I used to be terrified of dentist every appointment was a nightmare until I met Dr Shima she is fantastic relaxing and I didn’t feel anything. Honest to goodness the best dentist

Susana and Winnie have done an amazing job with the administration work including booking, determining the coverage of my dental plan. Gabriel though have done a fabulous job with my tooth cleaning, he provides me with good ways of maintaining my gum and teeth healthy and he was very friendly. The doctor Shima provides me with very informative details! Great team so far! Highly recommend!

I got my Invisalign treatment done here and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! Dr. Shima is incredibly kind and knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure I achieved the smile I’ve always wanted. She answered all my questions, ensured I was comfortable at every check-in session and is also an amazing person to talk to! Thank you Dr. Shima and the rest of the staff for all your help!

I dread going to the dentist but after meeting Dr. Shima and Gabriel my anxiety is not so bad. Dr. Shima is very caring and thoughtful. She ensures you’re comfortable and informed with how your teeth are. I’ve had really bad experiences with an old clinic I was with before and being at Toothworks is so different. The staff are so nice and friendly. The old clinic I was with closed down and I my file was transferred here. In the beginning I was reluctant to come but when I saw Gabriel it made my decision to stay a lot easier! He does a great job. You’d have to see them to see what I’m talking about.

Dr. Nadeen is great. She’s very knowledgeable and highly experienced. She’s really precise when it comes to little details and professional. The staff are all amazing as well! Highly recommended!

Customer service is really bad. The staff is incompetent to process the claims through insurance. They provide you with incorrect information about insurance processing and then do it altogether in a different way. Because of their incompetence, I end up paying 600$ from my pocket for the treatment. And the worst thing is they will not admit their mistake, put it either on the customer or insurance company.

I had a very thorough and detailed check up at Toothworks. The staff is very friendly. Gabriel did a great job and the doctor was very kind!

So the dentist wasn't in for my cleaning on the day I made an appointment, so they had another woman, I'm assuming a dental assistant clean my teeth instead. It was unprofessional, she spoke to me in urdu most of the time assuming I'd understand when i don't understand that well, I wish she could have thoroughly explained what I needed in english and gave me a proper evaluation. She just aggressively scratched my teeth and there was no difference after, and I still had to pay. Not what I expected as I had better experience at this clinic before but it was with the actual dentist, not an assistant.

I have a good experience here at this Dental Clinic with the Hygienist Shripal. He’s very well experience on his field. He educate me before clearing & working on my teeth. Well Recommended.

Ive been to the clinic many times in the past 3 years and its always a great experience! Today i had a cleaning with Dr Shripal Shah and it was very seamless and effective! Theres was no pain and he also gave me some realistic and doable hygiene tips for better dental health! Looking forward to coming back!:)

Shripal (hygienist) was absolutely amazing. Super gentle, patient and knowledgeable. Had an amazing cleaning appointment and would highly recommend getting him as your hygienist. Also Toothworks is an amazing dental practice they are professional, on-time and geared to great client service!

Toothworks has been my go to dentist office for about 8 years and I always get the best services and treatment there. I get reminders for upcoming appointments and follow up calls after procedures to make sure i'm doing well. Recently I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ali and he and his team made sure to explain the process and make me comfortable and ready for the surgery. During the procedure they were very kind and tried to be as gentle as possible so that I felt minimum pain. They're available for any questions or help i needed before and after the visit and I'm completely satisfied with the service.

I was seen by Mansi Shukla recently and was exceptionally pleased with the service she provided! I am a bit nervous when getting my teeth cleaned but she was a calming presence. She explained a few tips she had for me and was incredibly knowledgeable! I will be revisiting her at this clinic the next time I need my teeth cleaned as my teeth feel and look great after the cleaning! The toothworks team overall was great as well.

