Hello I just visited your Woodbridge location and I would really like to reach out to tell you how much I enjoyed my experience today. As someone who’s been having a few rough days personally. It was so nice to receive help without even having a booked appointment, everyone was so friendly the lady at reception sorry I didn’t get your name my hygienist and Dr. Rachel all super friendly and down to earth. I work in customer service and you ladies honestly deserve to be recognized. I hope this message makes it to your team as first impressions do mean a lot.

Since day one, Dr. Rachel and staff have been an excellent and amazing team. They are so friendly and are so good at their jobs. They make you feel welcomed

I took my 1.5 and 3.5 year old for the first time to Dr. Rachael K.
My younger son had early stage cavities on his two front teeth that I was concerned about. The dentist checked his teeth really quickly and said he’s too young to do anything and come back in 6 months! I wish I had gotten a second opinion asap! Because within those 6 months the cavities got alot worse even with 2x daily brushing. Went to another dentist recently who said he would need fillings now for his teeth, of which 4 are now affected. We didn’t want to put him through general anesthesia at 2 years old and have decided to apply silver nitrate at another office to arrest the cavity progression, which has totally ruined his smile as it turns the decayed parts of the teeth black.

My 3.5 year old sat through a filling, which she said she can do even though they were not able to do the X-ray for him beforehand. We ended up going to a paediatric dentist, who took X-rays and said the filling wasn’t done properly because the cavity was actually deeper.l than what was cleaned and filled. Now this tooth has to be treated again, this time with a root canal and crown.

I am very upset. Do not accept young patients if you do not give them the proper treatment!

Highly recommend Dr. Tamara! I can't say enough about this team after having a very bad dental experience in the past. The whole team at Tooth Connection Dental (Woodbridge) has been very accommodating to my family and myself. Always feel great after leaving, and they will make sure that you are happy with their service before you leave! Trustworthy, family-like environment, helpful and understanding - truly unmatched.

I went there to secure one tooth, but they want to clean my whole teeth before seeing dentist. I did. But it caused my tooth starting loosing. I called them, they said my tooth was already loosed before clean. That is not what they said before cleaning. I can use this tooth to bite apple, but after cleaning, the tooth is shaking and painful. I had to go another dental clinic, they told me this tooth now can not be saved anymore, have to pull out and implant.
This clinic really does not care about your teeth issue, only care how they can make money. Never recommend to anyone to this clinic!

There's no word to describe how friendly and professional ALL the staff are. My daughter and I have had bad experience with our previous dentist. Although we live far away but we are so happy with the service and professionalism.

Staff went out of there way to provide an amazing reminder service.

Very disappointed with the attitude and approach of the reception staff. I went to the doctor for cavity but was instead cross sold cleaning and my 2022 insurance eligibility went to waste since the staff never sent me the treatment plan which the doctor had promised and they eventually sent it to me in January of 2023 and when asked to complain to the doctor they started avoiding my calls and messages.will not go back let alone take my kids to such a clinic!

Amazing people, great with my kids and very friendly. We love going to the Tooth Connection, dr. Rachel and her associates are amazing they are polite caring people and I would definitely recommend the tooth connection dental to all my friends and family

Dr. Tamara has given be the best experience in a dental office. She is not only gentle and extremely talented with her work, but she is very caring. She checks up on her patients during procedures and moves at their pace of comfort. I have never had such a good experience at the dentist until I came here. The dental assistant Cassandra is another amazing addition to the team. She is so sweet and patient. I feel so comfortable in this office thanks to these wonderful women. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. If you have dental anxiety, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Tamara.
Monique the receptionist is also great. She stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes to explain my wisdom teeth procedure and didn’t hangup until I felt calm.
If you need wisdom teeth extraction, cavity fillings or root canals, this is your place. You will not be disappointed with the work, or the customer service.

This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I am always greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walk in through the door! The office is always super clean, very organized and beyond professional with everything they do! When it comes to the actual dental work, they always make sure to take amazing care of me and are very careful when working on my teeth! For the last six months that I have been coming here, I have never once felt any pain while having my teeth worked on! An added bonus about this dentist office is that they always ask me if I’d like to watch something on the TV while they work on my teeth! Being able to watch my favourite TV shows or movies definitely distracts me while having my teeth worked on and makes each of my visits much more pleasant! I would highly recommend anybody to start coming to this dentist!
