My go-to spot for getting my hair done with Jamila or getting waxed with Rosie or my pedicures with Adelia. They always give such exceptional customer service and are kind. And Christine is excellent with giving good customer service.

Natalia styled my hair. I have naturally curly hair and I came in to have my hair straightened for Prom. She was very kind and she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. She recommended products that suit my hair and I was overall very pleased! Would recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend Angie at Tonyc Salon and Spa. She is a very passionate stylist who knows her stuff. I have been seeing Angie for 15+ years and she never disappoints. I always love my cut and color and I know that I will leave the salon looking and feeling my best. Angie is affectionately known as my HAIR GODDESS now and forever.

Hair was done by Marco and arman, amazingggggg job! I highly recommend them. Turned hair from box color to amazing color and was honest. Coming back forsure.

Absolutely phenomenal. My hair was like 4 different colours and extremely damaged. Sara did an amazing job, she treated my hair so well.it’s so much softer. She made the colour look so much better. I’ve never been more in love with my hair before. She really brought it back to life. Definitely the best hairstylist i have ever been too. She was so sweet and made sure that i knew everything she was going to do. I will be coming back.

They should have better products. Paid over 500 for keratin and cut. After a month my hair is a disaster. They tangle like crazy. Never had that before getting their treatment.

Arman was great, I asked for a late appointment because I had work earlier and he was very accommodating. Wanted a brown balayage, but ended up getting a bronze, which was okay. He was super friendly and welcoming; gave hair tips as well.

1 thing I wasn't happy with was the pricing, I paid over $500 for a balayage. I understand it depends on the length and thickness, but that's a lot to charge in my opinion. I have had 2 balayages before (this was my first time getting my hair done in a salon) and they charged around $300/$400. I still went ahead though because it was my birthday gift and I didn't have another available time to get my hair done. I still tipped Arman well because regardless of pricing, he did a great job and was nice!

Prior to going to Tonyc I had an unfortunate experience at the different salon and hairstylist just ruined my hair and gave me horrible highlights…. I panicked and called Tonyc, they said Arman could fix it and i will be in good hands. I came to my appointment and Arman took me in right away. He consulted with me first and gave me a breakdown of what I should be expecting next. He was so professional and I felt like he definitely knew what he was doing. Arman fixed my hair, gave me a beautiful balayage and color that I exactly wanted. He is truly TALENTED! Safe to say I found my hairstylist that I can definitely trust?

My hairstylist is wonderful, very professional, open to suggestions and gets my colour right every time. She has worn a mask throughout the pandemic which makes me very comfortable as I have immunosuppressive issues. The young men and male owner/manager who work there have no respect for the airborne nature of Covid and have never worn their masks or wear them improperly. Best to book your appointment early to protect yourself.

Very bad hair cut from a senior hairdresser (Fariba). Price is not moderate, is high. I tried many hairdressers in that location-none have the skill to make a good hair cut. It's terrible. Will never try that location again.

I just had the worst experience of life with TONYC fairview.

Here is a back story: I got my hair done last week.i also bought two products from them. The Kerastase shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately the product didn't react well with my hair and gave me an allergic reaction. Before buying the product I made sure to clarify with the receptionist what the return policy is, she said I have 7 days to return. Only to call TODAY to get my refund, and to be told they do not accept refunds. I explained to them the situation and they told me they would contact their manager but no one got back to me. I had to call them myself to get information only to receive so much disgusting attitude from the receptionist. I asked to speak to the manager regarding the situation, so i proceeded to call the OWNER of the salon and explained the situation to him, he proceeded to tell me i'm mad because "i didn't get my way" After, i had already explained to him that i don't even care about the return.at this point it's about the horrible customer service i received after coming to your salon for many years along with my family. He also proceeded to say that i'm lying and he has "trained his staff to know the return policy and to tell customers that there is no 7 day return policy" ONE thing about me is, I always clarify the return policy before purchasing any hair products as i have a really sensitive scalp and have dealt with hair loss and dandruff.

I just wanted to let you know the disappointing service i received from the receptionist and the owner of the salon.i've worked in customer service for many years and that is no how you handle a customer complaint. It's so disappointing and i will never be doing my hair there again. I also want to mention that they have a opener trump supporter and he pushes his views on other people.

