I had an outstanding experience at Top Beauty Nail! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The salon space itself was pleasing, adding to the overall positive ambiance. My gel nails turned out beautifully, and I was particularly delighted with the perfect nude color they recommended. Top-notch service and a delightful outcome – highly recommend!

I have been going here for two years. Friendly and professional staff. Just look at what Kate did for me this last time! I had to let you know to give them a try, but they are super busy and booking an appointment ahead of time is highly recommended

Sadly, we didn't have a great experience. We felt rushed (feet didn't even soak for a minute) and someone walked in for a manicure and the lady doing my mom's pedicure let her know she would be with her in 10 minutes. So my mom's pedicure seemed rushed. And it wasn't cheap for what it was. Anyway.the search continues for a good place around the area.

I really wanted to like this place but I had a pretty bad experience overall. They seem like nice people so I am trying to be honest but kind in this review.

Two weeks ago, I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure here right before my vacation. When I arrived, I was told the two would take 1 hour 15 minutes, however, they got it done in about 50 minutes. Unfortunately the speed was not a good thing, it just felt very rushed.

The lady completing the service cut me in three places around my nails, producing blood. The one was a pretty serious cut that just kept bleeding and hurt me for days into my vacation. She wasn't very apologetic about hurting me, simply saying that I have very sensitive skin. However, the truth is that I have never been cut at any other salon and I do not consider my skin to be sensitive.

My regular polish pedicure was another problem. It started chipping off within 24 hours! That is, the first day of my two week vacation my pedicure was already starting to look bad and it deteriorated every single day. The polish of entire nails would come off at a time, all without me touching them. To be fair, the lady completing the service did tell me shellac would last longer. But I never expected this quality. When I apply regular polish myself, it lasts weeks on my toes with no chipping. I was honestly shocked at its lack of durability, and I since I had no time to get another pedicure, I had to avoid sandals my whole vacation because of it.

These two issues were the big ones that really were unacceptable. Although, there are a few other things that went wrong in the experience, including the shaping of the nails, the way the polish application didn't look that professional, and the fact that they charged me more than they told me on the phone.

A positive is that the shellac manicure did last the two weeks.

Sandy is an incredibly talented nail artist! Her attention to detail and creativity shine through in every design she creates. I've had the pleasure of getting my nails done by her multiple times, and I'm always impressed with the results. She's not only skilled but also friendly and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Sandy for anyone looking for beautiful and unique nail art.

I can't say enough positive things about Top Beauty Nails. I have now been twice for bio gel fills. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They show true integrity for their work, they do not rush through! Each step of the process you are asked if everything is to your liking. Meticulous quality! I was able to go almost 4 weeks now, before needing to go back for a fill today. Prices are unbeatable for their quality of work as well. Sandy and Kate have been amazing! Couldn't be happier, I have found a true gem in this salon.

I’ve been coming to this place for the last couple of months and so far was the best nail place in the area! Super friendly staff and helpful. Sandy does my nail so far and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. She’s very patient with customers and does an amazing job every time.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Kate for over a year now and I could not be happier! She takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and neatly. She also knows how to take care of painful ingrown toenails, and checks in on me while handling them. Such an incredible nail technician!

Amazing service, clean, organized and extremely professional. BEST MANI BIOGEL AND SHELLAC PEDI I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. You can book with any o Frye girls, they are all incredible including EVA, SINDY & KATE. And f one is not available I just go with whoever is free because they are all amazing! The prices are so fair compare to the quality of material and service. I have tried many places in Richmond hill and downtown but this place is the best options! XOXO:)

Could’ve been better

If you do get the acrylics, just know that it is very overpriced. Also the acrylics broke after having them on for around 2 weeks, whereas my sister went to another salon and hers lasted 4 weeks.

For the holidays I went to Top Beauty Nails. The quality of their work is incredible! I showed Krystal some pictures of how I wanted it to be and it came out beautiful! She really focuses on detail which made the outcome of my nails amazing.

This is my second time getting my nails done here and I can honestly it’s the best spot I’ve been to in the gta. The girls here are so friendly and they pay close attention to detail. They shaped my nails just the way I asked and they just do a beautiful job. If you want beautiful nails come here, you won’t be disappointed.

