Went in for a haircut today and was extremely pleased with Doghden's service. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work and it shows. My last barber retired at the onset of Covid 19 as he was 82 years of age. Had two disappointing experiences with other places in the past 18 months - mainly because they only use clippers for the hair cut. Very happy that my search for a new barber is over. Clean shop - I was impressed that the staff person was sweeping up the hair on the floor after each appointment. No concerns about Covid as all staff had masks on. Great location on Mt. Pleasant as did some shopping and grabbed a coffee on my walk down the street.

After a very long time I found a professional, polite and clean barber shop. Doghden was competent and very skilful and took pride in his work. This is going to be my barber shop from now on and will highly recommend it.

Had my first haircut today at Tony's Barber Shop and it was an excellent experience. I had been looking for a barber shop that adhered to safe protocols under Covid-19, and Amri, the barber who cut my hair, went out of his way to make sure my experience was safe. He even kept the front door open for me so that there could be fresh air from outdoors circulating into the barber shop.
Beyond making me feel safe and comfortable Amri gave me a great cut at a very affordable price More over, Amri is very friendly, very personable and very professional in every way. I was very satisfied. I highly recommend Tony's Barber shop, especially if you are concerned about getting a haircut done safely and professionally.

Recently moved this area and I just found this place after trying few other places nearby. The best haircut I had in a long time. Mohammad was extremely talented to tame my frizzy hair. I hope this place opens soon after the lockdown restrictions are relaxed.

I recently went with my friends for them to get a trim and Tony did a poor job on lining his hair properly. The barber shop was extremely messy and non friendly. They charged us a unreasonable price. We don’t recommend this barber ship to anyone

How can you not give them a 5 star rating. Nice, professional, good price, Sunday, kids, etc. Mohammad did an amazing job with my 3 year old and me today. And everyone was very accommodating to the fact I had a 3 year old with me. So when he had to pee in the middle of my haircut they totally understood. Great spot and will be back next month. Thanks.

My husband had hair cut at this shop. Really poor job. Extremly unprofessional. They charge very high price 25$ plus. Hair cut looked horrible we had to go to another place to fix it. End up paying double. Will never come back and don’t recommend to anybody.

If you are new to the area and need a decent haircut this is the place to go. You get exactly what you tell your stylist.

This place is awesome. Found this place when I was living in Toronto; I now live in Burlington and still make the commute just to get my fade done here. Have gotten cuts from all the barbers that work here and all of them do a fantastic job. If you are getting a fade, ask for Mohammed.the guy’s got some serious skill and a great eye for detail.

Best barbershop in Toronto! I drive all the way from Richmond Hill just to go to this barbershop. Amri and his team do a spectacular job of listening to what you want done with your cut and they treat every customer as if they have been a loyal customer for 30+ years! Would definitely recommend this barbershop to everyone!

Moved to Toronto in 2012 - took me 5+ years to find the right barber shop as no place was up to par with requirements. Went to Tony's Barber Shop and had an excellent experience, great haircut, great price. Gotten a cut from several different barbers and no complains from any one of them. Would highly recommend!

I will never come to this place again. The barber weaved my hair like a sheep’s wool, hitting my head with the electric razor and shaved my neck like someone cutting a piece of flesh for barbecue. 44 years old and i’ve never seen such a barbarian. He didn’t even apologize.

The best barber shop in Toronto, hands down. The entire staff take pride in their work. Whether you need a haircut, a trim, or a beard shave, the quality and value cannot be beat.

6/10 cut. Went there few times. Price is best thing around 25 plus tax and tips. Not very welcoming. No one says hello. No eye contact. Most of time workers speak in Arabic. When they do speak to you it seems like there is some attitude. Im surprised to see the reviews on here w 5 stars. Did find out recently this place gives incentives to change bad reviews

First of all Tony is a star, the man has Barber skills in his blood you can tell by the way he carries himself with the scissors in his hands. You sit in Tony's chair it's a perfect haircut every time. I was there last week there was a new guy his name is Leo, he was lacking in confidence from the start, then got a little frustrated when I ask them to do a high fade, and he wasn't too sure about the overall work, but guess what I'm getting compliments left and right, thanks Leo.

Amri and his staff are wonderful. Service with a smile and great discussions. Fantastic haircuts and just a pleasure to be around. Highly recommended.
