I use to love going into this establishment because I felt that the nail technician went above and beyond but the last few times I went my nails look like they had just gotten done by somebody that wasn’t professional at all and this establishment has been open for while over 15 years. It was just extremely unprofessional my nails look like they were generally Eagle nails, and then to imply that someone should be given a tip. The prices were just made up as she went and it was just a very unpleasant experience. Overall, if you have a different choice to go somewhere else definitely do so because not only do they think that when you complain about something, it’s a joke, they also treat your nail experience as one as a nail artist, you should never try to discredit a clients nailbed based on your personal opinion. You’re an artist you do the best that you can. It was just overall an awful experience.

The service I received at Top Choice Nails was Top Notch. I had a manicure with Shellac polish. I liked that the owner who did my manicure was not pushy with trying to upgrade my request. Initially I wanted a French manicure but liked I the way my nails looked without the white tips. She did not push for the white tips even though it cost more. I really respect that.

I have had a mani-pedi in the past and her staff did a beautiful job. I have been going there for a while now.
I have tried many other nails salons over the years Top Choice Nails Salon was the most reasonable with great results.

I had a pedicure. The girl spoke so softly I couldn't hear her. She cut my cuticle and made me bleed. She put a liquid on it, and got it to stop fairly quickly. She did a fantastic job making my feet super smooth and soft. Great message with hit rocks.

Such a great nail salon. It's a cute little place that's very clean and has exceptionally friendly staff that give you their opinion if you're stuck on colours. I got a shellac manicure almost two weeks ago and it's holding up incredibly well with no chips at all. I was really impressed with the attention to detail during my appointment. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the windsor!

Best Shellac manicure of my life! Asha showed incredible attention to detail. I was impressed that she cured the base on each finger individually before moving on. I am close to the 3 week mark and still haven’t gone for a new appointment. This manicure still looks as good as it did when I left the salon, despite lots of travelling and situations that usually leave a few nails with scuff marks. Will return every time I’m in Windsor.

I was a walk-in. Annie, the owner, said no problem and set me up with Angela. I had the best massage and pedicure. Then the same with manicure. I would recommend going here for sure.

I came for a simple gel manicure and the girl who did my nails had no clue what she was doing. I wouldn’t even call her a beginner it was more like she had no clue what she was doing at all.she didn’t even know how to properly file my nails and I had to keep telling her so she said, don’t worry another girl will come look at them at the end and fix it before I get polish.before I got the polish the other girl who came over and fixed the file job best she could.she was then told by the boss how to do a French manicure.as if she’s never done one. The second girl was very nice, but the work was not the best so I had to guide her through and tell her how to do the French.also when she began the gel nail polish, she forgot to put a base coat. When I asked her how come, she didn’t put the base coat she said it was OK because she was gonna do two coats of the colour gel polish instead.which makes no sense.you need a base coat in order for the polish to adhere properly.in the end, my nails looked like I did them myself at home and it took 2 1/2 hours for a gel manicure on my own nails that cost $37 I got them done on a Thursday night and by Saturday morning the polish was chipped off and lifted, as I expected since I had no base coat put on my nails. Also to add. The girl next to me was getting acrylics soak off when I got there. It took them 2 hrs to sock off her nails and the workers kept asking the boss why can’t they get the acrylic off so then the boss told her to just get a tool and hack off the remainder of the acrylic nails. The girl looked like she was in pain while she was doing this and they charged her $20.this place is horrible they are clearly hiring people with zero experience and having people pay professional prices.do yourself a favour and just go anywhere but here!

Got my nails done and less than a week later one of them broke off. Not impressed. The girl made them too thin and they are already breaking.

a picture of what I wanted and they got it identical to the photo

Very professional, neat and clean service and reasonable prices. I go for manicure and pedicure twice a month and many other services. Great customer service and excellent job.

If you want to feel spoiled come at this place, they do manicure, pedicure, filling, coating, eyelash extension, permanent make-up, different kind of face massaging, hydrating facial, eyebrows wax, waxing, laser hair removal, and much more amazing procedures. Make sure you have an appointment first, cuz spring started already.

Ann and team are simply the best! I have done regular polish, which often chips as it’s not meant to last - to gel with shellac to now my happy place - powder dip! It is fantastic! My nails have never looked so good and felt so strong! She has so many colour options, it’s hard to decide.