SCAM- this is one of the worst dental place you can go to. First time I went there a few years ago, the girl doing my cleaning was working on another patient. I had return cause they bought out the dental office I go to and didn’t realize that I came back to this place. They are dishonest, charged me 4 units of cleaning for about 20 mins of actual cleaning. Lady kept pushing me to get X-rays done when I didn’t want to and ended basically spending 70% of my amount for the year in January. Don’t take my word for it but I suggest if you decide to go here time you’re visit. Realistically 1 unit if cleaning is supposed to be 15 mins. I don’t recommend this place at all!

Toothworks Square One offers very friendly services. I have been going to them for 2 yrs with my pre-teen daughter and they never disappoint.

I’ve been coming to toothworks for a few years now and have had such a great experience! Dr. Shima is such a great dentist, her skill set is beyond incredible. All dental work is done flawlessly without any pain, she ensures her patients are comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She is also such a genuine and kind person as well! Would highly recommend this office!

I had an amazing experience at this location with Dr. Nadin and Ola. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I am very glad to have switched over to this location for all my dental needs. Dr. Nadin was very attentive and caring, she assured me and kept me informed about everything that she was going to be doing during my treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had my appointment the other day with Dr Shima and her assistant Hawraa for some cavities. If you have dental anxiety, I urge you to see Dr Shima. Not only did she keep me calm and explain everything to me in a way that wasn’t scary for me, she was gentle and caring. Hawraa is such a talented and smart assistant. Amazing experience.

The visit was good. The hygienist was professional and the whole process was only an hour. I would recommend toothworks.

I just started my Dental Treatment with Toothworks at Sq 1 and all I can say as a first timer the establishment is very clean the staff are professional and welcoming from the receptionist all the way to the dentist's. I will definitely continue to be back and make this my long term place for all my dental and oral needs! See you guys soon again!:)

I came in for my first appointment with Dr. Shima yesterday. I was super impressed. Not only is she very kind and easy to talk to, she took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. An awesome experience!

The staff at Toothworks Square One truly were an incredible group. The process of becoming a new patient was super easy, the hygienist did an excellent job not only with my exam and cleaning, but she did a great job explaining to me what she was doing as she was going along. Ive had a huge fear and a bad case of anxiety from dentists my whole life. I can't explain how bad my anxiety is. This dental clinic has been THE best dental clinic ive been to my ENTIRE life! From day one, the consultation has been extremely friendly, comforting and informative. From the reception, to the dental technicians, assistants and dentist (Dr. Shima Parhizgar), the whole process has been the most relaxing experience ive had.ever.period. They have been very patient with me and my severe anxiety, and walked me through the whole dental plan.the actual work has been literally pain free, at in complete honesty, with almost zero anxiety!

I HIGHLY recommend this clinic! I have finally found the clinic I intend on going to for a very long time!

First dental appointment for my 3.5 year old daughter. It made me wish I was that age again, they treated her like royalty and were so patient and kind. She has been a little bit apprehensive with doctors due to all the PCR tests, but they took her through everything and pinkie promised there would be no bad surprises, which she LOVED! You've been taking an L in life if you aren't going here for your dental care; let me tell you why.
As soon as you walk in through the door you are greeted warmly by reception, its hard to tell with a mask on but you know there is a smile there.
I've gotten a few of my teeth filled here and I just most recently got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I have say I was pretty nervous about it but I was made to feel comfortable because the manner at which the procedure was going to be carried out was explained to me in full detail along with the challenges that might occur during the procedure which I appreciated. This is to say that the team will go above and beyond to make you as comfortable and informed as possible.
You'll also receive timely reminders when you have an appointment coming up.

All this to say, you stand to benefit fully if you pay these guys a visit.

My visit today was amazing, I had cleaning and exam done. They feel amazing now and it was very comfortable. Everyone was nice and everything was clean. I learned a lot about my teeth and made future appointments.

Dr. Ali Tehrani did an amazing job at extracting my wisdom teeth. I was clearly told what to expect during and after the extraction and had all my questions addressed in a professional manner. I thank him and his team!

