Always a pleasant experience. The dentists and hygienists explain procedures and create plans to improve/maintain mouth health.

This was my 3rd visit at Toothworks, and each time I have been impressed. Everyone is professional, courteous and extremely well run. All the staff are pleasant and welcoming.

I especially want to comment on Dr. Singh, she was amazing! From the moment I met her she was friendly, warm, listened to my concerns, addressed them and came up with a workable plan for us both.

I highly recommend!

I took my daughter here for her first ortho appointment. She had a great visit. The orthodontist was really nice and very gentle with her. She was not scared at all. The staff are really friendly too. Happy we made the choice of going with Toothworks

Dr. Singh and this practice is amazing! My first visit back since pre-COVID, the staff were incredibly well organized, no issues getting or rescheduling appointments, no wait times, and the office was incredibly clean and safe. I felt very comfortable with their safety precautions. Dr. Singh has always been incredibly thorough, gentle, and takes time to explain what she is doing and what she is seeing during the examination. She talked me through what is needed to get done, doesn’t push for more than necessary, and walked me through all my options and follow up steps. Highly recommend this practice.

This clinic is wonderful. It is clean, organized and efficient. Dr. Singh is my dentist and she’s wonderful. It’s easy to book an appointment. No complaints.

I recently moved to Toronto and had asked my previous dentist for a recommendation, she told me to visit Toothworks Bay Adelaide. I had a great experience during my first visit. The dental hygienist, Kat, made me feel comfortable and talked everything through with me. Dr. Singh was also very welcoming.

Love this place - excellent front desk staff, very friendly, top notch covid safety procedures (never felt unsafe going during the pandemic). Took my son in for his first dental appointment and Dr Natasha Singh and her team were amazing and warm. My son had the best experience. Amazing staff! My dentist, Dr Singh, is very proffesional and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares for her patients well being by how she takes the time to answer all of your questions while making you feel comfortable.
My dental hygienist, Anna, is very pleasant and does great thorough work. The office abides by Covid protocols with proper PPE, cleaning and a Hepa filtration unit located in my examination room. I felt very safe.
I highly recommend this professional and amazing dental office.

Staff are amazing, facility is great, dentists and hygienists are the best. Everything happens on time, everyone is extremely nice, and caring and the quality of care is great. I am now based in Vaughan but still commute to downtown to go to this place.

This is a great place for me. You get the feeling that they take care for you from first step you enter their office to last step before you exit. The receptionist, Helen, is super nice, professional and helpful. Dr. Levine has done a fantastic job, and I would recommend her to anyone. The nurse, a lady from Peru, was re-assuring and also very professional. All staff, including the dentists (Dr. Balaram, Dr. Lackpour) took an extra step to re-assure me and their dental work so far is great! More importantly, I did not get COVID there, so that should tell a story about high levels of hygiene.

I like the place. Doctors, hygienist and stuff are good. Only thing I was not happy is that if you are early you have to wait standing outside. I know its because of the new normal but it will be good if there is some sitting arrangement.

My teeth felt clean. Nothing unusual or unfamiliar. I can only assume, clinically, they met their duty of patient care. I felt like the hygienist gets paid by the number of patients through the chair. Kind of like the Jiffy Lube of dentistry. No feedback moments or questions about my comfort. Also, It's off-putting when the only question asked of me was "have you considered invisalign? " I understand the up-sell methodology of clinics like this. If you don't mind the cool feel this style of clinic and being inundated with requests to leave a review, then the location is great.

I've been coming to Toothworks for over a decade. I would not go anywhere else for my dental needs. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Dr. Natasha Singh is great. She goes above and beyond to make sure you receive excellent service. You can tell she really cares about her patients.

I originally went to Toothworks approximately 2 years ago where I unknowingly had 10 cavities. Dr. Lackpour and staff were unbelievably amazing and changed my life and my perspective about dental health.

Dr. Lackpour is the BEST dentist. If you are having issues with your teeth or just want a second opinion this is definitely who you want to see. He made a plan on how he was going to fix all 10 teeth, took pictures before and after, rebuilt and fixed my teeth and when I go for checkups he checks in on my progress. He is super knowledgeable, passionate about producing the best results for you and posses great communication, professionalism and business acumen. I owe my smile to him as he honestly changed my life. Oh and by the way.since seeing him I have been cavity free!

The hygienists - Every time I go in for a cleaning I learn something new. They all stay up to date on new processes and trends and are always willing to show me new flossing, brushing etc techniques. They are very supportive.knowledgeable and have your best interest at heart. Example, I told Dee that I wanted to get my teeth whitened however, she explained due to my gum recession this would be very painful for me. Instead she advised a home remedy vs.just taking my money and putting me through a bad experience.

Front line - Nahn is a super star! The service, his willingness to help me figure out my benefits and friendliness I receive (and consistently receive) is outstanding. They make it a pleasure to come to the dentist!

You need to go to Toothworks. They are the absolute best and I am so thankful for everything they have done for me.
