informed her I had already arrived and just saw her message and she suggested I go inside and tell the salon the situation they may have someone available to take me. The salon refused to take me unless I pay for the full toner price. The Salon did not call me to let me know their stylist was not coming in ahead of time.
I asked the stylist if they could extend their policy for redo because of her emergency and she refused to inquire with management. Bad Service. Not professional and very over priced.

I got a balayage at this salon by a nice lady named Pravita! She was so kind to me and focused on what I wanted to do. I showed her pictures of the kind of hair I wanted and she did exactly it!

Pravita did a great job on my hair. I was in desperate need of some major corrections to previous highlights and colour tones (done by another salon). Pravita rescued my hair. She provided me with the right suggestions to match my existing colour, did a roots touch up and a gave my hair a super cut.

I took my 7 year old kid for a trim. The trim was great but they charged $75. I almost fell over. I don’t pay that for my own hair which takes four times longer.

The atmosphere and staff here is fantastic. I don’t go often but when I do I feel like I know them and everyone is very welcoming in the spa area. Amanda is the best and she makes a bomb coffee. Ty Amanda for always helping me with my toes.

This was my first professional haircut and I’m pleased to say I am SUPER happy with it. My hairstylist was Madina. I liked that she took her time to make sure everything was even. As well as, her personality was just so welcoming. Safe to say I’ve found a permanent hairstylist. The overall atmosphere of the salon was very welcoming and friendly. 1000/10 recommend Madina to anyone who is hesitant about getting their haircut.

I got my hair cut and coloured. Shani did great job! I really love my new look and this is all possible because of shani. I called them at the end of the day, and they saved my day and hair. This is the one of the best saloon in this area!

I recently got my hair botox done by Madina and extremely satisfied with the service. She was very professional, helpful and patient. I recommend hair botox for anyone who is looking to smooth out the frizz in their hair.

Worst experience the guy there does not listen. He doesn’t know the meaning of don’t chop it of too much. I went with hair below my hip and came back with hair above my chest. Over charges you for the service do not recommend at all

Go see Pravita! She is great and saved my hair who someone messed up completely. This girls got magic. She spends time explaining the process and gives her personal opinions on what could suit the client. I trusted her with my hair color and haircut, and I don't regret it at all! In love with my new look Tonyc is lucky to have her!

Went in with better-looking hair than what I came out with. If you have curly hair this place is not for you. The stylist was unprofessional and did not care to listen about the way I style my hair even though I well informed him how I do so. I left with semi-dry curls and looked like a wet poodle. He did not use a diffuser for my hair but used a comp nozzle to "dry my hair" which is what you should only be using for blow-outs. The receptionist was also rude and did not accommodate my questions (ie.pricing, stylist level) prior to the appointment over the phone. This was a horrible experience right from the beginning and I wish I never went! There were no accommodations made by the team in regards to my dissatisfaction and I will never recommend this so-called "salon. "

It was my worst experienceI …. Went there for Japanese treatment. Like after one wash my hairs were all very ruff and my hairs look very weird. When i went there for solution they sais me that if this happens with hairs then they have only one solution and that they can again to treat my hairs. But how i can trust them again. I asked them for refund of my as i paid 600 dollars on my hairs. After paying huge i am not getting proper shine and smooth hairs. I would never recommend any my friend and family member to go tonic.after paying huge amount they have just one solution for with which i am not happy. Moreover, they can’t do anything else for me. They make me wait for half an hour as i went there with appointment.

Best place to go for haircut and keratin. I have been going here since many years and they have never disappointed me. My hairstylist Giuseppe always go above and beyond during each visit.

After 10 months of lockdown, my hair was a mess but Reem at tonyc square one saved my hair.she listened to everything i wanted and created a balayage I am in LOVE with. Reem was kind, personable and extremely knowledgable by informing me about everything she was doing and why. She truly is a master hairstylist. She will be my new go to hairdresser. I got my hair done by Emil. He was very informative about hair and listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The reception was very friendly, I don’t remember the girl’s name but she was short, black hair, blue eyes, she was very personable and professional, and I enjoyed our chat as she washed my hair. Overall, I would choose this salon again.

Tonyc is almost always booked, and there's a reason to it. They've got the most experienced hair stylist, especially Madina. Loved her work!

I must say Tonyc salon in square one Mississauga is one of the best hair salon in Toronto. I got my hair cut and coloured by Madina and she did a fabulous job. She took time and understood what I really wanted. I will definitely visit this salon again.

I recently had the keratin treatment done by a young man named Sharky. I was unsure if it would be of any benefit to me because my hair is (used to be) quite curly and frizzy. My only disappointment is how long I waited to have this wonderful treatment. It completely transformed my hair, it's soft, shiny and thankfully frizz free. Go get it done if you're thinking about it. And ask for Sharky, he's incredibly knowledgeable and very personable.

Pravita from this hair salon is very knowledgeable and an expert in hairstyling and colouring. She really spends the time to understand what her customers needs are to ensure satisfaction. I have been going to Pravita for years and she always makes my hair better than before and extremely voluminous?

My experience with Mateja is unforgettable. I will never go to anyone else besides her. She saved my hair from damage and colour corrected my Balayage from another salon. She got my dream hair colour, spot on and she knew exactly what haircut I wanted! Truly an amazing hairstylist. Professional, kind, informative and passionate about her work. The charges are on a little higher side but the service is good. They are prompt in addressing any issue. I go to Ross. He is a senior stylist and he is good

Reem did an amazing purple balayage job on my hair even though my hair wasn't the easiest to work with. She was very thorough about the things she was going to do to my hair and taught me how to take care of my hair better. She and the rest of the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. would be $35 approximately for a half updo.my daughter even washed her hair at home to reduce price.she arrived with clean damp hair all they did was blow dry hair & curl.then with ugly pins they put her hair only half up.charged $90 for that! I could've done that myself for her at home. Manager was cold & arrogant.they tell you one thing before & then story changes once they get you in their chair.liars! Will never come to Tonyc again!

Kiran S did my shellac mani and simple pedi.my nails looked great and the mani has lasted looking clean and without peeling! The pedi was ask great and looked good in sandals even though I didn't want nail polish this time. Kiran gave the toenails a nice shiny buff. Thanks Kiran!

I got a haircut done at many places at square one, but Shadi at Tonyc was the only one who left my hair looking amazing!

Hi I came Monday for private room with by my daughter.it's hard to find a place offering this. My daughter talked to the lady at the computer and she made an appointment and gave me a slip for when to come in. I wasn't comfortable until she offered to show me the private room where I'm getting my hairs cut. Very nice private area with a sink and mirror. Thank you. Very happy

Very busy, always book a couple days ahead. Different levels of experienced stylists depending on your budget. Clean salon, offers coffee, tea or water. The receptionists are friendly, even after getting yelled at for something out of their control and try to accommodate you when you do push your luck by just walking in. Not cheap as it is a high-end salon, and in a mall!
