This is the best No Frills in Hamilton,
Take it from me I have been living in this city for year's and I know what I'm talking about, customers services to high levels of respect for any gender identity from the worker. Just so you know, I live few blocks away from No Frills but I do prefer to drive 3 2km from home just to be respected why I spend my cash. CCP We inside

Always fresh things except for very few rare timings, when it's too busy. We usually go there after 8 pm and find everything very easily. THANK YOU for your services.

Very slow service. The check out line was worse then the first wave. I come here all the time however, it was never this bad.

Not really the best selection and sometimes the food looks like it's going to go bad the day of. Great prices though especially during a pandemic.

It's hard to find fresh stuff sometimes. And I hate the way the registers are set up. Long line up even if you have 1 product. And God forbid any human let you in!

Low stock, low quality - difficult / long lines to navigate - possibly ok deals if you had a larger grocery list. But not worth a short grocery shop!

Fast service. Student cashiers are lovely young women.and Francesca at the front of the store greeting customers goes above and beyond.

Í dropped one of the boxes from my hand as I was leaving the store and guess who picked it up for me? Tony himself, complete with a one-liner joke about the incident!

I don't like this no frills, it always feels crowded and the parking lot is confusing. There were no bananas today.

Rotten produce always flys every where I feel sorry for the customers who do not drive and use this store only because of transit I suggest go across the street to food basics clean store good fruit and vegetables

I always stop in here for a quick grocery pickup. Rarely busy and very easy to navigate! Great deals also, I always find some awesome prices for produce!

Clean, small selections of lots of items.long line to back of store to checkout as there is only 5 cashiers.i did not see any self checkouts.

Clean, organized and always fully stocked store with super sweet and helpful employees. My PC Express order was carefully selected, bagged and brought out to me car with a smile. Absolutely love their service.

Used PC Express for my groceries. Great selection of produce! Also, purchased some ice cream treats! Great service. Great place to shop.

Good place to shop, clean well stocked and fresh to choose from. Excellent customer service also, usually 3-5 shelf stockers always around to help. No frills says it in the name.

The price of real good to stores are clean the people are friendly and the anything with the price they're really good in Canada is something because usually the price is really stink no matter where you go anyway I hope this helps go you'll love it

Sometimes runs out of specials and I will stop at No Frills on Upper James
only if I have an appointment in Hamilton

-Update Tuesday October 29th, 2019. I have since had several instances where I had Frills AND Grills.plus the store is incredibly overclassed by Food Basics which opened across the Street.

I've had really bad experiences with this place and only use them if I'm desperate and in a pinch. The female manager hopefully is gone, she's rude and doesn't know the law. If you place the wrong items in a bunker and it's under$10 I believe you have to give it to the customer at the price you have posted. Produce isn't as fresh af other locations, I've bought berries that look ok and the next day you go to wash then and they're stuck together with mold. It is getting cleaner though so that's a plus. I'm sure food basics across the street will give you a run for your money, they may not price match across the street but they usually have a better flyer anyways

I personally think that this is one of the worst "No Frills" grocery stores in the city of Hamilton. It would only take you one or two trips to figure out exactly why I feel this way about this location. Thank goodness that is there not only a Walmart a few blocks away but there is a newly opened and renovated Food Basics across the street which was previously a Metro grocery store. As I don't drive anymore I'm very glad that this store is not my only option for groceries in my area.

This store is always clean and fairly well stocked. Its your fairly typical grocery store. Easy to access. No trouble finding parking. Just usually trouble getting a hand basket.

Busy and less selection than at other locations but it suits my needs and is convenient. Produce is always pretty good and they have some great sales.

Umm first of all. Lets talk about the entrance and exit. If you dont find that that you wanna buy and if you want to leave forget it. Coz you have pass from the cashier line which sometimes is too big. And m not complaining or saying its bad but you guys should accept credit cards too. And last week it came to buy some tomatoes but there were flies all over the tomatoes. Man take care of the hygiene and freshness.

They take a great deal of pride in their store and their products. Everything is easy to find the staff are overly helpful and will go out of their way to help you find what you were looking for. If it is not an item they keep regularly in the store you can ask and they will start bringing in that item they try very hard to accommodate their customers. I have shopped at many no-frills in Hamilton and this is by far the best one

Had a hard time with the carts, they dont work! I seen staff try to fix them before, but they just dont work! With a store like this im pretty sure the owner could afford new ones.nice store too, shame.

Really cheap prices but the only complaint I have is employees stocking the shelfs get in the way far to much they take up the whole lane and it seem they always wait till store is packed other then that it's a great place to get groceries

This arrow is very expensive except for the sales in the flyer each week. I live in a tiny north western townin northern ontario and our prices that are out. Ratio is ate still better than this stripe

Not much spaced. Badly organized and also it's very very cramped like most if their stores. Not Worth going.

This is the new store on Rymal. Like that's is fresh and clean and aisles aren't crammed. Easy to get around.

Haha! My go to store for lactose free yogurt.seems its the only store that sells at such a low price

Produce is consistently empty and I wouldn't be so focused on the lack of "clean" feeling if the prices were better. I don't remember the last time I could do a full grocery shop here.

Love this nofrills, Just extremely busy on weekends so try doing shopping week day evenings not as busy.

Just ri8 now had very very vwry bad experiance. Like i went to buy 1 specific thing for grocery and i was at the entrance at 9: 25pm and i saw one paper written on the gate that "wet floor" and i asked to open the door they said it is closed.
As it supposed to open till 10 pm but due to poor service of the employer like they dont want to work.
Not good experiance. They should allow customers till closing time like everyone do.

This is my go to No Frills. It's clean and not as claustrophobic as the Upper Sherman store. It's usually pretty well stocked with decent produce as well.

I enjoyed my shopping experience and also was able to price match and also able to collect #pcoptimuim points also. The store had clear isle' s and a few are a bit narrow. Sale items are displayed in convenient area's for customer's.

This place is like a maze. Staff have no idea where anything is, no wonder the customers cannot find it. Produce is ok, but turns quickly. Dairy is great.
Please train your staff better. This is not an easy in & out store to just get 1 thing. Plan on being there at least 20mins.

Has what we need and for that we are grateful. But it's less tidy and less organized than expected. But that doesn't keep us away. It's conveniently located.