Just got a bob haircut with Rami. Oh boy he is amazing! I was really nervous about the haircut in the beginning because it was my first time going super short. The haircut came out great! I’m so so happy! Thanks a million Rami:) you the best

I heard about Rami from my friends, I used to go to some one who missed up with my hair, he did correct my colours and he gave me the best cut ever, since I have been his client and I would not trust any one but RAMI.ask to see Rami highly recommend

I went to Tonyc on Friday, February 21st to get a root touch up, it was last minute because the place i usually go to was booked for the whole month. So after the hairstylist sat me down he then asked me if i would like water or anything and i asked if he had coffee and he said yes and asked what i take in it and then i told him. I was there for maybe about two hours and he never even brought up the coffee but i didn't make a big deal about that. Anyways so he did my roots and it looked fine at the salon but then when i got home i noticed that my roots were literally orange, i was so disappointed. My friend suggested that i call then go back in and ask him to redo it, which i did. I went back in on the Sunday and he redid my hair, when he was done it looked fine but then i went home and asked my friend to check my hair to see how it looks and she said it was sloppy, he missed spots and some parts of my hair was still brown from my natural colour. I am extremly disappointed and i really regret even tipping him. I will not recommend this place and certainly will not go back.

I went to the hairdresser Fariba about getting a pixie cut. She said "I can do it, but I don't know if you'll like it or if it will suit your face". I wasn't asking for her opinion and I had done my research on it and it was what I wanted. Then she said "just so you know, it's a lot of maintenance". Again, I got this vibe from her that she was judging and giving unsolicited opinion which I didn't appreciate. I didn't feel comfortable and I definitely won't be getting a haircut at Tonyc

I've been going to tonyc for year now for my waxes. The service is always great, I'm never kept waiting too long and they are usually available for last min bookings. No complaints here!

I went to tonyc a year ago as a walk in. I was so lucky to have been given Arman to do my hair. Ever since, I only trust him with my hair. He always takes his time, never rushes, and does a beautiful job. He has so much talent and I highly recommend him. Not only that but he is so poilite and professional, always makes me feel welcome. Definitely ask for him, he will never disappoint!

A big disappointment in the cut and professionalism. First off all I was a walk-in and no one else was in the salon, so you'd think customer service would be good. It wasn't. It was a last minute decision to get my hair cut so I had just washed it, so the stylist just needed to wet my hair. My stylist talked on the phone for half the time and kept saying excuse me and running out to the front to talk to someone else. The cut is pretty amateur looks like something from 1999, despite me being quite particular about what I wanted. The stylist took less than 40 minutes and I was charged $75, which for a simple cut suggests they are master stylist? I'm pretty sure I need to go get it done again so I don't look like my 67 year old mom with an unflattering bob from the millennium. I would never recommend this place.

One of the staff called Samira, at the front desk is rude and does not respect clients. In addition, she directed me before to one of the stylists although I asked for another one!
Low rating, make sure when you book that you are not tricked.

I had my baliage done by Arman, the result came out so beautiful, he is so knowledgeable and very professional.he is very friendly, polite and accommodating! I highly recommend him and will be back again for sure!

No appointment needed, was debating between two salons and this one made better accommodations for me. Rami was amazing. Did exactly what I wanted and will be going back!

My friend needed a haircut and we stepped into Tonic and asked for Armaan who is a stylist at Tonic based on the reviews. He was extremely patient and he went out of his way to give her an extremely good hair cut. He is excellent at his work and a thorough professional. And very warm and friendly. Recommend him strongly! Armaan is the name you need to ask for when at Tonic at Fairview mall!

Walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me right away which was a pleasant surprise. My stylist was Mila. She was very pleasant and did a great job cutting my hair. As a guy I often feel like my haircut gets rushed. It was a nice change to have an attentive stylist who pays attention to detail. Will go back for sure.

I wouldn't reccomend this place and if there was a zero stat button they would get it. Went here for a root touch up last minute while I was at the mall. The lady at the front said she had openings and was able to take me right away (not surprising now that I know what the stylists are like.) I had someone who was on the phone through his headset the entire time and was really sloppy with the colour application. I had left over colour all over my head and they didn't do a good job of trying to get rid of it. Would not go back.