Service is great and staff are lovely! I got the best pedi from Sandy and 100% recommend her services.

My first time trying this place.

I think my nail techs name was Kristy.
This was the last Saturday before Christmas and they were busy! They called me an hour before and asked if I could come half an hour later. They made up for the time by speeding through removing my fill- she was careful & gentle but diligent to make up for lost time. She did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted and corrected/perfected my nails as per my request. I wanted a gel refill, light pink chrome- not too long and slightly coffin. When you go to a tech for the first time they can’t read your mind:). She never made me feel uncomfortable speaking up and they were so sweet to tell me if anything is wrong I can come back within 2 weeks. It’s their guarantee. I recommend trying them if you’ve been disappointed in your previous nail salons!

I’ve been coming here for almost to 2 years, the salon is always clean and organized. The friendly staffs always treat my nails with care! Thanks to Kate who did the amazing job.

It's been around 10 years that I'm getting my nails done but I have never ever had someone as good as Jesse, she is amazing and care so much to the small details and she does whatever u ask her.
Strongly recommend who needs beautiful nails to give this place try, u won't regret it I promise

If you go here ask for kate specifically she is the only one that takes her time making sure the shape of the nails are perfectly even and up to your standard.i came home with semi uneven and bumpy nails, and some were flat since they didn’t properly curve under the nails.i hope they last long.that being said, i like this place, i’ll be going back and asking for Kate next time.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to Richmond Hill and were looking to find a new place to book our monthly pedicures. We luckily got an appointment the same day and we were not disappointed! I was booked with Cindy and she was patient with me as I was deciding between more than a few colours. My boyfriend and I both received a leg and foot mask as well as a very generous foot massage, which is our favourite part! We both left very happy with the service we received. We’ll definitely be rebooking in the future!

It was on first time coming to do my nails. The store was clean, everyone was very friendly, I would love to come again!

Last month I ask for price of re-fill was told $35.00, today I was told $50.00, when I ask why answer was everything is more expensive!

I went to this salon for shellac a week ago. I found some issues right after finishing which they kindly fixed it. But only in one week the gels started to breaking. The staffs are kind but the quality doesn’t worth it.
I will not give one star, because I am not sure everyone ‘s service in the salon.

I had my first appointment here for a gel refill and I was blown away! Kate was my nail artist and she took her time to shape my nails to absolute perfection. I showed her the design I was looking for and she made it even more beautiful than in the picture. She is truly an artist! The ladies were so friendly and sociable and they made me feel comfortable. You can tell that no corners are cut at this salon. The staff were patient with other costumers’ needs as well. I left with a smile on my face. I plan on being a regular client here and I highly recommend Top Beauty Nails to everyone.

I am new to the area and was looking for a good nail salon. Today was my first visit a Top beauty nails and from my experience I will be a repeat customer. I did shellac manicure and pedicure and I have to say this has been one of the best manicure and pedicures I’ve had in years. They were super friendly, warm and inviting. Their attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. I am so happy I chose this nail salon and I am now a loyal customer.

Very kind staff that did a very pretty design on my nails. Overall good quality and also long-lasting. Will be returning in the future.

I love love this salon.

They have a fantastic range of colours, ambient music and skilled technicians who work quick.

I paid $30 for a shellac colour change which they did within 30 mins and the colour lasted a full 2 weeks.

Also there is free parking on site and nearby, which is a bonus.

I did a shellac on my hand and it has been just two days and the color is breaking. This was the worst service quality I could ever get from a nail artist! Will never go back and I do not suggest this place at all.

Excellent pedicure experience from Rachel. The feet of a martial artist don't always look the best but she did a wonderful job making these presentable for the summer. Great service overall and a clean, welcoming salon they are.

I was looking for a nail salon to give me a fresh set of bio gel nails with French tips. Overall I am very pleased with this place. Their attention to detail and the time the nail tech took was impeccable. I came out with exactly what I had initially asked for. I took off one star because the process was a little painful at some parts, specifically once the gel was initially applied and my hands were under the uv light. Otherwise I will definitely be coming back here to do my manicures!

Moved new to Richmond Hill and this was the first place that caught my eye, I got them done with my sister and we both love them. I got it done with Kate and my sister got it with Rachel. Really recommend this place there work is clean and nice and the place is really nice
