Toothworks King York Dental

I got my fillings done from Dr. Shima, Sabrina being her assistant. They both are so far the best team that I have witnessed who delivers excellent patient care. I had severe sensitivity with my old filling and after replacement, am eating choclates, having cold water without any complaints. Dr. Shima I didn't feel a thing when you anasthetized me. Also, got my cleaning done from Jackie and she did some real magic there. My teeth felt pampered and got all the necessary attention. Jackie you are absolutely amazing.
P.s I work as an admin for this office, I see crowns, full mouth rehabs, veneers, whitening, denture cases and I take huge pride in the work that the team delivers.

This is a great dental clinic. Dr. Piplani and hygienist Jackie are outstanding in their service and kindness! Highly recommend it.

This place just try to pull money from insurance company, i went there to fix problem but they created worse, end up going to other dentist, no patient care at all, very bad experience never ever go again nor recommend for others: (

Great dental office! The staff are just such a ray of sunshine. They are so thorough and explain everything to me using pictures and xrays taken from my teeth so I can see what is going on inside my mouth. Jackie the hygienist is just so lovely. I highly recommend.

Your dental care is in good hands with Doctor Shima and Jackie. They are thorough, professional, transparent about recommended treatment, great at answering questions and very attentive. When Dr Shima injects freezing I don't feel a thing. They take the worry out of a
visit to the dentist.   Toothworks at 121 King West hires lovely people.

Dr. Shima Parhizgar and her team are friendly and caring. Dr. Shima's knowledge in the latest technologies gave me the confidence to go ahead with a particular procedure. She is very attentive to details and professional. I highly recommend her dental cares.

Amazing is all I can say! Jennifer from front desk was incredibly helpful in making sure I was attended to for an emergency check and got me a ondodontic specialist the very next morning to perform a root canal since I was in excruciating pain. Everyone were very helpful and made me feel at ease even tho a dentist office is the last place I want to be at. Highly recommended!

They are amazing. Receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant and dentist Dr. Sheema are amazing! Very friendly and they all care and do a great job. I’ve been to many different dentists as I have major teeth issues and I will be staying here.

Toothworks King-York Dental has great customer service. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent dentistry. I would recommend Toothworks to all my friends.

He makes me feel completely comfortable which is the total opposite of my last dentist. He gives me options and cares about my concerns and is a realist but also a positive person! He even was super understanding when I was stuck bringing my 4 month old in during a cavity fill and made him laugh while he was getting fussy. The new location at brooks field is farther for me, but worth the trip. All the rest of the staff are super nice and helpful as well!

This team is the absolute best at what they do. Very professional, great time management, I’ve never had to wait when I get there. They are always on time and ready to go. The office is so clean and nice. The workers are very polite and friendly. I would recommend toothworks to any and everybody. You won’t be disappointed. They make their work space so welcoming and comfortable.

P. S.not to mention the many mutual TV show catch up I’ve had with Dr. Nadia. I love sitting in her chair:)

I went to Toothworks on the advice of my wife who saw me having repeated trouble with my previous dentist. They are extremely welcoming and professional. Offer clear options and explain what they will do. Highly recommended.

Nice people (from receptionnist to dentist) but I wont recommend it at all.as they are more sale/revenue oriented. Not client care.
- Went there 2 years ago for a clean up: was not happy with the level of service, so I cancelled all following appointments.
- This year, for some reason, I decided to give a try again: After 5 consecutive appointments (in two weeks time period) they were not able to fix my problem; still feeling same pain. Each visit cost more money (almost $600 in total from my pocket, not included Insurance part). And they still ask to come over and over for next appointment.
Not a good experience!

Always a great experience! Probably the best dentist I’ve had. The quality of care is top notch and they really take the time to explain every procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Singh!

A big thank you to everyone at Toothworks King-York! After 38 years with the same dentist, I thought change would be very difficult. Dr. Singh and the staff made the transition not only smooth, but actually enjoyable.

Dr. Singh is an exceptionally good dentist- knowledgeable, attentive and truly interested in the well-being of his patients. He takes the time to carefully explain elements of your dental health and why a treatment is being undertaken, it really makes a big difference in terms of having confidence in him (I've had less good experiences in the past!). In terms of the quality of his work, it's top notch- including some cosmetic work he previously did for me. I recently moved outside of the city and I am currently commuting quite a distance to see him because I highly value his service.

It’s clear that most of the reviews for this clinic are fake. Nadia is literally the worst hygienist I ever had. She uses a scrapper to remove plaque in a very rough manner and it actually hurts. Most hygienists use an electrical tool. I’m pretty sure that her method of removing plaque lead to my filling falling off and now they want to charge me to fix it. No way in hell!
She also has a terrible bedside manner. I will never come back here.

Dr. Singh is an amazing Dentist. Dr. Singh is very meticulous, and explains every step. Everyone at the clinic makes you feel at ease.

I have been coming to the King- York Dental office for almost 2 years now and it is absolutely fantastic. Firstly, the receptionist (Tiny) is very kind and patient. She is always quick to respond to my emails and is always very informative and helpful. Secondly, when I come for check-ups or other dental services I always make an appointment with Dr. Singh. He is an amazing dentist! He is very patient and he always makes sure that I am comfortable. I have never experienced any problems following my dental appts. I highly highly recommend Dr. Singh and this dental office.

The response to my husband's emergency dental needs was incredible. I found Toothworks online and they had the best reviews, which was an important factor for me because my husband is super, uber, duper, anxious and absolutely hates going to the dentist (probably like many others).

Dr. Singh, was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He was very understanding and was able to help calm my husband throughout his care. They have multiple locations and a great network of endodontists.

The customer service of Dr. Singh, Felipe and the rest of his staff was great. I highly recommend going here! Keep up the great care!