Love coming here. I bring my entire family. Rob is the best with amazing customer service. We won't let anyone else help us.

Felt very disappointed. My appointment was scheduled at 5: 45pm for wash and blow dry. I notice right away upon arrival that the stylist I was booked with was attending to someone who recently washed there hair, then the girl from receptionist tells me if I can wait for 15-20min, I’m sorry but when a person books an appointment it should be expected to be attended, max 5-10min wait, 15-20min is unacceptable for a person that booked an appointment in advance. Left very upset from this place without getting my hair done, it’s unfortunate how the organization in there scheduling has declined drastically.

My wife visits this place for haircuts and waxing everytime she needs to. Professional staff that assist you.

Raha is absolutely amazing. I came in to do a color correction after another salon completely messed up my hair. She was so patient and knew exactly what to do. I got full head of low lights, treatment and a beautiful cut and style. I am extremely happy and definitely will be coming back for touch ups going foreword.

I got my helix pierced here, but it was $40 to get one ear done. The lady did it way too low and pierced it diagonally. Never getting my ears pierced here ever again.

Horrible service! I went for highlighting, they overcharged me for very poor job they did on my hair. I asked for blond highlight but my highlight turned to green and blue instead of blond. I spoked with manager.he told me that they overcharged me and they will give some money back to me however when I went back for correction he didn’t even show up and they didn’t give any money back and for correction again instead of blond highlight they coloured my hair to bright orange! When I saw my self I start crying and left the salon! Terrible

She just started curling it and never put any styling cream or heat protector
I had to wait 3 months for my hair to grow back

My review is turned about this place. I'd give it 0 for the hairstylists and about 4 for the spa. Thus, the medium 2.
I had the worst possible experience at the hair salon on my wedding day. I had an appointment, obviously. And after my cosmetic treatment, mani, pedi - that went great, the hair stylist that I had an appointment with - took someone else that he knew, instead of me. I waited 2 more hours (after talking with the receptionist about this situation and almost crying) and then the lady that handled me in the spa was shocked to still see me there, and talked with them and someone decided to finally serve me. I was so late for my reception and everyone was calling me that there was no more time to do anything to my hair. Luckily, it was already trimmed and dyed a day before (simple black) also I had asked for some shades that never happened. The stylist just washed my hair and curled it and that's it, all the while just talking with me and asking me questions about my upcoming wedding. No nothing else - no coiffure - I looked like a rained sheep. I was in tears and tried not to cry so I wouldn't ruin my make-up. When I got to the place for ceremony, one of the bridesmaids helped me put the wedding flower and did a little twist in my hair, so it looked like I had something and not just curly hair. I should have gone with the bridesmaids to the stylist they went to, but this was the closest place to my house and I trusted them because I had a good experience at the spa.

I still go there for the spa - and I usually have a nice experience. I went with different people - I like these best - Mina, Pari, Frankie. They don't do gel for nails and pedi sometimes is uncomfortable (they don't have the proper chairs), but they are nice and in general they treat you well. Did also other cosmetic services there and they are ok.

Going back for spa, but never for salon. Plus they are quite expensive - so, up to you what you want.

Awesome customer service. Just make sure book an appointment before going. Mir is one of the best barber they got.

Horrible experience the reception or whoever she is Allana is horrible rude person there. I had a hair cut at this location and the guy who helped me was really nice but apparently she was really rude I just asked for directions and she kept being rude to me and as soon as I walked away she started someone I was giving her attitude. I never gave her attitude I was just asking for help and a nice ady who works there help me by giving me direction. Allana should be given some customer service training because of her attitude.my thoughts Not ever coming back to this location.

Worst experiance ever. For facial Meena just ripped me off. She never did anything near to a facial or massage wat was required. Will never recommend.

Do not call to book an appointment in the morning or afternoon, the lady who picks up the phone, I believe she is a manager there has no manners what so ever, she is rude beyond anything I have ever experienced. I believe there is only one barber there (Mr. Mir) who is amazing beyond compare the rest are trash