In addition, I recently had another wonderful appointment with Dr. Shima Parhizgar, who always ensures that I’m having a fun and a positive experience. I appreciate the fact that I am thoroughly explained what procedures are being done and the recommendations provided do look out for your best interest and never feel forced. Whatever my dental needs may be, I am confident and have trust that people at Toothworks can provide the most optimal solution.

A few years ago our family transitioned over to Toorhworks for our dental care. At that time they had just opened their doors in Square One and the service was the excellent.
It's been my experience that after a few years service providers get complacent and service begins to lack.
But I am pleasantly surprised at how consistent they have remained in delivering friendly caring dental service. And this consistency carrys from one Hiegenist to another. They take the time to explain what is happening during the appointment and tell me how I can maintain good oral health.
The receptionist are friendly and greet you with a smile and explain billing easily.
The Dentist does a thorough job examining and advising. Luckily no cavities!

Dr. Nadine and her staff are the best I have ever seen in Canada they are great awesome and they really helped me when I needed help the most thank you Dr. Nadine and thank you Kinda.

If you're nervous about going to the dentist or a dental hygienist, you absolutely need not look any further. You have to come here and ask for Washma.

Washma made the experience really fun and enjoyable. She is an expert and a professional. The entire appointment was almost therapeutic and you get to learn a lot with her. She was able to seamlessly juggle multiple patients.

She will teach you all the things you should or shouldn't do. They'll handle your insurance and give a nice goody bag for dental care products.

Staff and dental hygienist are very friendly. The dental office itself is always clean and they've always been on time with my apt. However the reason why I give them three stars is because the dentist himself is extremely pushy to the point were I felt uncomfortable. Every time the dentist would see me he would push for me to get my wisdom teeth removed. A procedure I don't want done, as I have already consulted other dentists on the matter and they advised me that i didn't need it removed. When I explained this to this dentist at this dental office he laughed at my face and continued to push me to do the procedure anyway. I felt very uncomfortable with how he spoke to me almost in a demeaning way and always aggressively pushing me to do it. I did not get the procedure done and left this dental office. As no one should be laughed at and be made feeling uncomfortable.

I went for emergency wisdom tooth extraction yesterday Toothworks was the only place around me that was open on Sunday. I’m most nervous visiting a dentist but I must say my experience was excellent. The staff were polite and friendly and Dentist Dr Sabah was exceptional! She was extremely patient talked me through the whole process and was so gentle. I’m now going to change my original dentist and continue all my dental work with Toothworks! Thank you Dr Sabha

If you’re looking for a dentist, book with Dr. Shima. She really is a master of her craft. She listens to her patients, works with gentle precision to ensure you don’t feel any pain, AND she is kind; a rare find in healthcare these days. I trust her with my oral health, and highly recommend her for dental care.

Today I had a tooth filled. I am the biggest chickenwhen it comes to the dentist, I admit to not getting much sleep last night? Toothworks, Dr. Nadin was so gentle, patient with me and caring. Thanks also to her hygienist, both talked to me throughout the procedure which was painless. Thank you Toothworks?

Dr. Sabaa was kind and very thorough. She explained every step she was doing in a calm, soothing voice. Can't say that I like going to see the dentist. But if it has to be done, I hope it's Dr. Sabaa every time.

Dr Shima is very professional, and cares alot about her patients. I moved my whole family to be under her patient list! She always thinks of alternatives and is very considerate towards costs. Sally is a wonderful assistant who makes sure all her work comes out excellent! She is always on time, and because I have an auto-immune disease, both always makes sure to take extra care of the hygeine aspect of my visit. Definitely a wonderful staff in my opinion!

I am so lucky that I went to Toothworks clinic! They are so organized and they know exactly what and how to run this business, plus the front desk ZEE I call her "SUPER ZEE" she knows her job blindly and very helpful, and excellent costumer service and very friendly, on top of that Dr. SHIYMA who is so skilled and professional, SUPER KIND AND GENTAL!
